It was finally time to bake her masterpiece. Mitsu carefully put it in the oven and looked at the clock so she could keep track of time. It was apparently not supposed to bake very long. She had enough time to organize and clean up a little right? " How are you going to decorate your spookie?" Mitsu asked as she wiped her bowl clean and prepared to make another spookie. She got busy enough she forgot to look at the clock again. Time continued to pass until smoke started to billow out of the sides of the oven. " Oh, I think its done!" When Mitsu pulled her spookie out it...wasn't much of a spookie at all. She tilted her head this way and that regarding it trying to figure out where she went wrong. " I-I think I can fix it?" With enough frosting and sprinkles it would be fine right? Getting to work Mitsu did her best to mask her hideous spookie with icing and candies. When she was done she held it up to Shun with a smile on her face.  " All done! Its a mummy gingerbread man." If Shun listened close enough he could probably hear the spookie asking to be put out of its misery. ((Total of 0 this is sadly IC))

Shun threw his into the oven, then decided to guess how long he needed to wait. They weren't supposed to be in there for too long.. hopefully. At least, Mitsu had taken hers out fairly soon. "Decorate? We need to decorate these?" he blinked while taking his on out. His had turned out a little crispy, but it wasn't too bad as a whole. He took a chance to check on Mitsu's. And he was a little horrified. "...."He said nothing, and just decided to busy himself with making his cookie with some icing after all. Well. Sort of. Glancing back at the other cookie, he grimaced at the sight of it. That did not look appetizing at all. ".. Don't... forget to wrap it."((Total: 4))

" Oh.." She had held it up for him to try but wrapping was part of this whole thing wasn't it. With a brisk nod Mitsu took her creation to the second station and began to wrap it. A little bit of wrapping paper, some ribbon, and a whole lot of tape later Mitsu had finally wrapped up her spookie ready to give it as a gift. Argyle even came over and put a gold star of approval on it. At least that's what Mitsu thought. If she had taken her time to read the sticker she would have known otherwise. Instead she lifted her creation off the station and held it out for Shun. " Merry Christmastival!" Her gift was a wreck all around and probably not safe for consumption.

Crisis averted. For now. He was going to be given that cookie eventually. Shun just knew it. Taking in a deep breath, he went on and wrapped up his cookie. It turned out alright. It was messy, but he was distracted with thoughts of another potentially horrendous cookie food poisoning incident. Once that was done, he turned towards the lycan and froze as she held out the giftbox to him. Oh Jack no. Not now. Think quick Shun. "Already? Don't you think we should wait until Christmastival?"Please say yes.

"Oh good idea!" Mitsu nodded setting her gift aside. Should she work on another one?
"I think I will make some for the others." She said as she made her way back to the first station to get started again.
Now that she had a handle on what she was supposed to do Mitsu seemed to take her time putting the ingredients together. Or at least she mixed the dough a little more. Instead of being a lumpy gross mess it was only just lumpy.

Crisis averted again.
For now.
He was still going to be given that cookie at some point in time.
Shun just knew it.
Shaking his head to himself, he went on to get another thing of dough ready since Mitsu was making another as well. He figured that he may as well go on with it. Apparently, he was still dreading that horrid cookie and wasn't paying attention to his dough. His mixture ended up as a giant goopy mess as a result.

Humming to herself Mitsu happily flipped the dough onto the table and began to work it into a gingerbread man shape. It actually turned out okay this time. At least it had a head and all four limbs.
"I think I've got the hang of this now." Mitsu nodded approvingly.
"How is your second one turning out?"

And Shun went to mold his as well. This time, he actually put in a little bit more effort and managed to get it into an appropriate shape. Glancing to the side, he saw that Mitsu was having a much better time with her cookie this round.
"It seems that way. And... I suppose I could do better," he said while looking down at his thing. He just shrugged it off though.

With her spookie ready Mitsu put it on a baking tray and put it in the over. This time she forgot to check the time as she went about cleaning up her mess so by the time the cookie was done she hadn't pulled it out. By the time it was really done she finally remembered and rushed to pull the spookie back out of the oven and onto the table. Well, it looked better this time. More like a spookie and not like...ummm...yeah. Now to decorate! It would probably pass as a gingerbread man. Mitsu had taken the time to use icing to keep his leg together and had picked out the same color sprinkles for its hair. " Done." She stepped back to look over her work and nodded before she scooped it up and took it to the next station.

And now it was time to bake. Shun was able to wait the appropriate amount of time, taking out the finished product. It was still not quite perfect, but it was good enough. It wasn't like he was going to be eating it at all. Nope. Well, he supposed he should be decorating it. And so he did. Once he finished, he looked over at Mitsu to see that she had a decent looking thing now. If that had been for him... he'd be a little less reluctant. But alas, this was not the case. "Looks good."

Now it was time to wrap up her gift but Mitsu couldn't help but look Shun's spookie over curiously. " Why is your spookie angry?" She began her wrapping process while she waited for an answer but she probably would have done better to pay attention to what she was doing. When she was done the gift was a little lopsided and sloppy but probably a step above her last one. Setting her new present next to the last she looked back toward the first station again. " Should we do one more?"

"Angry? It isn't angry. It just looks stern."He went on and made the same expression for her. It looked very much like a glare. It also wasn't too different from what he usually had going on. Shrugging, Shun went on to wrap up, having a similar looking giftbox to his previous attempt. "We may as well while we are here," he nodded.

"......" Mitsu opened her mouth ready to say something but closed it again. His 'stern' face looked angry but if he thought it was just stern she would go for it. So instead she tweaked her last question. "Okay...then why does your gingerbread man have a stern expression? Maybe try putting a smile on the next one. Like this."
And she promptly reached up to push the corners of his mouth up probably getting sugar on his face.

"Is a smile necessary?" he asked before pausing as she went to try and push the corners of his lips up, getting some icing on his face in the meantime.
"...."
Shun just stared at her.
"..No. Besides. The cookie has nothing to smile about. Its leg is broken and it will eventually be consumed."
His batter was a bit of a mess. It could be worse, however.

Pulling her hands back Mitsu nodded in a sagely manner. "It is resigned to its fate therefore it can smile." That was probably the most twisted thing she had ever managed to say.
Focusing back on what she needed to do Mitsu began to throw the ingredients together again and managed to come up with a slightly lumpy mixture like last time. It hadn't turned out too badly though so hopefully this would be the same.
