September 10th, 2019: Lanzer What Happens At Night Pop CastIs this still a thing? If it isn't can we consider bringing it back? I liked seeing the staff discuss upcoming events, having site artists pop in an talk to us about items and what not. It was really nice to have. We'd love to have more pop casts, but we currently don't have the staff to host more. Once we have more resources that will be one the things we bring back. it amy We definitely would like to do it, but we have a lot more time constraints + new responsibilities, so we probably won't have a popcast-esque style stream for a while. I think the closest thing we can currently offer is more of the music streaming we do + us chatting on the side. We still get to talk to you all and answer questions, but in that format, it's more at both your + our leisure.

I feel like I read everything, but there's only so much that I know or can even answer! Jak Bauer I read every question. I can't answer most, but all are read. If I know one that can be answered by someone who isn't in ATS normally I might shoot them a message so they can swoop in with an answer, but that's rare.

October 1st, 2019: it amy Slow Boys ITEMSWill you be allowing people to vote on themes again like what you did with the 2019 Jump Start? Allowing people to vote on new items or themes will ensure the userbase is both happy and, will provide a vast variety of themes in items. We definitely want to try it on a smaller/different scale in the future. (New items, recolors, CIs, etc.)

October 15th, 2019: Lanzer Vro NPCsThank you for giving us the opportunity to contribute to Gaia's story through the NPC profiles! Have y'all read any, yet? I wish I could read all of the submissions, too! I want to put together a results page so people can see the aggregated results, as well as vote for what they like or found funny. It should be released after Halloween. 3nodding Lanzer Exhululath Features (I suppose...) Hi! I wish to know if we have a time limit to submit and edit our contributions to Gaia NPCs; if yes, after the expiration date will you offer us the same opportunity for different NPCs, since Gaia has so many? Currently there are no limit, and what we do want to do is to potentially open up for voting. As the feature is more established we will open up more NPC's. Then of course we will need to put together a meaningful event with the data we collected.

October 22nd, 2019: it amy ElegantlyLuminous Misc.In regards to the surveys some of us have been getting in PMs: are we allowed to discuss the questions and topics posed in the forums/guilds/etc.? I've seen a few people mention that they talked about them in the forums and were then excluded from the next round of surveys*. (And I don't remember seeing a disclaimer or agreement about that when I filled each one out-- but I also might just have missed it. redface ) Wasn't sure, so I thought I'd ask. The surveys are nice to see, though! I really appreciate their use. *edit: They might have been excluded for other reasons, too. I don't know the particulars. Yeah go for it, you can discuss!

I just don't have time to reply to them but I do see them. -w- Yuroppa salty boi Question Category: Art I'm actually not at all sure where to put this, but I recently replied in the "Show Us Your Favorite NPC" thread with an original drawing concept of Nicolae-- I guess my question is, if Fashion Fray is becoming a more integrated part of Gaia overall as many are suspecting, will there be an opportunity for community members to submit art for a fully-released game as well? This is a very interesting idea!! Perhaps we can provide opportunities for community members to submit bases, outfits, loading screens. I'll run it by the event team! Lanzer That is definitely possible. I would love to see other Gaian's artwork on quests or games on Gaia.

December 3rd, 2019: Riyokuma Nimty Riyokuma Nimty tickets ?with the need to use riko as a fill in for emails will the NPC's pm outbox still clear after two weeks? idk if that question makes full sense so - if a pm doesnt get opened for 2 weeks it gets deleted (to my knowledge & experience) so im wondering if npc pms have their own special rules! (i hope they do QQ) Riko is (fingers crossed) a temporary fix. We will only be using it in the limited context we posted in the Staff Alert, so I hope this means we'll not run into any issues! I can say Riko's PMs will be checked every day or two (since I'll be the one doing it), and if Riko doesn't get replies I will be re-sending when emails are back up! i meant moreso for the people who arent online 24/7 unlike me but i hope you guys can get things figured out sad this seems like so much extra work and its rippp Ah I see, I misunderstood! We always re-send stuff after awhile without a response, so we'll carry that on to PMs as needed too!

Any updates regarding the e-mailing system? :c I believe we just had it fixed. Will check with the art team about it. Lanzer PizzaNyah FeaturesMany users (now and in the past) can't join/register because your e-mail system still only works with few of the most popular e-mail providers, only some few mainstream e-mail providers are allowed for Gaia accounts, so only a very limited amount of users are able to make a Gaia account. Many other Gaians have mentioned this earlier, we still can't register with our preferred e-mail address, and we still can’t change to a preferred e-mail address in the account settings. When will you allow for any valid e-mail address to be used with Gaia accounts? I was told that the issue was fixed. I'll check with the provider to have it fixed if we're still having issues. January 21st, 2020: Yuroppa Nimty EmailsI've had an email sitting with multiple questions for about 4 months now. Are emails fixed? Am I emailing to the wrong email? It's a custom question so I sent it to custom rather than recolor but I'm unsure now if that was the correct place  We had thought e-mails were fixed, but we're still getting bounce backs. Sadly I don't have an ETA for a full fix. Lanzer We recently fixed the email server, will check with the art team about your response. Sorry for the wait.

February 11th, 2020: Seduces Purrstel Not sure where to put this one... But if we subbed a new project ticket and don't get an auto email..How do we know if it's been sent? I don't want to be annoying and PM anyone or anything but I heard there's still issues with the email system and I sent in a custom ticket a couple weeks ago and just have been worrying ever since that it may not get accepted or even seen :c We answer this very often. If you do not receive an auto e-mail, chances are very high we still got your e-mail. There has been like....one occurrence over the past that we did not get an e-mail! Aka yes we did receive your exclamation ticket e-mail.

March 3rd, 2020: Jak Bauer Gentlemanly Swindler ItemsIs there a way that announcements can be more truthful? I see cash shop announcements all the time that are really misleading/deceitful. For example, today that announcement for old Collector's passes referred to the February one as from 'this past February' and the ones from 2016 as 'from last year.' With these at least the item had a year so you know the announcement itself is wrong but with a lot of items they state BRAND NEW or lie about releases or features. I don't think it's in any way intentional on your part, but there have been times I purchased something after being misinformed by the announcement and felt a little scammed. It doesn't feel great or build a lot of trust. Hi there, Actually this had nothing to do with being disingenuous, it was merely human error in a copy/paste that didn't get everything changed as it should have been. If you check now the copy has been updated to reflect the correct information. Thanks for pointing it out to us!
