 ❧ Koko stared at the tree in the distance with pure amazement. She nodded in agreement with Zach. She wondered why the tour guides did not include this site as part of their tour. It was alluring. She took several steps forward until she passed under the stone archway, bright green eyes kept on the tree. She then heard faint whispering, and a strong wind began to blow, whipping her dark hair across her face. She whipped her head back and forth. "Did you guys hear that?" She asked with a confused expression. "Maybe it's just me..." Koko muttered as the whispering had stopped. She glanced at Britt and Zach, a question forming on her lips. "Should we go see it?" She asked them before returning her gaze to the tree looming before them. She took several slow steps towards the tree, wanting to go investigate it, but a part deep within her cautioned her to stay away. Treat me right and I'll treat you right. - - - - - - Brittany ☪ Walters- - - - - -  Her blonde hair moved with the wind her high pitched whispers she didn't even hear Kokoros question she turned toward them seeing the tree and everything stopped. Slowly she walked toward the giant tree "I want to see this tree." Walking under the pathway she stood in the middle and looked up seeing how thick and how long it's beaches were she was absolutely mesmerized. why I am so attracted to this tree. It's like I want to know its entire history. a smile crept on her face. "Come on you guys!" Motioning them over to her.

  Zach heard small whispers and looked around, trying to figure out where it was coming from only to end up with wind whip around them and their hair. He barely even understood what Koko said through the whispers. "I hope we're not going delusional for hearing strange things, right?" he asked. He turned to Britt and then to the tree. He heard Koko call out to them to get closer as well and did so. He felt like something was totally off from the tree, but was so drawn into it that he didn't care. They were prepared for anything, anyway.

 ❧ Koko walked slowly and calmly towards the tree, her amazement rising as she got closer. Her mind simply could not fathom the immensity of the tree before her. She even began to ponder if this was even real. Surely, no tree was as large at this. She's seen sequoias, which were an average of 310 feet, but this big tree looming in front of her was way taller than that. Its branches reached into the clouds, and she couldn't even make out the top of the tree. And its trunk was at least 10 times bigger than the trunk of a sequoia... Koko rubbed her right eye, truly wondering to herself if she really was asleep. This tree seemed to be something from a dream... As Koko approached the tree, she heard the same faint whispering from before, but as the wind blew, she shrugged it off again, thinking it was the wind making the noise. She looked at the gigantic tree and smiled in astonishment. She was soon under the shade of the tree's branches and extended her arm to feel the bark, until everything froze. The wind was no longer blowing and the birds had stopped chirping. Everything felt slow. She turned her head to her friends, then to the tree standing tall before her. Her eyes widened in surprise. The tree was glowing?! There was a bright gold hue, outlining the tree. She whipped her head around and spotted several bright, blue phosphorescent balls of lights, approximately the size of her fist, floating above the ground. The lights seemed to be dancing and circumnavigating the tree. She rubbed her eyes, shaking her head, again wondering if all of this was a dream. Zach looked at the tree and heard the whispers again as he walked to the tree. He didn't understand what the whispers were saying. He turned to Koko, just in time to see her touch the trunk of the tree. When she touched it, he saw everything freeze, like time just stopped. There was no sound, smell, or feel.The only ones that were able to move were him and his friends. He turned to his friends and was about to say something, but he saw blue flames appear around them, circumnavigating around them. He rubbed his eyes to see if he was imagining it all, only to realize he wasn't. He saw the tree glowing before them and soon, Koko was gone. He gasped though it couldn't be heard. He turned to Britt only to see her disappear as well. He was about to say call out to them, only to not feel anything under him and fall into the darkness below.

❧ Koko screamed. Or she thought she was. Her mouth was open wide and she felt her lungs burning but she heard no sound coming from her mouth. Everything was either pitch black or her eyes were closed; she couldn't tell. She was just really focused on screaming her lungs out. She heard the same whispers from before, only louder and she felt terrified. She extended her arm out in a desperate and futile attempt to grab something to stop her from this falling. But there was nothing there. And everything felt empty. Finally, brightness replaced the darkness and Koko hit the ground, landing on her butt. Despite falling butt-first on the ground, it didn't hurt as she expected it to. It actually felt like falling onto the high jump pads. She found herself feeling grass beneath her, which was a relief. And with a trembling body, she slowly opened her eyes and found herself staring at the same, exact, giant, massive tree. "What.....?" She said aloud in utter disbelief. She still felt panicky and now, really confused. Did she die and was at heaven at her death spot? She looked at her legs, which was still intact, and then at her hands. Her eyes widened and she screamed. Her hands weren't normal human hands, but rather huge, black clawlike hands. Koko's breathing became shallow and she whipped her head from side to side panically. Her eyes widened again at the sight beheld before her. The ruins that were supposed to be destroyed, weren't. They were erected once more in their former glory. She held her head between her clawlike hands. And squeezed her eyes shut. "This is a dream... this is a dream... this is a dream..." She repeated this to herself as she remained seated on the ground, rocking back and forth. She hoped that if she continued to say this, it'll be true. Treat me right and I'll treat you right. - - - - - - Brittany ☪ Walters- - - - - -  Brittany felt the tears roll off of her face as she fell in continued darkness, the Latin whispers got louder as she fell saying the same thing over and over again cuum mundo eadem. She tried screaming but couldn't tell if she was actually making a sound the whispering turned into crys. Brittany moved her head side to side as if she was looking for something or 2 certain someone's even though it was futile she couldn't see anything she didn't know where Kokoro and Zach were she saw Kokoro disappear then got a glimpse of Zach before she too disappeared. She began to scream and cry harder then a light came closer to her turning into a green she closed her eyes for the impact but she didn't feel a hard surface against her body. She slowly opened her eyes and looked down seeing she wasn't touching the ground her feet were a foot off the ground she gasped is terror with tears rolling down her face, she looked behind her as saw two wings fluttering keeping her a float she screamed causing her to fall on the ground on her stomach she covered her ears, closed her eyes and screamed "This isn't happening!" She slowly opened her eyes and saw a puddle in the distance she quickly crawled to it and saw she was a lot smaller not like pixie size but she was slimmer and a bit shorter also her Blonde hair grew and her Maroon eyes were now green. She slightly touched under her eyes and because to hyperventilate "This isn't happening, why am I like this!"

 ❧ Koko thought of pinching herself, like they did in the movies when they were dreaming. But she didn't feel comfortable with these new hands of hers and the thought of touching her skin with them freaked her out. She then heard screaming, which sounded a lot like Britt's voice and she perked up, looking at the green field before her in order to find her friend. She was taken aback when she spotted two different people from the ones she was expecting. A dark-haired guy under the shade of the tree and a long-haired blonde with green eyes and... fairy wings? She exhaled slowly, running a clawed hand through her dark hair. Her eyes widened when she felt something at the top of her head. She patted her head, only finding something sharp was at the top. She began freaking out once more, touching the top of her head to find out what was on it. Remembering she still has her backpack on her person, she quickly took it off and dug around for a mirror. She looked at the mirror and gasped at the sight before her. Two black spiral horns stuck out at the top of her head. "Oh my God...." She gulped with fear, dropping the mirror on the ground. Koko covered her face with her hands as she took shallow breaths. "Please let this be a dream..." She muttered to herself. She was then startled by the sound of flapping behind her, she whipped her head around and saw nothing, which only further confused her. She heard the sound once more and turned to look behind her, at her shoulders. "Ahh!" She screamed in surprise, finally standing to her feet. A bat-like wing protruded from her back. She whipped her head to look at her other shoulder. And nonetheless, a similar wing protruded from it. "Oh my God..." She breathed. What the hell was she? Koko inhaled a sharp intake of breath, shutting her eyes closed, trying to gather herself together. She had to calm down and try to find out where she was, how she got there, and why she looked like that. Calm down, Kokoro, freaking out is not going to answer any questions... As her father had advised her in the past. She gulped at the thought of her father, but she pushed that issue away for later. She opened her teary eyes and turned to look at the blonde-haired girl and dark-haired guy, feeling as if she knew them... Her eyes widened with realization. "Britt?" She called out to the girl. "Zach?" She called to the boy. Fear settled into her stomach; all she felt at the moment was dread and fright. sтαтυs: Dreadful, Scared ♡ ωεαρση: None ♡ σσc: Lalala~

Treat me right and I'll treat you right. - - - - - - Brittany ☪ Walters- - - - - - Brittany kept holding on to her face trying to speak but couldn't, this was all too much to take in, Her eyes changed color her hair was so much longer and lets not forget about the fairy wings! she felt warm water run down her face once more, of course more tears and sniffling. Then she gasped covering her mouth, the thought of her Parents and Siblings even though she didnt know where she was, but she did have a feeling she wouldn't see them again it made her sick to her stomach. Her eyes widened when her heard a familiar voice. Slowly turning she looked at kokoro and gasped once more what had happened to them? She also noticed a darker haired pale boy in the shadows of the tree she knew it was Zach, she wiped her eyes dry and nodded at Kokoro "Yeah it's me.." she said slowly she Looked at Zach "Zach, are you okay?"

 Zach scratched at his throat, feeling it to raspy and dry. He heard their voices, but couldn't say anything himself. His lips felt dry and he couldn't stand the pain. He tried to say something to them, but couldn't. He was able to move and all, but he didn't want to get out of his spot there in the shade. He moved his head to turn to them and saw that both Koko ad Britt looked different, but their features and voices were the same. "S-so...thirsty," he manages to say, his throat sounding raspy. It took a lot out of him to not cry out in pain in his throat and chest. 'I don't get it. I had drank a lot of water before this happened. Why am I still so thirsty?' he thought to himself.

❧ Koko brought her hand up to her heart as she sighed in relief. It was her. It was her best friend. She was so glad. At Britt's concern for Zach, she turned to the dark-haired boy sitting under the shade of the large tree. "Thirsty?" She repeated. She whipped her head from side to side, in search of a water source. Unfortunately, there wasn't any except for a nearby puddle. But she didn't think puddle water was safe to drink from. With a gasp in realization, she picked up her backpack and rummaged through it, remembering that she had one of those insulated sports water bottle. She produced it from the bag - it was still cool, surprisingly - and walked over to Zach. She knelt down in front of him and handed him the water bottle. "Here, I have this," She offered her friend. Koko glanced over her shoulder at Britt. The question they were probably all wondering was forming on her lips. "What the hell happened to us?" She asked, almost without a hint of emotion. "Zachary! Stop! you'll kill her!" she yelled toward him Of course, it makes sense now, Zach is a Vampire, Kokoro is some kind of Demon I suppose..and I-I'm a fairy. She jumped up into the air and began to fly toward her friends jumping on Zachs back trying to pry him off of Kokoro "Zach! get a hold of yourself!"
