Is there any way to restore the lost achievements that vanished when some of us had accidentally clicked on the bugged achievements.
There had been an issue where some users were using an exploit to grant the conventioneer achievement, along with some other achievements at the beginning of the summer event. Those achievements had been removed, and since achievements overwrite each other, there is no way to tell if someone is using the link to get it the first time or not. We do have a log of all users who had redeemed past convention pin codes, but that would take quite a while to parse through and any recovery will take some time to perform as it's not highest of priority at the moment.

have you ever considered recycling old events that people missed achievements on? Some were simply awesome fun.
It's scary how much games had been in the archive after events ended. We should definitely talk about how we can bring some of these games back as side events or maybe even permanent features. Any events are you thinking of?
Someone on staff erroneously granted numerous users an agate ticket achievement intended to be exclusive to the purchaser of the agate ticket. Confusion ensued, and the achievement error was reversed. ..almost.
However, the erroneous achievement points were NOT removed from users who accidentally got someone else's agate achievement, so now those points count are all incorrectly overstated by 500 points which were wrongfully granted.
Can this please be fixed?
Yes, we have a few more features for the event to release, then we will work on the achievement issue right after.

A few of us have been having an issue in the last month where when we go to our Achievements page, the rectangle on the righthand side (the one where you choose your titles and images) suddenly shoots down to the bottom of the page. You can also see the top edges of it but not the bottom... which means you can't change your titles or pics.
Sometimes it pops back up and is usable if we zoom out then back in but this doesn't always work. Any chance someone could look into the issue?
I'm not currently experiencing it, so I don't know if you can reference my account for it. (Another user, Tay Lorien, mentioned experiencing it a few days ago, if that helps.) It's a really minor issue so no hurry but it seemed worth mentioning.
This problem I don't think I've seen before, any chance you can provide a screen cap?

Achievement Page; I know this is low priority request and that's fine, but can we eventually in the future have the achievements page tidied up? Longer achievement names centered beside their icons will create a nice and tidy stack of achievements to scroll through, rather than the spaced out stretch that's ruining the flow of things currently.
surprised I was the user who had there agate achievement granted to all of gaia by mistake. Luckily the issue was fixed, but my 3 friends who should have and myself still haven’t had it regranted to us. I was wondering when we might get it regranted to us again?

I know the holiday season isn't the time for it, but what do you think of adding some non-event achievements?
It would be nice to have some for Runway or the Battle Forum. Or some more for Lake Kindred (for reaching max levels and stuff)
I'll add a note for more achievements. Probably after the Christmas based achievements.
I'll keep the thread bookmarked for developing the new fishing game. Thank you.

misc: some people are unable to collect the achievement prizes after doing the story and i was wondering if a fix could be applied, now some say it has to do with Christmas ornaments on trees but when you have done that and its still broken i mean that cant be the fix so im hoping someone can look into the Christmas story achievements and maybe apply a fix

I've been trying to get the Abomination achievement by crafting 'The Worst Mistake' through item alchemy, but I haven't been able to get it to grant. I've crafted it twice and still no achievement. Is this achievement no longer available to get?
Let me file a bug report on this issue. The achievement should still be availalbe.

Hey, look! I'm not asking an LK question. Wow. rofl I must be broken.
Thanks for bringing back Switch'em! I've missed this game and I love seeing it again. However, it has me (and a few other achievement hunters) wondering: will the two Switch'em achievements be coming back now, too? It'd be fun to see those return, especially since there don't seem to be any achievements with this year's Easter event.
