✮ Rogue ✮ ✮People will betray others... Lisa listens after he drew his weapon, she listens to him again about still hunting. She thought of it, maybe hunting more boars will ease her mood, so she drew her twin daggers and twirl them around, "You might need some assistant," she said to him monotone, and heard him saying thanks, she look at him in surprise, but regain her emotionless state, "Your welcome..." ... I don't trust them✮

Magnus Fighter "My family was taken..." ▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀▀ Magnus chuckled at the mention of YuiKaida. He knew well what Dima was talking about, but not the complete scope of it. He's only had snippits of information here and there. He agreed with a silent nod at the statement that alchemists are group players. The team basically has an endless supply of potions as long as the alchemist has the ingredients. Though he got a sheepish grin when Dima told Dryk to trust his judgement. Honestly, if adages were brought up, Dima was the brains and Magnus the muscle. Though, he wasn't really all that muscular... he just preferred Dima's insight and made conclusions around her advice.
"Alright, leveling it is. According to my quest tracker..." Magnus paused as he brought up the quest tracker in his menu. "There's a mini-boss around these parts. Not too different from the wolves we just hunted, Dima. It's a stronger, bigger wolf with three wolf minions. Shouldn't be a problem for the three of us."

Dee was getting the impression that she was being ignored and that wasn't a good thing when it came to her warrior background. "You had better answer me or it will be the last breath you take!"
She had her sword and shield at the ready to slay the ignorant man who stood before her.

Rend raised a finger as if considering opening his menu for an invitation. "Do you want to form a party or just hang around for a bit? I know random party requests can be annoying when you're just getting your bearings in a game." He groaned a bit to himself. "I've already gotten five and three guild invitations. I don't look like a merchant to you, do I?"

She made a smug look, "Maybe one party form won't hurt," she replied and twirl her daggers. She hardly get any request due to her dark appearance and quiet nature. She look at the group of boars, "You don't look like merchant, but I am still waiting for banquette before I log off." ... I don't trust them✮

ben9x Clair Barathrum Having just finished off a pack of wolves, Clair decided to check to see how her stats were looking. She was pleased at how much she was able to level up her light-weapon stats, so far she had just been gaining points into one-handed weapons, but it looked like she could dual-wield if she wished. Opening up her inventory, she found that there was indeed a light dagger that was meant to be used as a side arm. Looking at the weapon, it was light and had no damage in comparison to her sword. Unless she could find a reliable weapon to use, she would still end up just using the sword most of the time. In any case, having another weapon would allow her to deal out more strikes than just the one did so she equipped the dagger in her off hand.
Feeling the need to test the daggers potential, Clair started to look around for some enemies that she could kill. Having killed off most of the wolves, the only significant opponent in the area seemed to be marked with a quest. There was a cave bear a short distance to her right. Apparently, the bear had a small chance of dropping a fairly good weapon for this early in the game. Figuring that it was in her best interest to kill the bear--for both the experience gained upon completing a quest and for the chance at another weapon to use--Clair headed over to the cave and walked inside.
The inside of the cave was dark and damp, with barely anything in it, save for a single, large, brown bear. When she entered the bear's cave, it immediately roared at her, sending spit in her direction. Bears were stronger than wolves, but not faster, so she would have to be careful to dodge the animals attacks and get as many quick strikes in that she could. To start things off, Clair dashed at the bear head-on, running straight at its chest but moving to the side at the last second as it raised its arm in preparation for an attack of its own. Instead of just dodging, Clair took advantage of the raised arm and slashed at its exposed side. She saw the creatures health bar drop a small amount, but all-in-all, the bear would require a lot more than a simple slash like that before it went down. Spinning to face the bear again, Clair noticed it start to charge at her, quickly she jumped to her right. Landing on her feet as the bear ran right where she had just been a few seconds ago. Sprinting at the bear once again, she targeted its right arm again, swinging with both of her weapons, Clair gave the beast two slash marks on its upper arm. This time, she saw the health bar drop by about a third of the total, bringing it to just above half.
Once its health bar had dropped down, the bear gave out another roar of anger at the trespasser, this time louder and more menacing. The great, brown bear stood up on its hind legs so that it could get a better strike at its attacker when she charged at it again. This time, Clair repeated her original attack. Running at the bear she was on path for the creatures chest but moved to her left as if she were going to strike at the creatures right flank again. Instead of going for the bears flank though, she moved to her right once again as the bear swung its paw down with incredible force at where she was a fraction of a second before. She quickly took both of her weapons and raised them in front of her while she still had her momentum built up. With both of the blades, she pierced the bears chest in two locations near the center. With that, the beasts health bar dropped the rest of the way and it burst into many shards and disappeared. Once the shards had fully cleared, Clair checked her inventory. The last item, after all of the wolf pelts and now bear fur, was a steel-short sword. She swapped out the dagger for her new weapon and left the cave to return to town so that she could do something with all of the wolf pelts that she had collected.

Is he supposed to drop anything of interest?" She glanced back to Dryk, "So are you coming along? Do you have any poisons in your stash? Combining that with some of my arrows should help. I've got accuracy, agility, and range but a bow is one of the weaker of the weapons starting out... actually it only has real value if you have good accuracy. We split experience evenly between the group regardless of what kills we do or do not make, right? And whoever gets the most health damage gets healing items first? Seems only fair."She glanced at Dryk, "Teaming up is all about making up for each other's weaknesses. At least with us. You get farthest that way. Magnus has the best class to take the most hits, I can cover as back-up, and you can help where you can. And, I hate squabbles over who is the most important in a group. One person might be the most important in one fight but in another the skills of someone else pays off more. We help you get to a level you are more comfortable with, in exchange you can help us out where we would need an alchemist the most."➳⊙ ⊕

Dryk accepted the invite with sense of relief. Now that he was part of a group, he felt that he could actually get started in this game. Checking the party information, he saw that the girls name was Dima. "Thank you," he said to Dima since she had been the one who sent him the group invite. "I'll do what I can to help you guys in a fight." When Dima asked if he had any poisons, Dryk opened up his inventory and grabbed on of the viles of minor poison. "It's not much, but I do have a few small viles of poison that I had planned on building off of. If they can be of use to you though, you can use them instead," he said, sending the item to Dima's inventory as a gift.

She smiled and said, "I make my arrows count. No reason to waste more than necessary. My job is to buy people time and keep everyone's back covered. Regular arrows work well enough for that. The poison arrows are only in the case I don't have the time to build up high amounts of damage on an opponent. Think of it more as insurance.""And welcome to the team Dryk. Any secret skills you have been holding back from us that are relevant?" She added before glancing at Magnus, "I'm ready, boss. So don't let me hold you up."➳⊙ ⊕ Current Team:

He threw up his forearms a bit in mock outrage, as if flipping a chest-high table. "Anyway, we'll have the materials for a banquet soon enough, unless we've wandered into a meat wall meant to keep us from going this way. The last game I played was a real grindfest."

✮ Rogue ✮ ✮People will betray others... Lisa got his party request, she accepts his request, she look on upper right on her visual game, "Rend? Huh... interesting IPC," she said to him calmly about his IPC. She reverse her two daggers, "I don't know about the banquet, but I heard the creator of this game will welcome all players," she commented, until the japanese girl chuckled about grindfest as she look at him, "Real smooth Rend-san, and..." she turn her attention to the boars, they seems to caught their attention, she takes a battle stance, "Looks like they sense us as a threat." ... I don't trust them✮

Interesting name for a mage, of all things." He recalled that he had also heard about the creator's welcome. "As for the welcome, that's good to hear. I'm not exactly going to go up and shake the creator's hand, but some people just crank out game after game without ever interacting with their player base. Kind of a waste."Instead of beginning to cast a spell, he accessed his inventory and materialized a typical-looking longsword. He held it forward, point-down, and it began to glow faintly. He released the hilt and it actually remained floating in the air. He paused briefly to consider how he would command his new minion, then decided on a simple pointing gesture. It worked, and the sword moved forward to float between him and the boars. "So that's how it works. You ready?"

He held his spear horizontally in front of him and began casting. A circle of purple light appeared at his feet and slowly shrank. He would release the < > spell in a few moments. He hoped that it would be enough to finish off anything left over after the rogue's assault.
