[ITTT]Belle was growing aggravated with everyone. The Kage, Regula, and the two fighting against her man candy. Now she'd intervene. Wiping the tears from her face, the makeup that was once strategically drawn onto the beauty smudged slightly. The mist leered her vision for the most part. Isabelle's eyebrows narrowed as her Byakugan activated. One second she couldn't see, the next everything became clear. Her voice cracked slightly as she spoke,"Cecil!! You're going to start a war! A war that'll be the end to us. Call them off, I'll make him stop!", the fearing voice would caress Cecil's eardrum, drenching his mind in a genjutsu. Guilt. Cecil would feel an obvious, overpowering sense of guilt over the situation. Not only that, sympathy for Regula would grow In his psyche."Please...", were the last words before the scathing wind blew around them. Isabelle had used her unmatched ability of genjutsu to make him feel bad for Regula; hopefully he'd call the shinobi off. This was her goal afterall. He wouldn't even notice the genjutsu, hers was perfect.

As the second shinobi would attempt to slip into hiding the Kaguya would come to the utilization of his second Kekkei Genkai. Activating such a Doujutsu forced his eyes to take on a different image; they came to display a black moon and white star on his left and right eyes respectively. Something which was once known as the Seki-Reigan. Upon this activation, the shinobi struck up a black, thick, dense energy about his body. He would then move. At a very, very high speed. So much so, it was literally unnoticeable for he made not even the slightest of sounds thanks to his Kumogakure Taijutsu Style. This was not the only reason it would seem as if there was not even a single movement. In his tracks remained a perfectly formed after-image made of dense chakra residue. None would have thought, or been able to see, Regula move at all except the Mizukage; the young Kaguya now matched the man's speed statistics, literally. Yet, even then, the formation of the after-images to such a higher ranking shinobi would still look like the production of clones. Two more would appear almost instantaneously. The squad of three Regula would barrel towards the Assassin of Kirigakure with intent to kill. Three of the ninja would envelop his opponent in triangular fashion. This would happen before the thicker mist even reached his location. Just as fast as the first squad of images appeared there was another three in toe. These took to the other opposing force as they flew towards the mist-using sword-wielder. By the time the momentary gap would begin to become full of mist again there would be three of Regula directly before him. The trio of Kumo shinobi would each throw seperate attacks; a total of six bone-spiked palms aimed to impale the torso and limbs of the seemingly younger male. A total of six of Regula upon the field. At least, this is what one would come to assume unless they had the capabilities of higher senses to peer through the mist and pinpoint the real Assassin; the seventh Regula. Where the man truly stood as things had unfolded - his enemies being bombarded by himself - was various meters down the trail from the entirety of the chaos. He was fast. Honchurue Aisu Chunnin-Hyouton-Clay Hands
Honchurue watched the man move at incredible speeds thanks to his mist vision. He then knew what had to be done. Channeling his chakra he watched the guy until he saw the images coming for him. Wuth a quick ice slide he was out of the way and thw clones would dissipate and then he saw the real one standing still. With quick handsigns the mist surrounding the assassin would immediately form into inescapable mirrors. Then the clone would head for the mirrors and then wait. Honchurue then slid over to the mirrors and melded into them. It was rhwn he waited for his opponent to make his move.
Kaijuu watched as his opponent activated some technique and his speed was instantly increased a great amount "Better keep this mist active or else he could really cause problems." Kaijuu thought knowing the price would out way the cost. He continued to slowly circle around his opponent suppressing his chakra as he did. This man was fast, far faster than Kaijuu thought it honestly did not matter Kaijuu could sense everything in this mist and no matter how fast Regula moved Kaijuu was intentionally keeping space and would be able to react in time. Being around fifteen meters from his target Kaijuu could picture the groups attacking one coming at his teammate and the other set attacking where Kaijuu used to me. "Missed me" Kaijuu thought knowing the clones would be disappointed when they arrived with now Kaijuu there.
Kaijuu could sense a third party entering the mist and breathed a silent sigh as he did. "What a pain, is this man reinforcements for the cloud ninja?" Kaijuu thought deciding not to attack him until his colors were shown. Kaijuu had sensed the two separate groups and a seventh all by himself. "That must be him." Kaijuu concluded internally guessing that his true opponent must be the one not in a formation. He would continue his silent stalk circling around to gain a better position on Regula before deciding to strike. The mist was so thick that neither friend nor foe would be able to see through it without aid of a doujutsu and Kaijuu was using this fact to his advantage. He kept his distance circling silently awaiting a proper opening to strike.
OOC: The mist does not move uniformly around it just appears around everyone. So you were enveloped last post since you made no effort to dodge it. Also you cannot see through the mist what so ever and since I am currently relocating you would not attack where I currently am. Even with two years of Kirigakure attempting to bring itself out of the slump with the last massive attack that occurred, people still seemed to pick something of a fight with his village. It was slightly aggravating, even if a little bit so. He hated seeing his beautiful village turn to damaged ash because of outside visitors. It almost made him want to propose about returning to the times where the Mist would sooner kill you than associate with you; he could think of oh so many things that their blood could decorate! The very thought was tres magnifique!!! That may or may not increase the amount of violence they already were getting, but at the very least he hoped he'd make people wary about coming in to attack them.
The illustrious, gorgeous,and ever so decadent devil of Kirigakure found himself at the tail-end of the fight. Or rather, where the dialogue has already been said and the combatants were fighting... and by the looks of the techniques being utilized they were fighting to kill. Rose's enchanted eyes followed the battle the best he could. Curious, as if he should join it or watch and wait for an opportune moment. Isabella, poor girl, was in tears and had her mascara being smudged. Goodness did it hurt his heart! Not so much of her crying, but the belle's beauty being smudged! She must truly be in an emotional wreck for his companion in admiration for beauty, to have her own tarnished!
Then there was Cecil the not so surprising new Kage, Kaijuu and Honchurue who he admittedly didn't know quite that well. He only really knew Kaijuu from watching his battles during the exams. The youth was quite talented from what he observed and hoped he surpassed what he has seen from during the exams to now. Regardless, he was now battling a rather fierce opponent. From those softly glowing eyes, he could tell at most the male was a Kumo shinobi. But why would he attack? Was not their villages still in alliance since the last attack from Kiri? Was he here to tarnish it, or was he acting on his own? Each side had it's own form of consequences but at the very most, the main consequence was this man was attacking to kill his fellow shinobi.
Rose sighed as he debated attacking but there was a couple of issues his enemy wasn't thinking about. One, based on what Rose would assume from the released chakra from Kaijuu, was he was enveloped in chakra created mist. A technique most mist shinobi learn. Furthermore, most Mist shinobi also have learned "Mist Vision" technique to ensure that they may be able to see clearly within the mist; if the man didn't have those, most visual ocular powers would be a massive hindrance more than benefit. Even Rose had learned that very technique to bring less strain on his eyes, by combining that passive ability with the ability of his eyes. That, actually, brings him to his next confusion to this bold opponent. The village is protected by an array of surrounding special jounin performing the "Hidden Mist" technique constantly. The thickness in addition to what Kaijuu was performing up close, would be astounding in this area for those without the "Mist Vision" technique. Making one see even three feet even a stretch! Then, even should he succeed in defeating his multiple opponents, he would have a one-way path littered with explosive tags that he would have to head down.
Rose lifted his glossy finger-tipped hand and gingerly placed some of his flawless hair behind his ear as he watched the battle. Debating if entry into this fray, would be necessary yet. He did not see the Kage attacking just yet, and wished not to step on the toes of the lower-ranked. For now he'd simply observe, ready, but merely on stand-by. The only person who mostly put him on high-alert, was the male approaching his Kage.(?) That... was a problem given the situation occurring. This made Roses hands hand a bit loosely down his high-classed kimono, the moment this newcomer got too close or showed he was assisting the enemy, Rose would bring quite a hellstorm to rain down upon him while cloaked within the thickened mist.

Thunder Sonar • Objects that hold lightning that you've made can be tracked by you from anywhere, sensed by you, and that lightning can be given back using the passive "volt siphon" technique for a small restoration of chakra for more raiton techniques
Cecil sighed as Isabelle tried to speak, it was too late for the guy anyways. Then Cecil listened to Isabelles words and he did start to feel guilty, not a feeling he was used too. He however would not compromise the safety of the village just because he felt guilty. Cecil closed his eyes to think and so he could know what was going on. One Rose was here, he could tell just by the walk and the movements, all of this he could hear. Two Yami was here, he could also tell by the walk and the way he moved.
He would analyze the situation and come up with a solution. "Rose help Honchurue and Kaijuu and all of you, I will leave the desision of what to do with the Cloud ninja up to you. Prehaps he deserves mercy, you decide. And Yami get over here till the battle ends, you don't want me to have to save you again do you?" He then concentrated on what was happening, the sound of Ice would be heard and that would most likely mean a Hyouton user. That would mean Honchurue had that ability. You learn new things everyday, just like the fact that the cloud ninja was as fast as him. Of course it would do him no good in this Mist.

[ITTT]This was getting out of control. Isabelle knew that there was no choice in whether to intervene or not. Not only because her beloved was among the peril, but her future lied in the fruits of this battle. Seeing as her genjutsu seemed to take an effect on the Kage, Belle smirked as her right arm wiped her face clean of the remaining makeup. Luckily for her, she used make-up to enhance her natural beauty. Some argued that her features appeared more defined and immaculate without the paint obscuring such godly beauty. As her trained, veiny eyes followed the battle to the fullest, a mesmerizing feel overcame her. Belle felt beyond overwhelmed with all of the commotion, a little empowered by Regula's battle prowess. Some parts of her wished to see this movie's end, but would it mean the end of the man she had grown to care so deeply about? Fighting temptation....fighting temptation.

Foreign shinobi without proper training could only see up to a degree of three feet before them. This was known all too well by the Kumogakure shinobi. A bit over two years ago it had been him who was sent to establish the relations between the villages and, at first, the mist produced by the shinobi stationed about had irritated him. What one had to take into consideration were the actual amount of times he traveled to and fro. His love remained in the village; home is where the heart is. With that in mind, he was not too foreign at all to these lands. It was him that kept up the diplomatic relations and a relation of his own. The mist was nothing new to him. Atop this, he was enhanced in two forms of perception both sight & Doujutsu. Should a foreign shinobi with usual 20/20, human vision walk about the path they'd see no more than three feet into the mist. The ones with ocular techniques would be overwhelmed by the pure saturation of chakra, however, his did not perceive chakra. Both Kekkei Genkai donned by the man enhanced his use of sight. From his Kaguya ways of combat alone, he was better than most at predicting attacks and perceiving enemy movement's. Atop this he was a master of speed. The implications behind this meant something greater. Due to the combination of his Doujutsu and shinobi classification, he could virtually teleport about the field. These were immense speeds for human beings to comprehend and even so he maintained superb perception at even the highest of speeds. It had nothing to do with seeing chakra and all to do with being capable of seeing clearly to react perfectly. If the man had enough clarity to see through tunnel vision, to see through at least twelve feet - three meters - of mist was not a problem. He could not see as clear as day like the other Kirigakure-nin, but he sure had a better shot a peering through the mist than most improperly trained, foreign shinobi had. Of course, none of this would matter much at all after his plan of retaliation fell into play. The images which attacked the mist assassin would not be so easily fooled, evaded, or dispersed by one simple, evasive technique. They would have followed up their attack but Regula had another plan already concocted within his mind. At the moment the slide would have been performed, as his after-images dispersed, the teal-eyed teen would place his hands upon the ground as he channeled into it a mass amount of chakra. Which would, in turn, give birth to a forestry of bone. The shinobi had utilized one of the highest-ranking Shikotsumyaku techniques. By the time Ice Mirrors formed the caster would find his technique encircling but a portion of the white "trees" which had come to spread throughout the entirety of the area. Those upon the ground risked suffering possible impalement when the massive bone structures had risen. If one were to peer into the spot which Regula should have stood they'd find not a thing. He had retreated into the forestry. His intentions were set to equal out the playing field for he literally became a part of this newly constructed forest. {{CP: 140 - 30 = 110 Sp/St: 9/4}}

Honchurue was surprised by the forestry of bone but he quickly made a change in his strategy. Four shadow clones would appear and each would use their natural speed they went to the four corners and each inhaled a deep breath and then between the four a massive white cloud escaped their mouth. The cloud would completely cover the forest as the total range of the jutsu was four hundred yards all placed in the forest. The cloud would then begin to freeze the whole forest and if his opponent was in the forest he would be placed in a hybernated state.

She appeared without any weapons, but she had the heart to round up enough concentrated chakra to protect herself if she needed. Did she need to here? Nami's eyes widened when she saw the people flogging up the entrance. This is where she would enter... right? This is where travelers when through- and she was just that. A traveler. Without any power of jutsu they'd put their eyes on before, she didn't want them to ever find out her power. She would wait there for permission to go in after introducing herself. "I am Nami, of the Ametsu House. Do not fear, I've come to simply... explore."
