The hell was a foxtrot?

Okay, he was lying, he knew was a foxtrot was. However, convincing himself he didn't? Well, that was more effective. Perhaps if he could make himself look like a total fool, his mother would actually have no choice but to downvote him--he was pretty certain he had only made it through last time because of her.

Stupid mother.

Was Diona talking to him? To be honest, he wasn't really paying attention. He glanced over to her and offered a vague, "Hm?" a little confused and a little dazed, before ignoring her again, eyes rolling over back to the dancefloor. There were plenty of people that knew how to dance out there. They were more deserving of the win than he was. Perhaps he should do something totally different.

"Yeah yeah, god of love." He paused, before grinning wickedly. "Also, the god of DISCO!"

Eros beckoned her out to the floor, proceeding to do something that totally was not at all the foxtrot. No, the way he flared his arms out and pointed upwards and to the side, before crossing his arm in front of him? That was some outright Saturday Night Fever he had going on. Booty shaking, hands flaring, outright needed some sunglasses and maybe a disco ball somewhere--too bad there weren't many electronics left on the island at all. Or, at least, too many fancy ones.

Eros really was trying to fail, wasn't he?

Pelagious stared at the green Spartan as she twirled him around. "Seriously?" he asked. "This is more fun?" He had more fun nailing his hand to a board.

Her comment on his dress was definitely wounding, though. Making a sad/horror face, he almost cried as the green erote swirled him around the dancefloor. "I'll have you know that my dress was made for this kind of dancing!" he exclaimed, leading her around, making his loops, trots, and twirls seem effortless.

"See?" he asked, anger touching through his voice. "Made for dancing!!"

"Yes, yes it is more fun." Kleta replied stubbornly. She was somewhat surprised that the cross-dressing pae with his dress didn't like this sort of dance that would have allowed him to show off his dress, if he had still had one. She honestly hadn't meant to insult his dress, but it least it had accomplished something. "Perhaps I was wrong," she admitted to him as he took over leading the dance, "it appears that your dress was made for dancing, and makes you dance."

It was certainly a nice change to be lead around like a lady should be for once. Kleta could tell that the other was clearly upset and she did hope that wouldn't hurt them, they had least had neutral feelings for each other before. "You are dancing famously Pelagious," Kleta attempted to complement the male, hoping that would reduce the harsh feelings towards her.

Pelagious decided to give it a big finish. Since he wasdancing so famously, he figured it was worth a shot, right?

Apologizing about two seconds in advance, he picked poor Kleta up and tossed her in the air.

When he caught her, he went down on one knee and sat her upon it, giving the judges a laviscious grin and "spirit fingers". While simultaneously flashing them with his new miniskirt.

Oh yeah. He was awesome!

Pelagious grinned at her compliment, already forgotten his earliar mood. He leaned over and whispered "The chicken dance" before setting her back on her feet.

Pelagious grinned and chased her, tittering about his "dancing chickens" the whole way. Grabbing a drink of punch, he handed it to her then went perfectly still.

"This is Chicken Dance!" He said. Then he started dancing.

Pelagious grinned, wagging his fingers at Kleta. "They would be around your feet and flap their wings in unison. They are chickens, after all!" he said, laughing to himself.

"What do you think?" he asked, hoping for another of her 'famous' one liners.
