It might have seemed poorly placed, but Iris laughed at Zircon's comment. "Well, good luck on that!" she chuckled out to both the Lieutenant and Realgar before giving them one firm salute-styled wave and bounding off. As she ran off, the Slicer she held still trailed a path behind her, giving a sort of flashy exit.
It was obvious where her efforts really needed to go. As she carved her way towards the odd shadowy figure towards the center, but as she went along, she couldn't help but stumble for a moment as something sharp dug into the bottom of her boot.
"...th'f*ck?" she snorted before pausing for a moment to take a look at the base of her shoe to find some odd metal piece there.

The manx chuckled at Metis as she seemed to hiss at the eternal senshi's expense. "Well, I suspect it is a good thing she got rid of me... I think I'd be more prone to be thrown if I stayed on her during a fight like this!"
She stayed quiet for a bit as she got repositioned, occasionally briefly latching onto Metis' collar with her claws. She approached a knight (Sessrumnir) and a chibi senshi (Oberon). Where as Metis' response to the chibi senshi was one of annoyance at Iris' expense, the manx offered a brief chuckle.
"I'd like to think that I tend to be where I am needed. And for now, I am needed here." She nodded her head towards Oberon before she felt something in her fur prickling against her skin.
Turning her head, she found an odd Caltrop sticking in her fur. "...well how did that get..."
And then she got hit in the back of the head by a paper airplane.
"...there..."

There was a tug upon the cape which hung off his shoulders, and it was enough to get his attention. Perhaps one of these shades was trying to weakly pull him down. It was there he saw a silver haired senshi (Psyche) seemingly attached to his gossamer. However, there was no time to speak as she was rather suddenly shoved into him.
He remained steady on his feet as he seemed to cushion her blow, one hand up to attempt a catch. His other hand remained upon his weapon, in case he needed to attack a shade heading towards him.
To answer his companion (Athene) just a small ways away, Nysa said in a rather prim voice "It would seem as if I have grown some sort of new appendage..."
He stepped to the side slightly to try and show off the senshi attached to his cape, but in the process ended up stepping on a Caltrop which stuck into his boot. It was uncomfortable to say the least, but he attempted to ignore the pain as he minded his manners.
Making a small noise of appreciation when Leto went princess, Damocles pulled Tantalus close, helping him stand as he eyed the forest before looking at his boyfriend.. The shorter brunette was looking pale. "Maybe you should move back? Get some air." The blonde didn't get any more time to worry over Tantalus as a paper plane and caltrop crashed into him. "Ow ow ow ow." Well that smarted. He growled and shoved the shade over that had a face full of Tantalus scarf over.

"And you're an a**." Des said flatly. He raised a purple brow. "Me? You're telling me to watch my feet? You can barely walk straight Grace." Then as if to prove his point, Natron earned himself a paper cut. Des snorted right back. "Maybe you should take your own advice." The purple haired boy said as he avoided the paper planes and caltrops. "How long have you been at this? Because I seriously think I'm doing better then you. And I could do this with one arm behind my back." Des muttered as he pitched another blade in the shades head.
He had to get out of the house! He simply couldn't remain here tonight, as wrong as that sounded. But the last straw had just been snapped. He'd been up in his room, typing away at his computer, when he'd heard his fathers ranting and raging getting louder only to end with something about the 'no good tv' and punctuated by a crash of some sort. He figured it wasn't the tv, or it would have been far louder, so likely the remote control. He'd have left now, his mother wasn't home and wouldn't be till morning, but first he had to make sure the remote wasn't sticking out of the screen or some other such thing.
So downstairs he'd gone, ignoring his father who was still ranting, and bent to inspect the tv screen. Touching it and looking it over from various angles he was able to conclude there were no chips, dents, and certainly nothing was protruding from the screens surface. While Ian had been inspecting the tv his father had been ranting and had begun to rage again, apparently he didn't like his son in the way of the screen, and Ian was unaware of this until he felt something heavy, and hard, strike his shoulder. Yelping, from surprise and pain, he looked down at the cup which lay on the floor. Heavy and ceramic...his father had thrown this at him? Blinking, even as he felt ill, he stood slowly and turned to his face. "I'm sorry, I wanted to make sure it wasn't broken." His voice was weak, soft, and his bent once more, swiftly, to pick up the remote and close the open battery case - never mind the fat the batteries where who knows where. The item was gently, oh so softly, placed on the wood of the entertainment center right next to the tv. His father seemed to have put himself into a state of shock, never once had the drunk of a man struck out at his son in any manner aside from verbal. Good for him Ian thought, though he felt a stab of guilt for thinking such thoughts with such negative thoughts behind those thoughts.
Not a word was spoken then by the dark haired teen as he made his way across the living room and to the coat closet. Opening the door he pulled out a coat and slipped it on before heading up to his room quickly, he had some things to get if he was planning to go out. With the coat on and his his pockets filled with two phones and a henshin pen he made his way to the door, a glance given to his father proved the man was watching him intently. "I'm going out." He whispered, not wanting to speak or raise his voice when he did. His shoes pulled on he opened and closed the door behind himself, he'd somehow forgotten his house keys in his troubled state.
Once he was far enough from home he'd stepped behind a dumpster in an alley way and powered up. He needed to busy his troubled mind and maybe a late night walk would help...only it seemed something was going on. He might be weak and couldn't sense things too far off in the distance but this he could sense and it was a lot of powers he felt. Shaking his head he hurried toward it, senshi phone tucked into a pocket as he hurriedly made his way in the direction of the park. As he passed the gates to the park he picked up his pace and finally broke out into an opening where a war seemed to be going on and paper airplanes and caltrops had to be dodged as he jumped and leapt out of the way of them. What was going on? From one fight to an event bigger one....not something he wanted. he could feel his soul, if such a thing existed, crying out in agony and sadness over this. He didn't want to fight or be involved and yet here he was. He didn't like fights even if he had accepted that sometimes he might need to fight. Just what was going on? Looking around, one hand rising up to rub at his bruising shoulder, he hoped to spot someone he knew so he could find out...and have someone to be near for safety.
In a rushed manner, the eternal senshi found a stick on the ground and pried the odd piece of metal off of her shoe before resuming her rush at the bizarre shade at the center.
Unfortunately, it was in the middle of the lake. Iris was pretty sure last she checked that she did not have the ability to walk on water, so she wasn't exactly going to go splashing about. Instead, she stood to the edge of the waters and lashed out her own attack at the Queen.
"Iris Rainbow Slicer!!!" With that, the rainbow that had been trailing to her side earlier was now lashing out at the main source of chaos this evening.
On the bottom of her breath, she scoffed "...let's see how much you like these colors..."

It seemed as if he wasn't safe enough yet to show off his new companion to Athene. A stray shade swiped in, and with his weapon wielding hand, he swiped back at it. The shadowy creature hopped back, practically dodging the attack by the Knight. However, the lad kept his weapon up and pointed at the creature, as if to warn it to not approach any closer.

He launched his attack and one of the shades came at him -- throwing magic in return, something which made Al-Janah blink, just a bit stunned. For a second, he looked stunned enough that it might hit, might take him into its hold --
But no. He ducked, and it missed, and then his eyes settled onto the shade.
Even with her attempt at dragging the Nega woman to safety from the snowy attack of her clone, there wasn’t anything she could do against the projectiles suddenly thrown their way. Varuna didn’t have time to dodge either the caltrop or the airplane as they hit her, and while she was glad she didn’t end up stepping on the pointy edge, it did end up ripping her dress a little.
The shade didn’t seem to mind the sudden onslaught of weapons, and took advantage of the distraction by lunging forward and grabbing hold of Varuna’s long hair, yanking her to the ground. With a cry, the senshi tried fighting off her mimicked attacker, but couldn’t seem to get a good footing to get herself back off the ground. A punch to the face had her seeing stars and her attempt at a cry for help was silenced as hands found their way to her neck.

”Gan-” he tried calling, had there not suddenly been a forest springing up around them. Not a forest… a jungle. Certainly an illusion, but a pretty darn good one. Anyone could get attacked at this point, and there was no good way to fight the queen when they couldn’t even see what they were doing. If anything, it made things more dangerous.
Which was why he needed to get to Ganymede and Themiscrya as quickly as he could. He somehow managed to avoid being hit by both the caltrops and airplanes that came his way, and cleared some of the larger trees in time to see Themiscrya trying to help Ganymede, who was now tumbling on the ground with her clone — the same clone who had been giving her trouble from the very start, giving her a taste of how her attack felt, and what it was like to see herself as an enemy. It wasn’t something he wished on even his enemy, but the woman he married even less.
“Get back, you’re too close!” he yelled for her, leaping over a branch that had been knocked down in the scuffle of everyone fighting. She was too close to the woman causing all these attacks, and while Ganymede seemed to finally get the upperhand and defeat her clone, he didn’t want her rash actions to get her into even more trouble.
“Come on,” he hissed, finally making it to her side, and putting his arm around her shoulders and chest, to try and push her back and away from the center of all the attacks. “Where’s Themiscyra?” he asked once he’d managed to get her back at least a few steps, looking around for the Mars knight.

Oberon stared at the cat for just a few moments, before letting out a huge cheer of excitement. “You are like Sheena! You’re a Guardian Cat!! I knew it!” he claimed, pointing at *********> in surprise. He couldn’t wait to tell Sheena that he’d met another guardian cat, and long before he even knew she was one. “You know Sheena, right?? She’s m-- Well, I’m her’s, is what she says!”
But in his excitement he didn’t see the caltrop, and hissed in pain as he stepped backwards onto it. He didn’t start crying, though. Instead he lowered himself down to the ground to inspect the bottom of his shoe which, while thick, it clearly wasn’t enough to keep the sharp object from breaking through.
This place was dangerous.

”It was a joke, it was a joke!” he held up his hands as Metis suddenly got all snappy with him. She certainly didn’t have a lot of patience when it came to teasing, did she? For someone who seemed so sweet to others, she really didn’t get along well with him, did she?
Sessrumnir kept a look out for the chibi shadow that seemed to be lingering nearby, clearly trying to decide how best to attack the person it had copied, but with two much stronger opponents and a cat right there… Hopefully it would be wise and stay away. Sessrumnir wasn’t in the mood for hurting kids, inhuman or otherwise.
Still, as he was distracted by the shade, a caltrop managed to hit the back of his arm. It didn’t hurt too badly, but seeing the kid beside him obviously step on one, it was easy to ignore the shadows and random jungle and all the other nonsense. “You’re pushing your luck for ever doing this again,” he sighed, reaching down to hoist the child up onto his shoulder, much like how Metis did her cat. Thankfully, Oberon was still tiny for his age, but as soon as he hit sixteen, he knew that would change.
Ever so carefully, he helped pull the caltrop from the kid’s foot and tossed it out of their way. “Either of you have an idea of how to attack this thing? Or do we let the chicks with wings take care of it?” he wondered of both Metis and *********> as he nodded towards the lake and those attacking the woman at the center.
That caltrop in his hand was a pleasing weight; too pleasing perhaps. He had made his way closer to the target of his annoyance, and mild anger, and as he prepared to throw that caltrop back at the shade queen he changed his mind - a rather quick change in mind. The object dropped to the ground as the Negaverse General summoned his own weapon. Long and slender, well balanced, the spear felt comfortable in his hand, unlike the caltrop which was not his own weapon.
How best though to get close enough to throw it and hit the shade of a queen? He was sure walking up to her wouldn't be a good idea, likely a very bad one, should he just throw it like a javelin and hope it struck her? It was a good idea but now he needed a clear shot. As he moved around he found himself spying a chibi senshi and a much taller knight. Well, seeing as it seemed both sides were working together he didn't worry over stepping toward them.
Over hearing the knights question he couldn't help but butt in. "I suppose you'd attack her as if she were one of us. If that's difficult to do I could lend you a weapon...if you've a good arm." He wasn't about to offer it to someone to throw, at the queen, if they had a poor throwing arm. He could manage on his own, he just hoped no one would get in the way of his spear. In fact...as he waited for the knights response, to see what he'd say, he turned his attention to the queen and took aim before launching the spear like an Olympic athlete would launch a javelin. While his weapon sailed through the air he focused back on the knight with a quirked brow. "Unless you plan on standing about doing nothing, aside from what you previous said - which I believe was about letting the ones with wings do all the work." His tone casual though there was something else to it; perhaps a challenge?
Athene had turned to look in Nysa's direction, recognising the silver-haired senshi from the battle he had helped fight against the monochrome princess, although he didn't know her name.
He thought he sensed something, half started to turn but was too late as something struck him in the back of the legs and tightened binding them tight and sending him crashing to the ground with a yelp.

Order and Chaos continued their attempted to overtake the fairies and destroy the queen. Some where more focused on the her fairies but other's were more focused on her. Some of her fairies seemed to understand, but other's seemed simply in it for the carnage.
"Don't be so single minded," she shouted to her own masses, "use what they think is there's. Turn it against them." She hoped to possible turn them against one another.
She was pelted with another series of attack, more rocks and even a water bottle, which she couldn't really focus on, hitting her and bouncing off in another direction. No she had to focus on the brave soul who sought to get close enough to assault her physically.
The hooded purple senshi, though after a few moments a fairy hit her with an attack allowing Finsternis to focus on a incoming bird of prey, followed by a shoe and further more a multicolored whip that connected with her side as the bird raked its talons over her arm. She screamed out in agony, stumbling before a spear came soaring through the air slicing the her dress and cutting her side that had just been burned.
The queens anguished cries had the shade fairies attacking more fiercely the one who dared to harm their queen.
"It is no use. No use at all. The more of you that come the more of you I will destroy. I, Queen Finsternis, am destined to rule this world. Never again shall I wander! YOU WILL ALL DIE!"
She pressed her hands together and spread them out wide causing a blinding flash of light to project out across the park. She took advantage of the light in front of her to move back further and to summon a boomerang to her before launching it out at the pathetic humans.
Finsternis Attack
Flash: Power of light. Mass blinding effect on multiple targets, much like a huge camera flash. Those targets roll smaller die because they are unable to see as well to attack.
Roll one 10 sided die to see if you are affected by the flash. The higher you roll the more you were effected. 5 or more, roll a 10 died die for your next attack as opposed to a 20.
Roll another 10 sided die to see if you were hit by the boomerang. Odd are a hit, evens are a miss!
*Please bold all attacks on the queen and the shades.
Maia heard a voice call out to her while headed toward her brother and she turned slightly, which was a big mistake as the flash went of in her face. She was took close to escape it, her hands flew up to her face in an all to feeble attempt to shield her eyes. She stumbled back a few steps trying to blink away the momentary blindness only to be struck across her stomach by a passing boomerang and falling back hard on her bottom.
"Delphi," she called out the girl who was suppose to have been meeting her in the park for training. She was about to get far more than training, as Maia was sure that had been her voice, and she had walked right into the middle of a fierce battle.

Maia despite have been mostly blinded by the flash of light and currently seeing spots on light in her vision she groped around on the ground searching for a suitable sized rock before climbing to her feet and trying to locate the queen.
It was a little difficult but once she thought she was looking in the correct general direction she pulled her arm back and flung the rock as hard as she could aiming for the queen.
She feared using another magic attack in her current state not wanting to miss and hit someone on their own side.
On one hand, she certainly felt better knowing she could keep an eye on ********* this way. Instead of worrying where the guardian was in all this hectic insanity. Of course, to have random objects being thrown at her guardian had Metis unsure if she should be upset or.... just laugh. Biting her lip slightly to keep herself from doing the latter, she brushed a hand carefully over ********* head and back to dislodge the offending objects. "I do hope that's the worst you'll experience with me."
Of course, she was staring with wide eyes in the direction of Oberon. Sheena? She knew that name. Her mind flickered back to the eclipse viewing. There'd been a Sheena there, too, a cat. Coincidence. Surely. "I... might need to speak to you later. I might know whom Sheena is, but you really should be careful saying that, if we're thinking of the same... one." Her head turned a fraction towards Sessrumnir, unsure of his connection to the chibi senshi. Or too sure how much she'd feel comfortable saying in front of him about whom she was outside of the guise of Metis. A little kid was one thing... especially if she was putting two and two together.
But it was impossible to not notice how the knight spoke to the boy, and she watched in blatant curiosity as he lifted the boy to his shoulder. Familiar, then. Hm.
She didn't get much of a chance to respond to his question though. The queen had screeched more, and waves of white energy blasted her vision. Shaking her head from the flash, she was a bit disorientated by the... additional lights. "I suppose that's fair turn around," she mumbled, though not before taking notice of a rather large boomerang. That didn't hit her. Good.
Gave her the chance to look back at Sessrumnir, expression rather uncomfortable as she finally explained, "If they're anything like the one I saw go down... beat them until they vanish. Like youma. They just... vanish." Straight forward. Pros and cons...

Themiscyra had been more than a little impressed at how the blonde had gone after that Shade. s**t! Talk about moxie. Rough and tumble, she'd watched in a bit of awe as Ganymede beat down her clone. Least, from what she could see, through the grass and literal tumbles they took. In her defense, she'd tried to keep up with them. At the very least, see if she could pull the girls apart. Give Ganymede a break. A breather.
But they'd tumbled too close the lake. Themiscyra was forced to pause, wincing at the sudden light that flooded her vision. Vision that wouldn't clear. "You have got to be shitting me!" She spat and rubbed at her eyes, backing up repeatedly as she fought to make a bit more sense of her surroundings. Lots of bright lights popping in and out of her sight. "You magic people suck!"
But hey. Least she managed to get missed by the damn boomerang...
