*Eve chukkled and patted his head, "Just stay down hun, i know what i'me doing." She stood up and her body started to glow a redish orange. Bullets were hitting her, but just dropping to the ground, "You can't hurt lava with yout petty tools." She held out her arm as her large over sized sword appeared as she sliced a few of the weapons into halves, then she took out certain people that she knew would be a problem. The more they shot her however, the more she smerked as he eyes flashed darker again in color, he held up her hand in the sape of a gun and, pow pow pow, every bullet they shot into her obsorbed and was now firing back with just her hand. "You people seem to think that the crime here, the power of a weapon can over through ones will to lead." She walked closer to the men that shot at her, "I dare you to continue." She was jsut trying to scare them enough to let them relize that she was the authority. That was the only way to get attention in this kind of area, to show everyone whos better. She slung her massive blade on her shoulder, "Any more?"

"How about this..." A woman stepped forward, only carrying a scythe longer than she was, as was the blade. Her charm surpassed Eve's but still had the men in line. "Give me a proper fight, then we'll consider your offer." Most of the armed men gave her some space, signifying her as the boss. "Lady Red. What're you doing here?" "To keep you dogs under a leash, like I told ya. I made it clear; unless they fire 1st, don't shoot." "Yes, ma'am." Red looked past Eve and caught gaze with Hiyo. Using her blunt end, she whacked a man. "Why is that kid in the line of fire?! That's another thing I told ya; Not to shoot at civilians and children." "Yes, ma'am." Hiyo got a bit furious, and red, and stepped out. "Hey, I'm not a kid! I can fend for myself." Red smirked after she got a good look at him. "Oh really. Care to prove that?" "Fine. Eve, I'll take her on." He gave her the protective charm back.

Eve looked down to Hiyo with hesitation she nodded, "Prove your worth then. Show me your derterination." Eve pwered down and stood there with her sword on her shoulder as she held her Reciver Pistol in her hand. "However i wanna make something clear to you. I am the high princess of the land, which means this city is in my tarritory. It better start beliving it, becuse i have authitroy to wipe it off the map other wise. I walk in her i see crim, filth, and drug ridden folks. People with locked doors and windows hiding away, however also getting robbed. That isn't something i wanna see in my citys. Understand Ms RED?"

"If your little boy-scout can prove that. I run the show here, and I have strict rules..." Red set down the weapon, blade pierced into the ground. "Come at me then." Even though they were both unarmed, Hiyo had to be careful or he would be taken out. He came at her with a fist, but she avoided it with ease, gracefully nailing his chest with her knee. He shuttered a bit, but recovered and grabbed her leg; big mistake. Red spun around, trowing him into a damaged car that dented from the impact. "Come on, is that all?" Hiyo growled a bit, going at her again, but the fight was showing victory for Red.

Eve shied, "THe boy has to learn does he not. Else he will never get stronger. He needed a challange, i have faith in him. Even if he doesn't win and I take you out, he would have gain the knolage needed to press forword and become stronger." She replied, meanwhile she crossed her arms, "Hiyo pay close attention to her actions. To the way she fights. Thats the key, you throw yourself forword your stepping into the tigers mouth."

Hiyo was losing breath, trying to head Eve's advice and looking at how Red fights. Lets see here; her only known attacks have been with her legs, so she's focusing on lower body strength. If I can avoid those, then I can get her. He charged at her again, right into her rising leg. This time, however, he moved to the side and aimed for her back.... but ended up getting hit by a wave made from her side kick. He recovered shortly, lucky enough to now get hit in the head. That felt too solid to be a simple sonic-wave. Then the only explanation is....!! He tried to get behind her again, this time trying to grab at her. He missed her leg, but grabbed something else, something solid but invisible. "Got it." Using what he had, he swung around and threw the thing connected to Red into a car, raising smoke everywhere. At 1st, there was silence, shortly followed by a malicious laugh. "Well, I must commend you. Tell me then, either you fought my kind before..." When the smoke cleared, Red had a blue scaly tail following her curvy legs. "Or this is your 1st time fighting a dragon?" Hiyo was completely caught off-guard, never expecting to see this. "What's the matter, never seen something as beautiful as myself? Come on, if you've been with the Yokai princess here, then you must've been told by now. This town is under Dragon rule, and I won't roll over and die like a dog."

Eve chukkled, "You do relize i have a allyship with the dragon people trhough the great dragon king himself right?" ((If you don't know thats actully happening in another rp 0w0)) She shrugged, "And sadly he didn't say anything about having a tarritory out here. He also said that anything in my land is mine untill given to him. Lickwise with his tarrotory, which i stay away from due to they are..." She leaned in, "within HIS boarders." She crossed her arms, "this has now become a political matter at hand." She looked to Hiyo and smiled motoning him to come back near her, his fight was done.

Hiyo wasn't backing down, and neither was Red, despite the long fight and exhaustion. "This isn't over until it is." "Quite right, boy." Red got ready for a final attack, as well as Hiyo with his red flames surrounding himself. They both charged, making one final assault...
Smoke and debris filled the battlefield, with Hiyo and Red on their knees. His breathing was rasp and heavy, finally falling down. Red looked to him, not looking good herself. "Well, I'd have to say that wasn't so bad.... you win, sugar..." She went down shortly aferwards, the men dropping their weapons and running to her. "Hang on, we'll get you to a hospital. They'll patch ya up."

*Eve shied, "Not my usal way of taking care of things but..." she shrugged and walked to Hiyo, "whatever." She picked Hiyo up and flung him over her shoulder then turned around, "I wanna see this city changed, no more of what i seen. I want this place to be clean, well taken care of, i want this place to be known as a good city, not a run down place for a mob and sewer rats." She warned as she started to walk off, she chukkled, "well kiddo your first match wasn't too bad. We'll work on it." She walked into the inn and headed up the stairs. Afterwords she paced him on the bed carfully and looked to his wounds, nothing too bad, he would live. She smerked and brushed his hair back alittle, "Not bad. Lets see if your efforts change anything."

Indeed they did; over the night, there was noises of men moving around the city. Their work remained unknown, until the sun rose; The streets were clear of the damage from yesterday's fight, walls were cleaned except for the graffiti that resembled a flaming fox every now and then. The gangs that once broke into homes were now repairing broken windows and door frames. The city was turning for the better, and Red was waiting out of their room. "Well, what do ya think? I said that I would agree to your terms, and a dragon never goes back on their word. Let Fox-boy know that he did good, and treat him well. For my sake heart " She left shortly afterwards, continuing to keep the streets cleared.

*Eve chukkled and closed the door behind her as she stopped the dragon, "i could use someone like you." She looked to her, "to run the city. You know as a princess i cannot stay here and take care of every city in our country. I plan to protect them all though however I can. The people see you as a leader, give them one. Hell, i'll even pay you if i need to. you should become the mayor. Think about it." She then smerked and crossed her arms as she leaned on the door, "and for the record that was too easy." She chukkled, "was his first fight though." She shrugged, "hes sorta a new apprentice for me." She chukkled.

"I hate politics; I'm more of the secret service that serves the public. Besides, I own over 90% of the gangs." Red got the elevator open, looking to her before the door closed. "And your right, it was too easy. Something's up with that kid, which is why I resorted to my tail too quickly. He's got potential, but maybe it's growing too quickly. Last I check, he didn't have 3 tails until after our fight." The door closed, leaving Eve alone in the hallway. Hiyo was starting to get up and out, his head still spinning from yesterday. "Ow, is she made out of metal or what?"

*Eve stepped into the room and closed the door, "good your up." She chukkled and leaned agint the door. She crossed ehr arms witha smile, "you did good kid. The leader of the mobs aroung here just talked to me." She walked over and headed into the bathroom, "the citys being fixed up as we speak. Now all i need to do is find someone to keep it that way." She chukkled, "Red doesn't seem to like the idea of doing so." She nodded as she fixed her hair... "however i need to ask you... why do you now have three tails."

"Three??" He got up and looked at his tails; she was right. "That's odd, I only had two before, then only one before you came along. Does this mean something?" He looked out the window at the streets, seeing everything looking brighter.

*Eve smerked thinking about trying somthing. Moments later she lightly pulled him from the window and pushed him to the bed. She was in just her underware again as she pushed him down and stood over him on all fours, "I think it has to do with unlocking youself... now however we just have to work with the vision problems..." she said warmly as she made sure to really rubb it in as she let her breast fall on his chest as she leaned over him more, "do you know that one way to fix a sight seers visions is no longer being a vergin?" SHe teased.
