He hadn't known that it bugged her so much and he gave her another apology, "I'm sorry. I didn't know how strongly you disliked Aesculus. Although just being friends with him doesn't seem like it would be as bad as you make it sound for yourself. I'm sure you two at least have one thing in common...Who knows..he might like Art, or music as much as you do?" He looked at her a moment longer after she had finished. He allowed her to lean on him, moving one of his arms around her shoulder in a comforting fashion as he gave her question some thought. There were a few things, he was sure of that, but at the moment, none of them came to his mind. "Not that I can think of. However, I just probably can't think of them now." He gave a small shrug and looked down at her a moment before finally kicking the bug away from near his foot, "

Ahnna Rosa smiled slightly at his willingness to comfort her, which despite all she thought she deserved in this area among others; she rarely got for more then obvious reasons. "Well, I have.. plenty." She said, with a sigh, "And Aesculus is their leader." She confirmed, sitting up straight again she leaned to kiss his cheek as she always did, "It is getting cold, Alces. I think I shall go see if my kithain's temper has also subsided. Thank you for your continued friendship, Alces." She said rather happily as she plucked up her Lyre and stood up, walking swiftly and gracefully twords the inside of the castle until she was alltogether gone.

Once again, Alces was in the gardens. However, unlike most times, he wasn't here to read this time. Instead he was just passing through to head back to his chambers to snack on some cookies. He was, of course, taking his time, and enjoying the peacefullness of the gardens. In one hand he had a box that contained the freshly baked cookies that his Kithain had dropped off for him while visiting him. He hadn't minded the fact that they were store bought, since he knew how much she hated to cook and as long as they were good he had no problem with them.
Everyonce in a while, the young man would glance down at the box hungrily and had nearly tripped several times due to not watching where he was going while staring at the box.

Filix stepped into the gardens, brushing the hair off her head into a very messy, yet effective ponytail. She tugged the cloak on, and wandered into the gardens in a slow, relaxed pace, not really caring who she ran into this time. Not since... that night...
Oh yes, Filix felt good. And she wasn't afraid to show it. Or tell people why. Filix even twirled once, which was very unlike her to do. But then, no one was around to see it!
She passed through a few gardens, and came out into one of the central ones. This one was beautiful, with a statue in the center, shrubs with little colorful and fragrant flowers, and lush green grass all around. Filix paused to stand in it, admiring it.
She heard some strange noises, like scuffing of feet. Filix lifted a branch, to see Alces heading in her direction with his eyes staring at a box in his hand. He must have been very distracted, she could tell that his attention was not on the ground, only on this box... cookies?
"Hello, Alces!" Filix called through the bush. "What's in the box?"

The man looked up in her direction quickly looking around for the source of the voice, not having heard any other Fey around. Although, it wasn't like he had been paying attention to that. "Oh, Lady Filix! Hello!" He called back and then looked down at the box once more when she asked, "Cookies." He answered, "I believe Lady Xannyia called them 'Snickerdoodles' or something like that. She said they are supposed to be good. She brought them for me from her realm." He explained and then turned his attention back to her as he stopped walking once he had gotten closer to where she was standing. "There should be a lot in here; would you like to try one?"

Cookies! Filix squeaked slightly, and decided that today was already a good day!
Filix stepped around the bush to shrug and pretend she wasn't interested. But she liked cookies, so long as she didn't have to make them. Filix nodded, "Sure, I'd love to try one," as she leaned over to give him a one arm hug.
Then she stood back again, taking a good look at Alces. "How is being an adult? Are you feeling better?"

Ursa strolled around the gardens freely, feeling rather light on her toes she pranced around intaking the sweet, fresh air. She stopped and noticed Filix and what appeared to be an adult Alces talking. She pushed a strand of her hair back and smiled freely. Her hands clasping behind her back, "Better not interupt," she muttered under her breath.
She walked on, this time in a slower pace. Looking at all the beautiful flowers whisp around as the air brushed up against them, -Yes- It was rather nice...

"Very well then. Let's find a nice place to sit down, and we can eat some of the cookies!" He sounded very enthusiastic about eating them and looked around for a comfortable spot on either the ground or a bench. He made a motion with his hand, as if letting her pick, since he wasn't quite sure if the adult Filix would prefer sitting on a bench rather than the ground.
"It's...different." he replied, "And yes, I am feeling better thank you. Luckily, the pain didn't last too much longer after a good night's rest, however it will still take some time getting used to this. I hope you are feeling better as well?"
Alces frowned slightly when he felt as though there was another there and turned around to see Ursa. He had only met her once before, but he recognized her right away, "Hello there Miss Ursa!"

Ursa gazed at Alces and smiled a little, "Hello there!" she said in a rather normal tone. "Hello indeed Alces," her eyes darted about quickly before she patted down her clothing, "Ah, I see you have grown as well as the others!" she commented as a grin tugged at her lip. "Its a pleasure to meet you again," she curtsied as best she could, but it turned out to be rather dumb looking.
Well at least, she thought.

Filix nodded, and stepped over to where a patch of grass looked especially dry and soft. She waved over to Ursa as she did. "Come join us, Ursa!"
She nodded at Alces, arranging the cloak on the ground and sitting on top of it. "I feel wonderful. And strong. You know, how you realize you can do so much more than the age you were before? I am really liking that feeling now. And the pain left me after a good sleep, although I felt drained for a few days."
Filix patted the spot on the cloak for Ursa, in case the other didn't want to sit on the grass, and turned her attention back to Alces and his box again.

"Yes, come join us. We have cookies." He held up the box for Ursa to see, even though she had probably already seen in. He just seemed to like announcing things regardless of whether they already knew it or not. He took a seat on the ground and began opening the box of cookies. "Yes, I know the feeling. It seems like its so much. I also know many more spells!" He sounded happy at that, since he could now use that to entertain people with little magic tricks and the likes.

Ursa shook her head, "Its okay. Iam not that hungry. Not really a cookie person anyway." she smiled and sat next to Filix on the coat after her kind offer. "Thank you Lady Filix," she grinned yet again and now listened in the conversation Alces and Filix had started.
Hmm.. Its nice today!

"Spells? What spells do you know, Alces? Are you good at them? I know a few new spells as well, but I still have yet to learn them right. They didn't go so well." Filix smiled at the smell of the cookies, and then sideways at Ursa. She wriggled happily, not taking a cookie till Alces offered, leaning forward to gently pluck a daisy from in front of her.

"Are you sure?" Alces asked Ursa, just to make sure, as he pulled out some napkins that Xannyia had put in there for him; handing one or two to Filix so she could use one as a makeshift plate. Next he set the box down in the middle of them so they could take them as they pleased. He put out a napkin for Ursa, just in case and then took a cookie for himself. "I know a lot more than I used to. I can make a cloud of smoke now. I can become invisible, and make an energy field. Although I haven't tried that one yet. A few others. I have yet to try most of them though." he gave a nod and bit into the cookie, "What sorts of spells can you do now?

Filix set the napkins on her lap carefully, folding them out neatly and took a cookie to place on the napkin. She smiled warmly at Ursa, as she broke her cookie up into smaller pieces to eat one by one.
Filix popped one piece into her mouth, grinning. Mmm... she liked cookies! These ones especially.
"Well... I can also do the invisible spell. And I can meld with shadows, which is useful. Neither I'm very good at yet, I need a lot of practice... hopefully Pappila can help me there when she's older."
