Her fingers tapped the keys endlessly.

It was called The Blue Rose. Naiad thought the name to be interesting and at least that is if it was what she thought as the sign only seemed to show two thirds of the letters, the rest worn away by age or the elements. The place looked like it might have been quite beautiful at one point and Naiad was liking what she saw as she entered the front area and then the nearby hallway. She could tell that if she wanted across it would not be easy as the years had not been kind to the pretty building. Still Naiad wanted to know what was further in. The splinters of wood and shards of glass littering the area did nothing to deter her as she stepped forward. She knew the hallway did not seem stable but she really did not question her feelings about wanting passed this obstacle, even with the feeling of being watched.
With a nod to herself Naiad quickly darts across the hallway. Avoiding most of the debris as it falls from the ceiling. She feels a sense of relief once she reaches the other side and continues onward.

Close, but no cigar. Remye growled a little at the keys, picking her head up quietly and continued trying. She knew what keys not to press in that particular order, but what if the order itself was wrong?
Sighing, she tried again.

Finally! Through ages of playing, she managed a melody that unlocked the door. Though the excessive playing left her fingers bloodied and bruised, she leapt up off the stool, cheering happily as she raced through the door. Through the door, the back of the hotel was just as derelict as the rest of it.
She stepped carefully, minding the debris, until her eyes fell on a few glowing orbs, bright in the dim light of the hotel. Though she would have liked to take them all and leave this place forever... Her eyes were drawn to one.
She picked up the blessing, eyes closing as it filled her hand warmly, and held it close. Success.

Naiad entered the bedrooms, or what she thought was once bedrooms. The rooms were a mess and she knew she had to get across. However as she tried she kept having to bat away debris as it came at her and whatever else she was feeling in the room. She knew there was something else there but couldn't see it. Still, she knew she had done some damage to the thing as she swung her arms at it to bat away debris. Even though she felt something scratch her form she wouldn't stop.

Naiad smiles slightly as she manages another couple of feet into the room. The sense of accomplishment overriding the slight pain of hurt from the debris that cuts at her as she bats the stuff away.

Naiad shoves past the next set of debris and hisses as more of it cuts at her arms and shoulders. She glares at the pieces and the feelings behind them. She had yet to figure out what was attacking her but she was starting to get tired of being in this bedroom.

Naiad felt a grin come to her lips as she managed just another couple of steps over the ruined carpet. The debris was still falling and she found this time she did not care for the hurt caused by it as she continued forward.

Naiad coughed slightly at the dust that had been kicked up by her fall and slowly got to her feet as another piece of falling debris hit her. She glared and wobbled slightly as she regained her balance. "I will get through.." she hissed at the presence that was attacking her.
