She smiled and hugged her sister back tightly. It really had been too long since she felt the comfort of family. An unexpected burst of happiness rushed through her, it really had been way too long. She knew if she was still the same old Yadi she would have been bawling like a baby as she did many time before.
"I've never been better." She smiled pinching her sister's cheek. "I had no idea how much I'd missed you." She confessed before giving her another squeeze. "Where have you been all this time? There was no forwarding address for you or anyone else," She asked, worry present in her voice.

Kyrai looked over at Yadi and smiled gently. Things had changed, but that wasn't bad. If there was still a chance for them to work, then he would try to reach that, but he wouldn't, couldn't, continue thinking that this was the same young girl in front of him now.
"I like what you've done with your hair. It's very pretty." He moved from the window sill, and looked like he was about to move closer when he saw Kara enter the room. "Oh, hey! Did you enjoy your shower?"

"Here and there," she said evasively. "With both mom and dad gone the kits and I went our separate ways a few years ago." She kept the details to herself, no sense in upsetting the only family she had left. "I've been traveling, popping back here from time to time to see if anyone was around," she sighed theatrically, "Alas, it was not meant to be until recently. "So where have you been?"
She turned to Kyrai with a laugh, "Yeah, been a while since I had a good hot shower and slept as well as I did."
Popping back off again soon. Very tired and headachey.

"I'm glad you didn't give up then. I've been...." She considered her words for a moment. "Actually, I went really far away. 4 years at the other side of the world basically. Returned a little less than 2 years ago." She smiled looking out the window. "It's been a great journey. I was just so tired of it all. I was unhappy....I finally realized that once I left. Do I make sense?"

"Sounds exciting!" Kara linked their arms, "I know exactly what you mean though. Things weren't ideal here, all of the fighting and the death and the re-birth and the ridiculousness of it all. Peace was... nice." She paused and cocked her head to the side. "What made you decide to finally come back?"

Yeah, going to bed. My head is killing me.
"I finally found myself and my happiness. From that moment on I just knew I could manage to be happy no matter where I was. And Gaia has always been my home. It was just time to come back." Yadi shrugged. "So I take it you haven't seen anyone else?"

Kyrai sat back and listened to each of the two sisters stories. They had changed so much, and it seemed like they had grown into strong individuals. In a way, he envied them. He was stuck in his ways here. He would need to find his place if he ever wanted to live up to their new lives. He smiled slightly at the two, and continued listening is quiet.

((I started a new topic called "Adventures in Helltime" if you guys are interested in seeing what Sanc has been up to. I might not get to finish it today, because it's becoming more intricate than I had planned, but the finale is obviously going to be his return to the real world, and that should happen on a night when at least 2-3 of you guys can be on, ideally all 5 of us being on at once would be ideal but I know that's a tall order))

((That's really weird, I dunno how to change that. It shows me that I'm online confused Anyways the whole story is up now, took me a few hours to type up to my satisfaction so I hope you guys take the time to read it, especially if you're gonna participate 3nodding ))
(I'm at work right now, so I wont have a chance to read it all till later probably, but from what I have read. I thought it was interesting.))

(((I'd go with progressive. None of us are on at the same time ever, lol, and I have a favor to ask... I gave all my crap away because I never expected to come back. Could I have some gold to get the fox ears and the burn devil horns? She's half Elec and half Sanc, after all. That's only 20k if ya'll can spare it for authenticity)))

Life was pretty rough with just the three of us, but we managed." Her ears twitched under her hat, and her tail was limp with sadness. "But now that I'm back, I can start up her search again. I have help, we can do this."
