Shanahan broke the pin, but showed no signs of recovering immediately. An arm went to his forehead to cover up the now bleeding dome, as if to try to prevent the blood from flowing. Other than that, he made no movement. He was still down, but somehow still in it!

Bad dropped his face to the mat to think, and to get a breather. Suddenly it hit him and he slowly picked his head back up, revealing the blood stain on the mat. He started to push himself up to his feet, breathing heavy but looking determined. Though he barely had anything left, he still had to find what was left. Once he got to his feet, he threw his fist up, staring down at Matt waiting for him to rise. He had one more move left to give him!

As time went by, Matt slowly began to stir. Little by little, he began to push against the mat and get back up to his feet. He began to stand with his back to Bad Boy, unaware of what doom might await him!

Bad kept his fist up in the air as Matt was getting up. Dropping it once he got to his feet, he would wait for him to turn about a quarter towards him and rush in to grab his arm, and pull it over his shoulder as he would try to pick him up in the fireman's carry, and attempt the TKO!

The Storm was easily pulled in for the TKO, the only adversary against Bad Boy being Shanahan's deadweight. The crowd was fully behind their home-state hero, and they were sure he was about to take the win!
But of course, Matt was always one to rain on a parade. Just before Bad Boy could throw him off to finish the maneuver, Matt forced his weight down and slid down to stand in front of Bad. Thinking quickly, The Storm went for a quick knee to the gut, followed by a hasty attempt to pull the man in and lift him up onto his back for another Around The Corner!

The fatigue wasn't going to be helping out as Shanahan's weight forced Bad to drop him down to his feet, and was caught by the knee to the gut. Being lifted up on his shoulder, the only thing Bad could do was kick his feet towards a corner, hoping that Matt would be off balanced and would put them near the corner so that he could hook his feet into the ropes.

The Storm had Bad Boy up in the air for yet another Around The Corner! The fans were on the edge of their seats, chanting "Bad Boy!" in hopes that they could turn the tides of the match with their prayers alone! And somehow... it worked.
With Bad kicking and struggling, along with Shanahan barely managing to stand, the Champion was forced to stumble back near the turnbuckles! Regardless, he'd try to flip the man over for his patent signature!

Bad hooked his feet to the ropes, stopping himself from being thrown forward, and tried to use his leg strength to atleast pull himself off of Shanahan's shoulder, and get on the second rope to avoid the Around the Corner!

Bad Boy managed to pull himself right from The Storm's grasp with the help of the ropes, causing the fans to only ignite further with joy! Once again, it was anyone's match! With a whirl of frustration and adrenaline, Matt spun around and glare right up to Bad. Hoping to catch him off guard while he still had his back to the ring, Shanahan tried to climb up onto the second turnbuckle and wrap his arms around Bad's waist to prepare for a spontaneous German Suplex!

Bad grabbed the link between the turnbuckle and the post with his left hand, and went to elbow Matt Shanahan in the face with his right elbow, hoping to at least give them some separation. The fans silent in anticipation, were waiting to see what would happen next!

The Storm was ready to fall to the mat with Bad Boy in tow, but that elbow right to the jaw ensured Bad's survival for another few moments. The elbow connected flawlessly and caused Matt to fall backwards off of the ropes and onto his back, tumbling and rolling over until he was near the middle of the ring! After settling in on his landing, he began to try to force himself to his feet once more; he couldn't stay down like this!

Bad shook his head before putting his foot on the post, and turned around so that he was on the top rope. "One more attempt" he said to himself as the fans were on their feet. He jumped forward towards Matt and went to take him down with a Cross Body when he was up!

Matt slowly managed to stumble up to his feet once more, though he knew not why. The smart thing would've been to roll out of the ring and recover, or even get as far across the ring as he could. But something drove him to stand up. He didn't realize that Bad was still on the top rope until the man leaped through the air at him for the Crossbody. Shanahan felt like this could be it, like he should just brace for impact and be done with it.
The Storm wasn't one to give in though. As he came in close, Matt's arms shot up in an attempt to catch Bad Boy right out of the air. If successful, he'd carry the momentum to spin around, before letting go of Bad Boy's legs and slinging him around for a devastatingly surprising and dream-crushing Chapter Four!

Bad was in the air, the fans on their feet, it seemed as though time was standing still for him and he was in the air for a good amount of time.
Until he got caught, and before he knew what was going to happen he was thrown across and planted on the knee of The Storm! Hitting off his knee and rolling off his neck to his back after the shot, staying down after Chapter Four!

The ring shook with authority after the brutal back-breaking move! As Bad fell to the mat, so did Shanahan. Exhausted and pushed to his limits, the Legacy Champion fell to his base and collapsed. He laid on the mat face-first, mere inches away from Bad Boy. The fans roared for Bad Boy to respond first, but the world knew that it wouldn't happen. That was Bad Boy's last attempt, and it was Shanahan's as well. With a final push of energy, The Storm pulled himself over to Bad Boy with one arm, and threw it over the challenger's chest. Would this be the pin?
