➟Donovan roamed around the area. Looking around he could tell that he was alone, which could have been a good thing or a negative encounter. Still Donovan couldn't control his ability quite as well as he had hoped. Anyone near him would feed him emotions that could mess with his way of thinking. Since he had heard that this area brought happiness and glee he decided to check the place out for himself. He was feeling a bit down after thinking about the family he had left behind so he could come to the DMA. Every time he thought of his big brother he had to hold back a tear since he couldn't take how he might have hurt him. Never intending to harm his brother, Donovan had to escape the house. After running away he was feeling much better, he had gained the pounds that seemed to just disappear along with the depression and sad feelings that his family gave off. "I wonder if they're thinking of me...or looking up at the same sky as me. Are you...brother?" It was night time and he could spot every beautiful and glistening star. "So beautiful...maybe this place maybe does bring you happiness." The boy smiled to himself while gazing at the sky. It was true that he was feeling positive about himself. No one around him allowed the boy some form of peace, although sometimes he would feel lonesome and need some friends to cheer him up. Making new friends back at the DMA he didn't really consider them that precious to him. What he needed was a best friend, someone he could lean on when times were rough. Wondering if he would ever control his ability, Donovan was starting to feel disheartened again, but quickly looking back at the starts soothed him. It made him feel all better inside. It would also help when he didn't think about the past and began to think of the positive future he promised himself he would make with his own two hands. Lonesome he began talking to himself. "Sure is quiet here...so this is what death city has in store. Not a bad venue, it did cheer me up a bit. I shouldn't stay here too long though. I'll need to go back to the academy soon...I can't give up. Especially now. Time to cheer up and work towards the future! I'm gonna go far!" Blushing now Donovan was glad that no one else was there to hear him yelling to himself.
➟Donovan remained at Starlight point for the remainder of the night, just thinking about stuff. The place really did seem to make him feel better. One thing was for sure and that was that this Donovan wasn't as gloomy as the one that had entered Death City not too long ago. Surprisingly no one showed up the whole time Donovan was there, it made him feel lonely but it didn't bother him too much either. "All of this standing around is really getting to me. I better get back soon..." Stretching ligaments of his body he yawned. He was fairly tired after spending most of his time in the same place. Since he had so much money he was able to afford a place near the DMA for awhile but he knew it wouldn't last unless he got a real job, there would also be the option of creating his own realm in the future, but he would still need to learn some basic stuff such as creating portals. There were still so many things Donovan was capable of but he didn't seem to really care as much. He was happy with his current knowledge and abilities so he wasn't in a hurry to get stronger anyway. As the sun came up he smiled and looked up at it, something about it gave Donovan a bright outlook on today although he didn't know what was in store for him. Giving him confidence in a way the sun lightened Donovan's mood even more. Determined to go out and do something today, the young boy screamed to himself just like the previous night. "Today's going to be an awesome day, I can feel it!" Rushing to go off on some sort of adventure he left Starlight point in hopes that he would find something fun to do.

Xuza peeled from thin air, like a cheap mirror trick, feet on a street overlooking the one place Death City kept so nice. She didn't hate the part of the city, but she didn't plan to be here either. It was something that she got used to, though, and it certainly did help to know this place wasn't too close to the cafe.
There were a thousand glittering paths on that crisp autumnal breeze, all playing in the dusk sun. A meister and some dumb pick up lines (not Donovan lol) could be heard on the periphery of Xuza's hearing range. The winged meister allowed herself to fall into the sinking sun and the emerging stars, since they seemed far enough away.
Xuza had posted up next to a bendy tree to take in the view.
It looks just like it always did... But this isn't the same view I'm used to seeing at all. This dimension, it's exactly like the other one, only flipped. One thing hasn't changed though... She cut off the thought before she got any more depressed. She decided to just stay there for a while and watch the stars come out. As far as she was concerned, this was the best part of coming here.
➟Takeshi arrived at starlight point, he heard the scenery was romantic and it kind of was. The boy found it surprising that he wasn't tired, after all the fighting at the training field it was hard for him to believe that he wasn't. When Takeshi noticed a couple that weren't kissing, but eating each others faces in a public place he rolled his eyes. "Get a room if your going to do something like that." he said it out loud causing the couple to glare at him, but he didn't really care, everyone else had their attention on them. Takeshi made his way next to a mysterious female near an oddly aligned tree. He didn't talk to her but enjoyed the view, it looked like he was perfectly content with just standing quietly, but then he just blurted words out of his mouth and said "the view is nice isn't it?" Once again it looked like he didn't mind talking to a stranger, he really didn't as a matter of fact.

"Whoa crap!" Xuza was so enthralled in the view that she didn't even notice Takeshi approaching, and so was really startled when he spoke. She sort of stared back at him for a second, not really knowing what to do. He didn't look like he was going to hurt her. "Sorry... Didn't hear you coming."
➟Takeshi grinned but didn't turn towards Xuza. He was enjoying the view way too much to turn now, even if it was considered rude, not that the boy would intentionally try to be. "That's alright, I guess I am pretty quiet." When Takeshi tried to talk back it was like a forced small talk, even though it was a simple greeting ceremony and nothing more. This big vast and beautiful sky sure does wonders for your smiles, I can't get a mad face looking into it.

More than anything about Takeshi, Xuza noticed the way he was captivated by the starry vista. "I, uh, come here sometimes, to get away from it all." She was still a bit curious why he was here though. She wondered if she was in his spot in this universe.
"So... You come here a lot?" The blunt approach it was!
➟"So the city's stressful for you huh? I guess it can leave you a bit on edge. I'm new-ish here too but I love it. Everyones so friendly and it's filled with life. I like the loud booming city life, but the stars remind me of home a bit. Of course you can't see as many of them out here it still feels nostalgic." Takeshi still didn't make much eye contact as he was busy being distracted. "Actually I don't as a matter of fact. This is my first time here, I could still see the stars faintly from other areas though, but this place is for sure the best."

The winged one nodded, a bit absent minded herself.
"So... You're from here too..." Perhaps the pauses weren't so clear. "I just got here a few days ago. It looks exactly like home, but..." Her voice trailed off into the tough week.
➟Takeshi took a deep sigh. Now you've gone and made me all upset... The blonde-headed boy turned to Xuza and made the biggest smile he could make despite how awkward and weird it seemed. "It's better if you smile like this, you know what I mean?" he sounded odd, mostly because he used extra energy into maintaining the smile. Releasing himself of the burden he looked back towards the stars again. "You can talk about your problems if you want, I won't judge or say anything really. I'm just a stranger that's sort of...here." He couldn't help but grin at that last part, it was hard to resist laughter at that specific point in time. Well now I've gone and cheered myself up, I'm all better now. And just like that the boy was once again smiling awkwardly, to himself this time.

Xuza really tried not to laugh, or rather she wasn't in a mood to laugh, but she just couldn't help it seeing Takeshi's big ol' grin. "Fufufufu, wow." After she said that, the boy had turned away and was looking at the sun. Something about the way the words he chose resonated with her. "'Stranger that's sort of... Here,'" She repeated to herself. "I know what you mean--believe me, I know. I'm not even sure how I got here. I just woke up, one day I was here. Everything is exactly like home, only Death is supposedly nice in this world..." She thought she'd stop before she confused the poor guy. "Um... Yeah." She put her hand on the back of her hand like an embarrassed anime character.
➟Takeshi lifted a brow and gave her an odd look as if he had no idea what she was talking about. "Well yeah...sure. Lord Death is pretty nice isn't he?" It was clear that he was a little creeped out but he quickly dismissed her words as if they were just a part of some confused chatter. Noticing her hands he grinned. "Are you really that shy? You know you shouldn't be shy around someone like me. I might make fun of you for it," he joked with her and spoke in a playful tone. "I'm just pulling your chain, I have better things to do then pick on little girls." Now Takeshi was just being hypocritical, Xuza was at least one year older than him. His cute baby face hadn't even gone away with age just yet. "So that was some laugh, I don't think I've ever heard of one like that before." The small talk was nice to Takeshi, it didn't feel as forced with her than it did with other people, although it probably could have been that way because the conversation seemed a bit one sided at the moment.
