  ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ As they were at the camp site, the sun would begin to set. "Looks like we were out there for quite a while." he told Shira as he placed her on the ground. "I'll start the fire." Walking over to the pile of wood he had brought, Atticus would place some together and light it like he did before. "All right, the fire is set. Once you change, bring me your wet clothes and I will dry them for you." Atticus said as he created a little rack by the fire and placed his jacket and on the rack letting the heat from the fire dry it. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Shira nodded and went in the tent to put on some new clothes. She came out about two minutes later with the wet ones and handed them to him with a polite smile.

Looking down he would take off his boots and pants, placing both his pants and shirt on the rack. Now he was only in his boxers, "All right, are you ready?" he asked.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Shira quickly shook her head "No it is fine." she said "I am not uncomfortable or anything like that." a faint smile appeared on her face then.

Shira would nod and grab her sleeping bag, going into the tent not long after him. She laid the sleeping bag next to where he was and laid down, not really saying anything. For now, she wasn't exactly tired which was most likely eather from the cold or the adrenalin rush from training. She said in the sleeping bag, staring at the top of the tent as she thought to herself.

▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Lying down in his mat, Atticus would seem very tired, perhaps it was do to his reckless training he did earlier. Despite not showing much physical pain or injury from that incident, Atticus had exerted an extensive amount of energy in order to not only endure the rapids but protect his body as well. All of which took a toll on his stamina and energy, which resulted in him being very tired. As he began to doze off, Atticus would move over on his side, placing his hand on Shira's chest in the process.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Shira was close to drifting off until her eyes snapped back open when she felt something on her chest "Uh..." she turned her head and looked at a dozing Atticus "Excuse me... you might want to move your hand." she said in a calm tone.

Atticus took his hand and placed it around her waist, and embraced her. While this was happening, the feint sounds of breathing could be heard, looking closely, it would appear that he was already fast asleep.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Shira stared at her partner for a few more moments before sighing "I guess it can't be helped then..." she muttered with a small smile. She moved a bit closer to him then and closed her eyes in a attempt to sleep.

"Wh-" he said as he saw that his arms were around Shira's waist and the two were lying so close together. Carefully removing his arms, Atticus would try to move away from Shira, and lay back on his mat. Not knowing whether or not they did anything together, Atticus would lay there and stare at the top of the tent.▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬

Shira wouldn't respond when Atticus moved away from her. She continued to sleep but stirred when the cold air seemed to be getting to her, she turned then and ended up wrapping her arm around Atticus, moving closer to him once more. Once she seemed to be comfortable again, she sighed and continued sleeping.

"Things can't keep going like this." he muttered as he would place his arm over her and held her close to him, "We are beginning to act like a couple."▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
