Anali attacking C'ross 25/30 5+2+3=10 damage
He was getting desperate. Good. if they could take him out of the fight, his dragonet would be fairly useless...except against the whers, perhaps, assuming he somehow kept his presence of mind. There was a reason Weyrlings were supposed to be banned from fighting, after all.
Anali cut at him again; she was hardly what anyone would call good at fighting, but she'd do what she had to.

Canoake Attacking Bereck
She continued her verbal attack, trying to watch all sides for any other sneak attacks. The training she received in hand to hand combat coming back to her with startling clarity.
But all the clarity in the world didn't help that her arm was starting to get useless and lose feeling. And the blood loss had slowed her down greatly. She slashed at him, hoping for any sort of hit.
Attack: 1d6+1 Total Damage: 2 (dice are not loving Canoake too much are they?))

Natai - Holy Shards Someone's Coming
She squeezed his hand, forcing a smile onto her face when he had the map disappear. "Good. Promise to try and not get captured." She kept his gaze until his dropped, the slim goldrider half turning when she heard Canoake from behind them. The knife glinted when she stepped in, Natai drawing back and grabbing at her satchel.
"Step away," She said, voice firm as she could make it even as she drew away. But Bereck ran in and Iachixth attacked a wher and - her head spun.
Iachixth, come back to me! We are going to leave.
No! The little one is going to fall, we can't. Anguish littered the golds voice, powerless to help the human that the little blue bonded himself to.
"Bereck, no! Don't let her hurt you more!"

"Get out of here!" Bereck responded, his voice snapping out strong and loud and a lot more confident than he felt. "We can handle this Natai, get moving!" He managed to dodge the wherholder's blow, shards knew how but he did. Luck. He was about due for some.
Berath projected directly to Natai,

Iachixth - Attempting Escape
Natai-- Iachixth keened, flinching back at the orders from Bereck and Natai in regards to having to flee. The Hold could defend themselves; they armed each man, woman, and child capable once it became clear that the visits from other Weyrs would not cease. She withdrew with a touch of her minds to the young, to the wounded, and swerved her head when Natai broke away from S'dekai and the wrest.
Her bag hung heavy, keeping the girl from moving quite as quickly as she would have liked. The gold drew back further with a low noise, Natai's hand seeking purchase to try to swing herself on. She'd warned S'dekai she may need to flee, Bereck ordered it, Narisa seemed on board.
Time to go rather than risk being killed.

Canoake Attacking Bereck
((I have a question in the main thread about grappling...))
He was definitely slowing. Canoake gathered all her strength again and struck. This blow was stronger, her belt knife flashing. Her eyes flashed as she brought the knife down, hoping for a disabling blow. She knew, deep down, that she already had blood on her hands and conscious but if it meant their freedom and success, whatever it took. "I would stay down, old man!"

Bereck managed to bring his blade up to meet the girl's but his block was imperfect, and though he deflected the full thrust of it her knife still cut into his arm.
Why was Natai still here? "Go!" he bellowed over his shoulder. "I can't focus with you here!" He was going to collapse. He could feel it. He couldn't keep this up.

Celandsk attacking Nimith 25/35 5+1=6 damage
He'd missed, and he could feel the disappointment of his handler. No, no, he did not want to disappoint her! He would make it up to her, make her happy and not cross with him. Determined, he tried again to get at the baby dragon and bite it.

Canoake Attacking Bereck
She saw him wavering. Canoake saw him ready to fall and his attention elsewhere. It would do them a great victory to take out their mentor. Not even hesitating, she brought her weapon down again, determined to win this fight, no matter how even or one-sided it seemed.

Bereck - ???? HP: -4/35
The knife went down, deep into his shoulder. He tried to move back, get space to think and move but his weak leg buckled under him and he found himself on his knees. His hands pressed against the dirt ground, and yet it was marble. He heard wher snarls right in his ear, and Aleck screaming, and Alina too and that was odd because she hadn't been at Malvren during the revolution... oh, and nor was he. Somewhere near Trine, probably about to die.
--------------
As her rider collapsed to his knees Berath bellowed again and abandoned Nimith. she cried, her heartbreak at leaving him to be hurt audible in every syllable. Anything for a young one, but Ber first and foremost, forever.
She stepped over him as, on hands and knees, he tried to remember where he was. Anyone who wished to do him harm now had to pass through her first, and there was a great deal of Berath to get through!

Tatath-Counter Grapple
She was good and stuck. Her first attempt to get off had kept her pinned underneath the bronze. Digging her claws into the ground, she tried to buck him off and get to her rider.
But his weight was too great and she stayed underneath his bulk.

Iachixth - Commanding other dragons down
Pioth, Cepheith, Malcarreth, Berath, Nimith - please see yours safe! We need to fly but please don't fight for too long. The Holdfolk are armed, they can do things, it's okay. Berath, help the little one. Iachixth shuddered and cried out to all in a command, the first that she'd ever had need to use, a loud, resounding Stop fighting!
Natai scrambled onto her dragon, fingers tight, her papers and required things secured at her side. They took advantage of the command to launch into the air, her wings working hard and disappearing in a blink between. She hoped they didn't die. They didn't do this often.
((Mod permission to use the chance to flee))

Ivanhoth 52/60
This blue would die, and when he had His again, he would tell her, and she would be happy, she would be proud of him for doing so well, even without her. He drew back to strike again, and -
The gold's command forced him to stay his attack. How dare she?! Ivanhoth screamed his rage at being hindered and raked the ground with his claws.
Firith 50/50
NO! That gold b***h! Though she fought against it with all her will, going so far as to physically thrash about, she could not disobey the command of a Queen. Firith shrieked up at Iachixth as the rogue rose into the air and disappeared between. She hoped they got lost there.
Take this time to gather yourselves, dragons! she sent to all the wherholders, except for the traitorous S'dekai and Pioth. She is gone, but there is a fight yet! We are not finished here until they all lie bleeding.
