Matisha
[ @Verithe: You know that is a must XD!! I think Blue suggest wrapping????? ]

Wrapping/crushing is pretty much the biggest attack potential of the wisteria plant. So much so that the hope that someone would use the wisteria sphere was one of the initial reasons why I refrained from using vines in Nassovia's attacks. Blue is right that they are known to pretty much destroy arbors and gutters and squeeze the life out of trees.

Perhaps the first two attacks can be more about grabbing (maybe a snare that works up to a hold for Super). So, maybe something like: "A sweet aroma fills the air as a wisteria vine sprouts at Sailor Bohlinia's feet which quickly grows to ensnare one enemy's arm or foot for [time], slightly limiting the target's mobility." Which would power up to wrapping the enemy and severely limiting the target's mobility.

The Eternal attack could stand to be a crush/hold, even breaking some bones if that's allowed.

But those are just ideas. I can try to think of others, if you like. Don't feel you have to use them at all. I don't want this to come across as "Hey, Tish! I know this is your character, but DO THIS THING." ^^;

Also, I could have sworn we have a senshi of vines, but I can't find her anywhere. If we actually do, playing up the crushing that wisteria can do can really differentiate between your run-of-the-mill vine and your robust powerhouse that is the wisteria vine.

There is definitely a Senshi of Vines, Sailor Risha! So if you want to do the wrapping/crushing with wisteria you'd have to be careful to differentiate from her. XD
lemme see if i can go on a journal adventure and find her???

Just peeking in to say that you're right - there is a senshi of vines 3nodding I don't think she's on the front page, but her diary's here *poofs back to invisibility*

Aww thank you guys! It's lovely to see so many people helping me!!

Right so I must be very careful regarding vines but crushing may be ok. Sailor Risha seems to be more entanglement so if I concentrate on the crushing side totally....maybe remove vines altogether? Maybe a perfume that smells of wisteria flowers when breathed in feels like its crushing/suffocating the victim growing in intensity?

Or she could throw out "stems" and as soon as they attach to something they start crushing the person/ lamppost??? Or this is a thinker!

So long as your vines aren't doing anything Risha's vines do, you're probably fine...but a crushing aroma sounds cool! Maybe that for the first two attacks and throwing wisteria branches for eternal?

I admit that I... didn't pay much attention to other flower spheres when I thought up Ida's attacks. I was probably lucky I didn't conflict with anyone at the time.

An alternative attack could be that the wisteria branches burst out of the ground at the target's feet and form a loose wooden cage around them just big enough for one person, inhibiting movement for set amount of time or until they break through the branches or someone else attacks from the outside to break them.

Eternal could include the ability for the cage to close around the opponent and do crushing damage, or make it hard to breath for a time.

Just an idea I had.

Taking this extract from wikipedia - "Whatever the case, the support must be very sturdy, because mature Wisteria can become immensely strong with heavy wrist-thick trunks and stems. These will certainly rend latticework, crush thin wooden posts, and can even strangle large trees. Wisteria allowed to grow on houses can cause damage to gutters, downspouts, and similar structures. Its pendulous racemes are best viewed from below." so if i just use the term stems, trunks or branches I should be able to get away with it!! If not the GM's will come crashing down on my head XD!

I will try and maybe do a throwing stem attack for the first two and then a trunk/branch one for the eternal for a stronger hold?

Calling them stems/branches/strunks instead of vines (and making them obviously wisteria, i.e. maybe they bloom as they grow up around the target?) should be okay! As long as they're visually different it's kinda like...there are ten trillion spheres of healing Senshi (INCLUDING MY OWN HI PERSEPHONE) but they all fix you in different ways, visually!

Sounds like a wonderful plan, Matisha!

*pokes in* hey, sorry I haven't been here...fixing Rory or paying attention. U nu my life got super busy and super crappy for a bit, and I may have got a teeny bit depressed when I realized I had to revamp Rory entirely. I'm still scarce, because I switched to a summer schedule, but I will be cracking down hard on my quest uvu

I would say don't stress about it!

If the character doesn't fit the setting or the sphere, then feel free to just start over with a whole new character! There is no need to force a character into something that doesn't fit them. *nod*
