Your actions are rather free at this point. Feel free to scout around with little restraint or head back to Fenrir if you like, though he is asleep.
It's going to be rather difficult to progress on that front without a guild leader. If you want to take the position, or know someone who could, please let me know.

Mayhaps your character could have connections to the rebel forces? Weapons dealer? It could give you more interactions and something to do.
No real limits on you either. Though I imagine that food might go bad if not taken to safety.
Not really sure what to say. Ordinary citizens don't possess as many connections as most of the others, though maybe a certain soldier could visit again soon?
