 The demon managed to catch the blast Harold sent at it and was pushed back a bit from holding it. Eventually the attack seemed to explode causing the demon to fall down. "It really looks like this demon isn't too bright..." Shira muttered "And alright..." she said with a embarrassed look after calling Atticus sir. She blinked suddenly as her soul perception randomly activated "Uh... there is a soul in that demon." she said suddenly. Charlotte glared at Shira "Everyone has those, brat." she snapped. Shira shook her head then "No, there is another soul in that being. It looks like it is bound up though." she explained as the Demon got back up, mainly focused on Harold now and not the others. Another morning star suddenly appeared in its hand and swung at Harold last minute, at the same time it breathed a huge blast of black fire.

Never again... Harold saw both attacks coming and raised Dara to block the morning star. Instead of trying to stand his ground he relaxed his stance and allowed the morning star to slam against the metal of Dara, lifting Harold into the air and throwing him backwards, out of the way of the blast of black fire. He hadn't heard Shira's pronouncement that two souls were in the demon, being too focused on the fight. Not that he would have particularly cared. So what if the thing had two souls? Or five? Or a hundred? It bled all the same. When he landed he ducked down and immediately launched himself forwards, swinging Dara in a wide arc in an attempt to slash the demon diagonally across the chest. It was another move that was meant to wound and not kill. Harold hadn't been out in a while and he was going to make the most of it. Will I be bound in chains...

The demon snarled again, beginning to bleed now but barely. It disappeared suddenly and appeared in front of Harold head on, aiming to punch him right in the gut. Charlotte blinked "They aren't that fast usually..." she muttered. A witch appeared then, looking at the demon the others were fighting before going to Charlotte "Ma'am...these demons aren't the usual ones... when we defeated the others, their bodies were replaced by another?" the witch sounded unsure. Charlotte glared at her "What do you mean then?" she snapped. The other witch cringed "I... I mean that there were other... much younger demons being used as vessels for these things... which is why they could get in the barrier." she explained. Charlotte growled then and looked at Harold "End this already! Hit it in the back, that is its main weak point!"

Renji still was grinning happily as he cut him as Michi wielded him. He yelled in a happy yet angry tone. "We know its weak spot so why don't we just finish it off with a bang?" He laughed, hoping she'd finally use soul resonance to kill this thing once and for all. His yellow eyes were staring at Michi and the monster and not caring about anything else really. Renji kept building up soul wavelength just in case she used it still. He yelled happily "I say we over power it by striking one strong attack in the spine after another, that way if he hits one or two of us the other will have an opening at least... Don't cha agree?" he look at Michi with a very toothy grin as he hoped she'd at least agree with his crazy idea.

Just then, Atticus would hear Charlotte yelling at Harold to attack the demon's back, "Shira, I want you to do something for me. When I tell you to, I want you to allow my blade to be struck by the demon's most powerful attack. Afterwards, please brace yourself and tell everyone to gather next to you. That should weaken the bond between it and the other soul, allowing for me to split them off and save them both." Atticus explained as initially he was trying to save both the demon and the other soul, while trying to avoid killing and fighting. "Shira, you should know, that I really hate fighting, so I will try and do everything I can in order to prevent it. Never again... Harold dodged to the side, surprised by the sudden speed of the Demon, but since he didn't know it wasn't supposed to be able to move that fast, he was already open to the possibility and wasn't caught completely by surprise. The massive fist soared past him, hitting only empty air. As the fist moved past him, Harold swung Dara upwards in a wide arc, slicing straight through the Demon's hand at the wrist, slicing off this one as well. Now handless, the Demon didn't post much of a threat. He casually looked over at Charlotte as she told them to end it quickly. "Don't get your witch panties in a wad. You're paying us to kill them all. You didn't saw how fast we had to do it." He looked back at the demon, focusing once again on the fight. He had noticed that Shira was standing on the sidelines and though he found that strange, he didn't mind at the moment; more action for him. He had also heard Charlotte's tip on hitting it in the spine. Well, it was already missing both hands, one wing and had a smashed face. He didn't think weak points much mattered now. It was already going to die without much more of a fight. He took a few steps backwards as the demon reacted to having both hands cut off. Now it pretty much just had its fire blasts to attack with. Not a problem, Harold had those too. He took a few more steps backwards to get into a position for a blast of fire when he bumped into Shira behind him. He had forgotten she was there. He looked back at her, growling angrily. "Watch it Shinigami girl! Stay out of my way." He hadn't heard Atticus's conversation with Shira, focused completely on killing the Demon. He sucked in a deep breath, his chest expanding as he did so. Then he leaned forwards, opening his mouth and launching a wide blast of blue flames towards the demon, intent on incinerating it. Will I be bound in chains...

It landed on the ground motionless then before its form began to ripple slightly. Suddenly it seemed to disintegrate and in the place of a demon was a unconscious girl. Upon closer inspection, this girl would also have cat ears and a tail as she laid there, motionless. Someone would have thought she was dead until she twitched slightly and groaned in pain. She seemed to take some of this hits the demon did but on a lesser scale. She managed to open one eye and glance at the others that were there.☾

Harold, who unleashed an intense blue flame, would end up killing the demon and in its place was a blue-haired girl. Speechless, Atticus was clearly distraught over not being able to save the demon. Suddenly, he would erupt out of his weapon form and land right in front of Eric/Harold. "Y-You didn't have to kill it." he shouted. "I could have saved that demon and gave it a new life, but you killed it without mercy. Why?" he asked, not even concerning himself with the girl or Shira. His sole attention focused only on Harold. "Why is it that you can only kill? Are you nothing more than just a savage brute? Is there no compassion in that black heart of yours?" ✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾✾

Never again... Harold grinned as their multiple attacks destroyed the Demon. "Heh, too easy," he muttered as it died. "Huh?" He said, raising an eyebrow as he saw a strange creature lying on the ground where the Demon had been. Just then Atticus jumped in front of him. At Atticus's first sentence Harold thought he meant that he had wanted a piece of the action. He was about to tell Atticus that he should have attacked sooner when he heard the rest of Atticus's statement. "What the....Hell?" He said in surprise as Atticus said he should have saved him. "Who cares if we save it? I don't want to give it a new life unless it means I can kill it twice." The rest of Atticus's statements made Harold even more surprised. "Com...passion?" Harold opened and closed his mouth several times as he tried to figure out why Atticus of all people would say such a thing. After a few moments he gave up, and his expression turned to one of annoyance. "What are you some kind of p***y!? I'm sorry, was that your new girlfriend Atticus? I suppose I shouldn't be surprised with your taste in women. Why don't you try asking the next one real nicely and maybe make out with it a few times to help it understand what it's missing in life? I should slap you, you little wuss." *Edited Will I be bound in chains...

Renji watch as a girl took it down with basic ease as the blade of the scythe would transform back into him. His lower half is still a staff and he had his upper cloth on still as he yelled in an angry tone "Hey! Blue haired chick! I wanted to kill that!" he crossed his arms in anger and shot the girl a glare and then went back into Weapon mode fully and just grumbled in anger since he was just getting pumped and wanted to strike a final blow on it. Renji would turn his gaze to the one dude complaining on why she killed it and yelled at the person "Dose it matter? Even if we did spare it, it would probably come back and try again. I'm actually happy it's dead. Kill or be killed and I'd be damned to be killed so I'll kill everything in my damn way" He simply stayed in weapon form just in case. Unless Michi told him to transform back.

She didn't seem to respond to anything they said at the moment. Shira frowned at the three arguing before resting Atticus on the ground and running over to the girl. "Shouldn't we stop arguing and try and help her? She seems hurt pretty badly." she said with a worried look. Charlotte stared down at the girl "That is the only live one we have right now... so might as well keep her alive so we can get info out of her." she said with a sigh. ☾ ((posting as all three characters in this XD))
