(Probably in the later months of her pregnancy when either her father or Raxor finds Roy and Muse together in their bed. With her only like two months pregnant atm we got some space for filler.) Muse returned his kiss as was expected of her as smiled up at him. "Your warriors are mustering as we speak." Muse replied, thinking of the cheesiest military pun she could. "This would be my favorite longsword, Heartstinger, stolen from a band of dwarves a couple of years back." Muse answered, continuing the polish the weapon's blade and clean its hilt. ------------------------------------ Despite the speed at which she stalked her prey, hooves were hardly made for sneaking around woodland areas and her position was quickly given away as she crunched a small branch underfoot. s**t... even a human would be able to pick that up... she though, looking for a spot to hide.

(yeah it makes sense. This gives our character obstacles to climb over to get back to each other building their relationship even deeper. smile ) "Good! I am glad they are mustering." Raxor commented happily taking a seat next to her. "Our children will be tough as stone and sharp as steel! That is all I desire of them, which I shall teach of course." he smiled happily thinking of all the ways he was going to train his children. So that was a Dwarven weapon? Those little balls with beards knew how to craft their weapons, even if they were stumbling drunks most of the time. ------------------------------------ Roy heard the branch crack and stopped what he was doing. "Who's there?" he called out standing up and turning around. He always had a sword with him in case the Human had to defend himself. Not seeing anything, she probably was quicker on her feet now that she didn't have a large belly, the Human sheathed his blade and returned to gathering berries. An odd feeling washed over him, someone was there but who? Roy would have to keep his guard up if this person wanted to take his life.

(Agreed.) "What if one of them is a little girl?" Muse asked, wondering how Raxor might react to possible female offspring. ------------------------------------- Recovering from her fumble, Sheena continued lurking around Roy's general location eventually getting up the nerve to interact with him. While his head was down picking berries, Sheena made her way over to the tree nearest him and leaned against its trunk so she would be in plain view as soon as he stood back up.

When Roy was finished with one of the plants he wiped his hands and stood up. In the corner of his eye he noticed a figure and turned to look at Sheena. Oh no..what does she want? he thought with surprise on his face. "S-Sheena!? What brings you out here?" he asked playing the stupid role he had trained himself to play, "Was it your job to pick berries too? Oh let me just get out of your way then!" he smiled heading towards his basket. The woman was probably in an arms reach of him if she wanted to grab him. ------------------------------------------------------------------ A girl!? Raxor hadn't thought of that one. "Hmmm...since she would have no skills in combat, we could teach her how to take care of the home, take care of a man. You know skills our race teaches to the young minotaur females." he replied with a chuckle. That's how he was, the typical "men do the fighting, women do the cooking" kind of minotaur. Wrapping an arm around her he kissed her cheek. "Though that was a good one! You know that most minotaur pregnancies end in males! Females are a rarity!" he laughed again. Well that might have been the case if two minotaur had a child, but it was different if they mated with another race, which that was also a rarity as well.

Sheena simply held her position and continued to eyeball Roy, enjoying the hint of surprise that briefly flashed across his face. "No, simply wanted to go for a walk and get some fresh air..." She replied, the look on her face making her lie clear as day. ---------------------------------------------------------- Muse while insulted by his words and tone, kept her anger bottled. She could have sworn Raxor would have been better than that. Once a meathead, always a meathead, she thought sadly. Thankfully these aren't your kiddies...

(lol well she likes Raxor for his body after all *derps* xD lol) Raxor looked confused, no matter she was probably feeling cramps. Standing he took her by the hand. "How about we bond a bit. I won't be around for a few months sadly. I am going on a large tracking mission, your father's looking for a new place to build. He fears this land will soon be invaded by the enemy and he's given me the task of looking for a new patch of land." he smiled kissing her lips. By then she probably would be huge! Raxor was kind of looking foreward to seeing her other assests grow as well. ------------------------------------------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------- That's a pretty skimpy outfit for taking a walk in.. he thought. She looked as if she had tried to squeeze into an outfit that she had worn as a teen. Swallowing he backed away a bit. He knew why she was here. The woman was single, and was probably looking for a new mate, if not probably just to make love again. "S-Soo..I'll just let you get back to your walk, a-and I'll get back to my chores!" he said clapping his hands together kindly. This time he wasn't going to get caught up in her tangled webs. Though he was kind of afraid to approach the basket since he set it down so close to her. "O-Of course you could help me if you wanted, though I'm sure you're busy." Maybe if he got her to help him it would take the woman's mind off of him? At least he had room to run this time.

(Lol yeah, but it means she has to tolerate the rest of him to keep the part she likes. ninja ) "That would depend on what you mean by bond..." Muse answered, sheathing her now very clean sword and pulling herself to her feet with the aid of Raxor's hand. "And just follow the river north. I'm sure there are plenty of available lands up there in the colder climates humans don't care for." ------------------------------------------------------------- "I suppose I could take a break from my tasks and help you with your chores. Four hands being faster than two and all that..." Sheena replied, grabbing up Roy's basket of berries while sauntering into the clearing. Confident that she'd baited the hook fairly well, Shenna bent over in a fairly suggestive pose and began to harvest berries from the nearest bush.

(lol xD) "Well I mean mate. I was trying to be poetic, I noticed it's something the Humans do when they're about to mate." he responded flately. Raxor thought for a moment then shook his head. "As the Chief's daughter, you know we are Plains people. Snow is something we cannot handle well no matter how furry we are." he replied crossing his arms. --------------------------------------------------- What she had not realized was that Roy wasn't as baited as she thought. Sure she looked alluring but he was doing the best he could to resist her charms. Once the berries were done he lifted the, some what heavy basket, and staggered as he stood. "T-Thank you Miss Sheena." he said grunting at the weight. Looking into her eyes as she sat here he raised an eyebrow. "Yes? Is..something on your mind?" he asked noticing she was kind of staring at him...longingly.

Muse laughed at Raxor's butchery of words. "I think I'll have to pass. You've got to pack for your trip and I don't feel so hot at the moment." she lied. "And I never said snow, I just said north. The tundra at the base of those snowy mountains are just cold plains, open and waiting for habitation."

Raxor sighed but gave her a belly rub anyway. "Alright my lover. The next time we meet you will be showing more..I cannot wait for that day." he said with a smile before walking outside of her tent and back to the one he was staying at. Packing the minotaur waved to her as he left on his journey to find the camp a new home. -------------------------------------------- They stared for a while and Roy set down his basket and sighed. "Look, I'm afraid that you'll be disgraced Sheena. I sort of know what you want..though I'm a bit nervous. What happened that night, still play in my mind. You're a passionate lover but what if you got pregnant? How would your people re-act to carrying the child or children of a Human?" he asked resting on the basket. Might as well be honest and try to avoid anymore sex with this woman. Though her outfit was mighty tempting, Roy had to stop. If she got pregnant, then it probably would be all over for him and maybe her. Sheena was a nice minotaur he didn't want to see her get hurt.

"A big belly isn't the only surprised headed his way..." Muse muttered, patting the plumpness that was amassing around her belly, preparing for her later months of pregnancy. ------------------------------------------------------ Sheena casually shrugged and carried on picking berries. "Its happened a few times before. Most of the time the children aren't fully mature and don't survive more than a week or two, or they're too deformed to be a functioning member of our tribe." Sheena answered bluntly, as if someone had just asked her what the weather was like.

Roy stared at Sheena with a bit of shock. Would his and Muse's children survive? Biting his lower lip he looked away. "So you would risk getting pregnant with my children just so you can make love to me? Why? What makes me so special?" he asked honestly sitting down in cross legged style. He had thought her kind didn't like Humans much. Still, maybe instead of avoiding her, Roy should develop a friendship with this woman. Other than Muse there really wasn't anyone else to talk to. Sure, back when his men were alive, they would sit off in a secluded spot and laugh and talk about their home. The Human really missed that honestly. Roy was alone, race wise now. He was a man who endured the pain of doing harsh labor for the Minotaurs, knocked-up a Chief's Daughter with children that might not have a chance, had made love to a pregnant minotaur, and now would probably die once Muse's children were either born or their secret was found out. Maybe there was no hope for him anymore? Hope was all he had, it was what Roy clung to. What if...what if he was meant to die here in this camp? All alone....he shuddered at the thought.

Sheena shrugged yet again. "You're one of few humans we've seen captured to not lose hope and carry on despite the hand fate has dealt you. Most, like the soldiers we took from your area, have had their will broken before they even set foot in camp and eventually die of depression or something like that." Sheena replied. "Theres something to be said about a man like yourself. Even with all the freedom Princess Muse has given you, you haven't tried once to escape."

Well that was interesting. Truth be told, Roy had never really given up hope. Muse kind of gave him hope. Especially now that she was pregnant with his children. "To be honest, I have my days. Everyone does, but I'm a Captain, or well used to be." he blushed. "Oddly your home reminds me of my fort. People living happily together..just living. Sheena I've come to like your people. There might have been times in the past that I wanted to escape. Though my home is destroyed and I really don't have a woman crying over me, so there really isn't anything to go back to. I could escape but I'd rather just stay and make the best of things." he replies smiling at her. Looking into the woman's eyes he blushed. Like Muses, her eyes were very pretty. Looking at her tight outfit he bit his bottom lip. "That probably has to feel so uncomfortable doesn't it?" he asked with some worry in his voice.

Sheena shrugs. "You get used to uncomfortable things when they are used enough. And one can hardly destroy a fort in a single afternoon, from what I heard is our armies presence simply scared off the civilian population. It might be missing a few pieces here and there but the fort still stands to my knowledge." Putting her basket aside Sheena turned to look at Roy. "And its that attitude that makes you such a special prize among us."
