He just threw the flower crown in the exact same place, didn't he? And of course, that place was far off from the peg.

Quillan was back to throw flower crowns! He noted that the craftsmanship of the crowns had to be pretty good or else the flowers would fall off or the branches would break when the crown was tossed.

As if it wasn't already. He was that one person in the booth who just kept standing there and throwing flower crowns and not making a single one.
