"Fire works, Kazekage want's to be able to show her hair without people gasping. It's the only year.Eveyrone changes their hair color so no one knows Kazekage's true hair color. But it is..A lot of people are going to be there and the Kazekage gets to eat and enjoy being out of the office"

you're right Karuto, you don't know me, but I do know something is going to happen tomorrow...I can sense it...I suggest you beef up security at the festival...it might be a day off, but I'm letting you in on what I'm thinking...the people of Sand Village aren't going to be the only ones among the crowd...of course...you could keep me under heavy security as well, but I can guarantee you I'm not your problem...
