Alice looked surprised. "what!? barricaded!?" then the illusion ended they were inside a small smokey room. alice started coffing as she got a nose full off smoke. she gasped and looked at the door. she ramed her sholder into the door despretly.alice backed up eeing that her ramming wasent working. she threw a knife at the foor hopeing maybe it would cut the door anof too make it splinter that way they could get it out.
"we need too break it down. HELP!" Alice screamed and ended up coffing more. she slowed down time in the room hopeing too stop the suficateing smoke from killing them faster. it allowed them too try harder too break down the door.
alice tried too push while twisting the handle. she had too help get hatsumi and her out of hear alive. she refused too let them die. no way was she going to go up in flames.

Hatsumi glanced at the ground as the Ring Master seemed 'pleased' to hear them give up. Then he said something about being trapped in a room and that it would be hard to escape.
Hatsumi paid no heed to her surroundings. She was still stuck at the point where they had to give him answers to escape; even though they have not fully escaped. She crouched to her knees, clutching her head; the Hive's cloak that she still had on seemed to light into flames.
She was in mental shock, not able to think clearily. "Eri.." She mumbled. To herself. "I could not.." She just sat there, staring at the ground.. coughing a bit from the smoke but still in her own little world.

the smoke was starting too get too Alice's eyes. she saw that Hatsumi was collapsed on the ground. Alice ran over too her. Hatsumi seemed too be staring into the distance as if in shock and disappointment. Alice crouched down and but her hands on hatsumi shoulders and shook her gently.
"Hatsumi we don't have time for this you need too snap out of it!" she wainted a few seconds and then stood up. "im going too get us out...just give me a little time." she glaired at the door. she rolled up her sleves on her bartended shirt jacket thing. she punched at the door. it hurt her knuckles really bad but the door started too give way so she threw another punch. it was slow going but she was getting some were.
"I refuse too be a damnsle in distress or a pile of ash!" she yelled mostly because her knuckles hurt. she started kicking the door putting her pain and anger into it.

Darren sped of towards the building not thinking twice when he heard the screams for help. "Hastumi! Alice! Darren yelled out. He wrapped his scarf around his face tighter to try to keep the smoke out. Darren was glad his was quick footed as he dodged as much as the flames as possible. He let out a yelp as some of the ceiling above him caught his arm burning him. He kept going ignoring the burning of his arm. Darren's scarf was only doing so much as he began to cough his eyes burning, but he couldn't let those two die. He followed the sound of screams to a badly burning hall flames were consuming it and smoke made it nearly impossible to see. He could see what looked like a door at the end. Bracing himself for the pain, Darren began to run across the burning floor stumbling half way down from the pain of burning his feet. He basically slammed into the door the smoke making it hard for him to judge when to stop. Hoping from foot to foot Darren pulled at the door handle cursing as he burnt his hand. He looked around the door seeing an Iron bolt it was red from the heat of the building. Darren wrapped his hand in the extra scarf and tried pulled the bolt struggling to get it out while still hopping from foot to foot trying to lessen thee burn. Finally the bolt gave way quickly he opened the door to see Hatsumi curled up and Alice ready to get out. "Come on you gotta run fast the whole place is gonna come down! Darrens voice sounded panicked and could barely be heard over the roar of the flames. Darren picked up Hatsumi and pushed Alice. "Run go! Darren started down the hall behind Alice making sure she would make it ignoring the searing pain the best he could, tears were streaming down his face from the smoke and pain.

Alice was about too use the last of her energy too kick the door again but daren leeped in opening it up for them.too get out. alice dident talk to think she ran. the fire burnt through her shoes and at her legs. the monstoris thing trying too tear her and her friends apart. she ran through the pain and the suficateing gray smoke down the fire escape that was starting too come apart. "Darren, hurry!" she coffed and finnaly reached the ground. breathing in the less smoggy air. she kept running away from the building until she reached a street.she collapsed on the ground coffing and breathing in the fresh air her dress had been burnt in places but had finished doing its worst.

Hatsumi had already fainted as time kept on progessing further. Her petite body never really helped during a physical fight, and now she somehow ended up almost dead by a fire. Eri was always there to help her out. Now that the little doll was stuck in the Shallow world for the meantime, she would be a bit lost for a while.
Her silver hair was darkened from earlier's smoke. The Hive's cloak was completely burnt while her dress was in tatters. The white fabric turned to a darker color. This would be Hatsumi's first horrible battle here; her new life in the Human World.
This would indeed be an unforgettable event.

 gaia_angelleft "Quinn" Heidi Arabella - Shapeshifter gaia_angelright Quinn watched curiously as the Obeah Man turned his hat upside down and all of a sudden these ravens poked their heads out. "Oh how darlin!" she couldnt help but exclaim. It was better than the bunny out of the hat trick, she was tired of that one.
She cocked her head as the raven's spoke saying that he's got friends on 'the other side'. She clapped her hands at them and giggled. Then her eyes widened when tarrot cards flew out. "Oh no...it's the voodoo s**t," she mumbled. Her mama always warned her that magic was bad, realllll bad, sinfully bad. Though Quinn didn't believe in sin, not really.
Obeah Man continued speaking and Quinn's eyebrows furrowed and she glanced at Li-Fan nervously. She mouthed the word 'weird' to him before focusing her attention back to Jebediah.
She didn't quite understand what the guy was saying. He was talking about groups. 'What groups,' she thought. And then he talked about two young girls caught in a wicked mans spell. She furrowed her brows in confusion, not understanding what he was saying.
Finally, he got to the last card and Quinn awaited with anticipation for him to finish. But then he said that it wouldnt be such a good idea. "What? Why not Mr. Obeah Man sir? I want to know!" she said. However, the man wouldnt budge and Quinn mumbled annoying, "Men."
"What the hell?!" she exclaimed when the lights suddenly turned off. But then she paused in her exclamation to see Jebediah's mask glowing eerily, until finally it faded away into total darkness. Only the sounds of excited people could be heard, who were expecting some sort of spectacular show.
Quinn turned to Li-Fan or rather, in the direction she thought he was in. "Well that wasn't very nice of him now was it? He just hadddd to leave like that didn't he? Urgh," she threw up her hands in frustration, "And what the heck did he mean by 'theyll join my friends on the other side'?"

Darren rushed down the hall carrying Hatsumi over his shoulder. He followed Alice towards the fire escape quickly getting onto it, the building began to collapse making the fire escape fall from the building. Darren barely managed to land pushing Hatsumi out of the way as th fire escape land on him. Darren cursed to himself just great he was going to die under a pile of metal with a burning building right behind him. "God damn this stupid crap!" Darren yelled out as he pushed at the metal getting his legs free. He didn't even try to stand up knowing something in his leg was broken, he was bleeding from his left leg and his arm had 2nd and 3rd degree burns on it as well as his feet. "I'm out" Darren mumbled after managing to crawl forward a bit more before he passed out from the pain and exhaustion.

Rei took off on his motorcycle and headed towards the tower once Roxy confirmed their escape. He stopped for a moment. He had a gut feeling that some of his team members might be struggling somewhere. He decided to ride around town to scout a bit. He reached over his communicator, "Hey, are the rest of you fine? Alice?? hatsumi?? Darren?? Quinn?? Lei-Fan??" He called out each of their individual names, hoping someone would hear and answer.
His right eye was still uncovered. Instead of wasting anymore gas, he decided to just use it to try and spot any familiar shadows from miles away. He grimaced once he saw a strange building that was emitting smoke, "Crud.. Don't tell me.." With no time to spare, he immediately headed towards that direction. He increased his speed, above 110 mph. He stopped once he noticed the familiar shadows he immediately hit the brakes and went towards the collapsing building.
Hatsumi and Darren were passed out at the side while Alice was barely managing to stay conscious. "Crud....Sh**.." He was cursing uner his breath, his mind froze for a moment, unsure of which step to take first. However there was no more time to spare. They needed to move and fast or they would all be crushed under the collapsing building. This would drain his energy but he had no choice. He walked up to the collapsed Hatsumi and Darren and called out towards Alice, "Hey! Alice come here quick!!" Once everyone was around him, he motioned his hand in front of him while his body started glowing black, creating a shadow like barrier around them. Soon, the barrier transformed into a sphere. He was about to ask Alice to slow down time but she seemed exhausted. He turned around and slammed his fist into the ground, creating a long shadow path that would push the sphere away from the collapsing building.
The shadow sphere disappeared after it rolled onto the shadow path for a while. Rei was exhausted from such a stunt since he never really tried that move. He didn't show his fatigue yet since everyone around him were severely injured. They needed to visit the hospital and asap. He looked over to Alice, "Can you still walk?"

Every Mussle in her body screamed there displeashure, and they refused to move without force but Alice stood, wobbly . "Hospital." she gasped and stumbled over too hatsumi and picked her up and put her on her back.she started too stumble forward determined too help.she dident have time too pass out." hurry." Alice mumbled tiredly and started too stumble towards the path too the nearest hospital. "thanks for helping rei.. Darren and hatsumi- there worse then me.. Can you take them faster on your- on your bike?" she asked. " I can walk... I'm just tired... They need medical help.i won't be able too take them fast anof.... I'm too slow." she said sadly. In the end she wouldent really be able too save her friends.in her head she cursed her slowness.speeding up time wouldent move her with them and may cause her too pass out but she could aid them." I can speed up time...make you go faster. she offered

Rei sighed at the sight. Three hurt people. Great how was he suppose to get all of them to the hospital at once? The most injured at the moment was Darren. The hospital wasn't too far, if he used his ability. Would it be better to guide two at a time, or one at a time?
He sighed again and looked over at Alice. He grabbed ALice's hand and pushed her onto the ground near his bike. "Stay put, I'll be back for you two. You don't need to do anythin" He decided to take Darren first, and placed him on his back. He would surely end up sleeping for hours after this but its the fastest method; faster than his bike.
His body glowed black as he vanished into the shadows. He reappeared behind the nearest hospital and checked Darren in. The receptionist was a bit weary of Rei and asked for payment. He threw his gold card at her desk and she was a bit surprised to see such a card fly from a young kid. Once he was assured that Darren would be treated right away, he slipped into another shadow to appear back to where Alice and Hatsumi were. He grabbed the two girls, carrying them like baggage, on his shoulders and did the same to reach the hospital.
He sat in the waiting room once the three were being treated. He sighed and glanced at his communicator, "Reporting from the hospital. Rei, Darren, Alice and Hatsumi." He relaxed his shoulders and waited to hear the results of their treatments.

alice sat on the ground resting.she waited for Rei too return. When he got back from takeing Darren who she knew would deffently need medical help she looked at rei as he hoisted both her and Hatsumi onto his shoulders. "The ring master was there.an illoshion of him said something about a, ship ment...you must be egzosted" she said seeing he seemed egzosted too.alice closed her eyes and started too fall asleep as he trandsported them too the hospital. " thank you...." she mermered before falling asleep.

Hatsumi slowly gained her conscious after a while. Her crimson eyes squinted as they adjusted to the bright light. She slowly sat up and glanced around. She noticed Alice who was sleeping at the bed besides her, all bandaged up. She gasped, "Alice?!" Hatsumi clutched the side of her head trying to remember what happened. "Ah...Ring Master.." She huddled her knees, and glanced at Alice before staring at the floor.
She then started questioning herself, trying to figure out what happened afterwards and how did they even end up here? Could it have been Alice who brought them over? She pushed a strand of tainted silver hair behind her ears, trying to recall all the events that occurred. She glanced back again at Alice, hopping off of her bed and sitting on a chair that was facing her bed. She remained silent and just watched Alice's sleeping face.

Li-Fan disagreed with Quinn eyeing the birds wearily. Li-Fan was just about ready to up and walk out when the tarot cards came flying out, and Jebediah started explaining what he saw in a rather creepy side. Li-Fan couldn't a hundred percent sure but he thought the other side was probably retaining to the spirit world, a place you just didn't mess with. Maybe he was just being quick to jump to conclusions but had the sudden feeling that the Voodoo man was alluding to something bad happening to their friends. His eyes were glued to the card of the girls caught in the flame. Then the card of the bunny was flipped over "Quinn.." he said trying to grab the girl's attention away from Jebediah. The strange man had one thing right, Li-Fan didn't want to know what the last card revealed, though he could take a guess, and it didn't point to anything good. They had decided on him being the leader. If anything happen to someone then wouldn't it be his fault?
He jumped to his feet when the lights went out, his stool tipping over and thumping against the floor. "What have you done with our friends?" he growled at the glowing mask, electricity jumped and danced between his fingers as Li-Fan brought his hand but the mask simple faded away. "And what the heck did he mean by 'they'll join my friends on the other side'?" He lifted his hand over his head allowing more energy to dance through his fingers, lighting up a small area around him. He looked over at her, his face serious and worried. "A rabbit and two girls." he started explaining as he walk towards the front door, not liked they needed to take the back door now. He used his long legs to set a quick pace, urgency pressing in on him. He knew they really needed to get out of there,"The other side is often another way of saying the realm after death, the spirit world, take your pick. Three people are being burnt alive, if you trust the card, while all we did was sit at a club." He was angry at himself. He should of realized that everything was to easy. They had gotten into the club to easy...Everything had just been to easy. The fresh air seem to help him calm down, though. They didn't know if anything had happen for sure. They were just taking the word of a voodoo man and his cards. Li-Fan wanted to laugh at himself for being so stupid then his communicator crackled and came to life. He hadn't realize till then that it had been silent ever since they walked into the club.
"Reporting from the hospital. Rei, Darren, Alice and Hatsumi." Li-Fan closed his eyes. Rei sounded exhausted. "What happen..Wait I'm on the way, tell me when I get there." ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ⇳ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ⇳ ▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄ ooc: damn it I ended up editing my last post instead of quoting so not that whole ******** thing is gone. ugh this is turning into a bad day......
