March 12th, 2019: Lanzer killuyen Shops hello~ can we get Mythrill Coins of higher value in shops please? Yes we should be releasing higher values coins pretty soon. Lanzer Nephi Adarna Question Category: Shops Salon Durem eye and facial hair tabs still do not work, ever since the server migration in October. Bifrost tabs also do not filter human and paw formulas correctly. Any chance this can be fixed? I'll add that to the bug list. This is only for paw base I assume?

March 26th, 2019: it amy Albern Puppy Loyal's BazaarCan we please get 1 new item in Loyal's before the end of the year? 1 item a month would be really nice for the store sponsoring our Loyalty to the site. I know we had an update in January, and I have another update coming, I'm just a bit slow to put it out sweatdrop Seduces I have a few updates for Loyals planned for the near-ish future.

It tends to drag, especially for exchanging Great Monarchs and the like. I'll add that to the to-do list, have something like a "don't ask me again" checkbox.

Tickets are great, but I'd love to see more community run contests again. They were so fun and a great accessible way to get custom stuff. I will ask about Cross Stitch also.

October 1st, 2019: Lanzer ~Lovers Lost~ StoreWhile making ink you can make several inks easily with the small bug. Say you got 100 black, you can make 2 black inks. Is there anyway to make it also so if we got 2 rare bugs we can squish them both at once and not always have to do the whole process? Sorry I don't quite follow, are you asking for a different formula for making ink with rare bugs?

With the Human Only icon you get a mix of formulas for human & animal/paw. Can it be made possible to click the Animal Only icon and get formulas for animal only items? (the human one will also need looking at, but I don't use those ones) Thanks That sounds like a strange bug we will have it fixed ASAP.

For Example I went to buy multiple Aconites to help friends (entered the quantity I wanted), clicked 'buy' and it said 'Trade 50 wing stickers for Aconite' (not the right amount for the number of items requested). I clicked the 'buy with stickers' and sure enough it only gave me 1 item (though it did take the 50 stickers). Surely if there is the facility to buy in quantities we should be able to do so? If quantity purchase through Treehouse is broken then that's a pretty terrible bug. We will have it fixed right after ATS and we will run a script to refund previous orders.

The problem is and many other Gaians will agree with me on this, is that it is such a hasel when having 2,500 Red Inks, 2,500 Green Inks & 2,500 Blue inks and someone goes to mix them together to make 500 White inks, that someone has to cycle through 500 pages 3 times just to get the 500 white inks made and thats takes alot of time away from a gaia user who could be doing other things on the GaiaOnline site. A faster way needs to be made, like making mutiple qtys of inks in the shop, all in shot a thing! Once the problem is soveld then many people will once again start mixing inks again. We will look into allowing creation of multiple quantities so things will be a lot faster. February 25th, 2020: Yuroppa Bingo Bango Bongo ItemsThank you for a lovely paw day! So many pretty new items! I do have one request, however. Could we get a paw item re-release CI soon? We have thousands of items that never get a chance to see the light of day after initial release. A CI in Loyal's for the super cheap paw items would be amazing too, as a way of getting the items back out there, without breaking the bank, or devaluing a newer item CI! We can probably put something together!

March 3rd, 2020: Lanzer MrTwinklehead Shops - Shopping cart in Ruby's Rack This has been a bit of an issue pretty much ever since the shopping cart was introduced (by the way, one of the best things to ever happen) that marks all items from Ruby's Rack as Angel Subscribers only, though I have also been told by friends who are Angel Subscribers that they can't use it in Ruby's either. Will this ever be fixed? There might have been an access check related issue with the shopping cart feature. We will check on it later this week.

We were told the contests were stopped because of lack of entries. With a vast majority being under stay-at-home restrictions, what better time than to have a contest! Maybe a small contest for a simple accessory could be held? Would something like this be possible? Hmmmm maybe! We can consider this!
