She recognized Mari, but kept her eyes focused on Emilia. "Mari...please." Jennifer said , asking her to back away now. She let out a small sigh as she felt people all around become either worried or stressed. She stared into the lady's green eyes. "I have been sent here via direct commands from the Commanders of Paragon Military. Emilia... they say it was you.
" The Sergeant said her voice sounded cold...but it held something else, it had a pinch of sadness. "Emilia if you seen... I have been sent here for a specific reason. " Tex said, trying to get the point across that she had no choice, and that Tex had to do what she came here for.

What is Life?
Emilia snorted, and looked over at Mari. "Mari... I'll be okay." she said, not really wanting Mari to fight. Maybe because the girl was young, but she didn't think that she would be considered enough of a friend worth helping. It kind of touched her heart in a certain way, made her feel all warm inside. "Yes I can see that. You plan on taking my life by keeping me here at gun point in front of a little girl without even having the decency to even show evidence or..." she began to say until she saw weakness in her resolve, and with one swift movement she knocked the gun out of Jennifer's hand, and drew her knife turned sword at Jennifer's neck. "To have this execution a fight to the death. Shall we dance..." Emilia said as heat radiated from her body. The gun was over to Kiki's feet were, abandoned and alone. People were watching from where they stood, almost forming a circle as a beat from the background began.

Tex yanked the sword back, causing small sparks to fly off of the two piece of metal. Jennifer prepared to fight, she held the sword in front of her, watching Emilia. The Soldier swung at Emilia's chest and then one of her arms. Tex jumped back and glared at her. " I know what you live by... and I respect that." She remarked before quickly drawing her other pistol and firing three times at Emilia. Just as fast as she had drew the pistol was back in it's holster strapped to her thigh.

Jin walked onto the scene, an expression of solemn hatred on his face as he held his blade. He slowly unsheathed his katana, a glare could be seen through his visor, straight toward the Heroes. The man threw aside the sheathe and slowly started walking "And to think she would find them before me... I must be slow..." he said with an angered expression. The man then suddenly dashed off, running at an amazing speed into an alley. The man disappeared for a few moments, letting the fight play out some more between the Heroes. When he saw Mari summon a sprite, he had identified another Hero. The man slowly walked out of an alleyway and walked up behind Mari, his blade out "If you are going to assist my enemy, then you are my enemy." he spoke to her, waiting to see her turn to him.

Jin narrowed his eyes on Mari as she showed fear "Coward..." he uttered as Bolt appeared. He dashed to the side, dodging the lightning sent at him, he was moving at an impossible speed for a normal man. The man then dashed towards Bolt "I don't know what you are... but all who get in my way must die!" the man then seemingly slashed at Bolt once, only for six slashes to come at her at what seemed to be the exact same time "Six simultaneous slashes... it is impossible to escape my blade..."

Jin sheathed his blade "You shrink? Good to know..." he muttered as she flew around. When she grew back again, the man didn't turn to look at her "Attacks from behind? Dishonorable..." he spoke as the man suddenly made a circular dash around her bolts, every one of them missed. The man then finally turned to Bolt "...." the man created a U-shaped dash towards Bolt, leaving a trail of light behind, it was almost impossible to tell based off sight, but the trail of light was actually Jin's slash at Bolt. Yet after the slash at her, the man still seemed to have his sword sheathed.

What is Life?
Emilia blocked the sword strike, and jumped to the side before striking herself with a jab to Jennifer's chest. Emilia then did a barrel roll to dodge the three shots, with only one grazing her. "Using a gun!? I expected as much from an idiot who doesn't even bother showing me evidence of my crime. I bet you weren't even shown anything!" Emilia shouted as fire erupted from her being. "Since your using a gun I might as well return the tactic." Emilia said as she fired flames towards Jennifer's direction. She saw Jin, and growled. "Friend of yours?" Emilia asked as her hair began to look more and more like fire. "MARI!" Emilia shouted swinging her blade, making fire wave.

"I have seen plenty to know that you slaughtered my men!" Jennifer snapped. Tex rolled to the side, away from the flames. One of the flames barely licked her leg, causing a small burn to form on her calf. She glanced over at Jin. She whipped her head back to Emilia. "Are we using things that burn?" She scoffed at Emilia. Tex pulled out one of her acid grenades ,and smiled.
The grenade was slightly larger than a baseball. Near the top it had small glass windows, letting the user look inside. Inside, a toxic green liquid sloshed around, ready to go off and fling acid on everything around it.
"I have plenty of 'toys' that also 'burn' " The Sergeant remarked. Jennifer took the grenade and pull the pin. Proceeding she chunked the grenade at Emilia. The Acid Grenade exploded and sent acid flying, burning holes in surrounding crates.
Her eyes narrowed ,and her hand begun to glow a bright white color, that also had a very light blue mixed in. The glow began to grow slightly in size. Tex swiped at the air, sending the orb of light at Emilia. Once it hit the ground it exploded sending pure energy at her enemies.

Jin narrowed his eyes as Bolt was desummoned "Hmph..." the man simply stood there, waiting for Mari to summon yet another sprite "I can keep up with this for days girl." he said with a growl "So... this is indeed Magic... does that make you a Hero?" the man asked, still not going after Mari, though he seemed to know exactly where she was.

"Oh yeah! Cause there's totally nobody else that can fight like me, or can be just as devastating! Yeah... That makes sense." Emilia said, sarcasm dripping from her voice. "Your using bullets. Remember that your the one who started this battle on unfair grounds, not me." the red head retorted, her eyes narrowing at the grenade. She recognized them enough to know that no matter what you should get away. "Oh I bet..." She said as she ran when the pin was pulled, and ducked behind some crates. Some acid dripped onto her, and she hissed. When the blue orb hit the ground she didn't know what to expect other then get away. The explosion flew her over to a ship. She grabbed onto the ledge and got herself on. She looked from across the deck, and growled. She decided to take this time to wrap a bandage around her shoulder, ripping the fabric with her teeth. She summoned a grenade of her own, before throwing three in Jennifer's direction. One was to get Jennifer moving and the other one was to catch her off guard since Emilia was aiming where she was running to. The third was overshot and heading right for Jin. The explosions were huge and powerful, casting flames to whatever wood was near by. Emilia cut one of the ropes from the ship and used it the swing over to the dock, rolling as she fell before going for Jennifer again, slashing her sword twice, aiming for the chest before jumping back to get distance between to shot out a fire ball near Jennifer's feet.
