Mare Personality: Maerwen is the epitome of the herd's ideals. Strength, honor, and loyalty. Any task set to her she will excel at. Sadly though this had created a creature that cannot stand coddling. She believes it to be weakness in its purest form and is rather disgusted by it. If anyone tried to coddle her she would likely kick their heads in until they understood their folly. Being a ranger of the herd she tends to go on long extended missions to find any information the herd needs and convey it back to the leaders. She takes these missions very seriously and will not let anything stand in her way.
Stallion Personality: Caeraan is quite the opposite of what one would expect from a member of his herd. He hates how military the lifestyle is and wants nothing more than to run, and enjoy his life to it fullest. He is a playboy stuck in the life of a warrior and often finds any reason he can to disappear and enjoy himself immensely, much to the dismay of his parents. They believe that he will never amount to anything and have virtually disowned him. He doesn't much care what anyone thinks of him, and will happily pull pranks on those who think he is a careless person.

Mare Personality: A bit ruthless, she's a very "gray" kind of mare. She's not good, but she's not bad. She's morally ambiguous. She'll do whatever she has to to achieve her goal.
Stallion Personality:A protector at heart, he does what he can to safeguard whoever he cares about. He can sometimes be a bit awkward about this, as he's not accustomed to dealing with people

Oh man, there was this one time...
Prompt reply: (Will be playing from the Mare's POV)
Sunrise was almost here, the horizon beyond the mountains glowed with the hint of the day to come. She huffed as she stared at the glow. The leaders of the herd didn't think she had what it took, well she would show them. This silly little test of theirs. Rolling her eyes she walked slowly towards her parents. Both of them had this strange look in their eyes, as if they too expected her to fail. Her lips turned down into a grimace she didn't stop to watch them, instead she walked right past them without a word. 'I am stronger than they believe and I will pass this initiation and take my place in this herd. I am ready.' Steeling her will she walked to the lead stallion. He looked her over and snorted his disdain. It was just as she thought, he didn't think she had the will to pass. She looked him directly in the eye and dared him to say she was not ready. He blinked once and gave her the information. She was to spend a week away from the herd. She had to find someone to aid on some quest they might have. Her eyebrows flew to her hairline in surprise. That was it? She just had to stay away for a week and help someone.
She looked to the lead stallion and said, "I will return when it is time with my report." She rolled her eyes when she was turned away so that he couldn't see, her lips lifted in a grin. This would be easy.

Stallion name: Fallon (irish means in charge)
