Soul Dreamer attempts to deflet the lances with his cane. A few manage to hit him but explode as they connect with his own glowing essence. "Why have you brought me here!!!?" Soul Dreamer was uneasy been here...again...it had been many years since they had both been in this..'dimension' "I wont let you kill me Slifer...I wont let you murder her memory just like you murdered her!" In an instant Soul Dreamer had lached onto Slifer and upperjawed him, almost breaking off his jaw, sending him flying upwards. He pulled out his Revolver and shot 6 shots directly at Slifer "NOW DIE!"

Slifer flies upwards and winces as his jaw is dislocated and more than likely broken with a sickening crunch. He twists in mid air to avoid the bullets but 5 of the 6 slam into his chest, blood spraying out and floating upwards. He hits the floor and rolls onto his knees.
"I didn't murder her. They did, just like they murdered Pathinne. They....they caused all of this Soul! Can't you see!Are you so blinded by your own lust for power and revenge?"
He pushes himself to his feet painfully.
"We are here because it is the one place where we can be closest to the ones we lost, the ones we loved. And also because, if either one of us dies,this place will become unstable and collapse, effectively killing the other person.We cannot allow our hatred and grief to destroy the world we fought so hard to protect."
He grips his lance and despite the loss of blood and the immense amount of pain he is in, he manages to summon a few and hurl them at Soul with great force.

Soul spinds his cane around, Faster and faster, deflecting the charge from the lances sending shatters of energy everywhere.
"You may not have killed her, but you are still to blame! If you hadn't left her then she would have still been here!!! And I wouldn't have this...this..THING inside of me!" He holds out his hands to summon a glowing shard...swirling in pure essence. The very power that makes Soul Dreamer who he is. "Do you remember this Slifer...DO YOU!?" He holds it in one hand and point it towards Slifer. Staring deep into his eyes with a great hatred. Soul Dreamer had been consumed by a dark memory, unstabalised by everlasting grief...

Slifer grins, even if he is somewhat suprised.
"The shard of heaven. You finally figured out how top withdraw it from your self then?"
He grins and makes a few hand movements, conjuring a burst of electrical energy into his hands he then launches it at Soul.
"The question is, can you control it?"
He laughs.

Soul Dreamer glares at Slifer. The shard still pointing directly at him. "You still have much to learn about me..." He opens his palm releasing the shard at Slifer. Closing his eyes he guided the shard towards the energy, shattering it into nothing. The blade continued towards Slifer

Slifer smiles and slowly takes what he assumes to be his last breath as he sees the shard speeding for his throat. he then realises exactly where they are and grins.
"And so ends both of our lives Soul."
He raises his hands and slams them into the ground. The sphere around them starts to destabilise.
The shard gets closer.
He slams his hands down again and the sphere starts to compress.
"TRhe shrd is still heading for his throat but due to gravitational distortion it is slowing down.
Just as the shard is inches from his neck, he slams his hands down again and the sphere implodes upons itself, sucking slifer and Sould inside it. It then explodes outwards, expelling them both in a huge energy blast, throwing them flying in opposite directions. Both of them are very seriously injured, and extremely lucky to be alive. Slifer raises his head and briefly laughs.
"Haha. Soul.....you...still can't beat....me."Then he drops his head and passes out unconscious.

Soul Dreamer lay unconscious amongst the rubbled rubble...His mind was lost. Fighting to keep control of who he was.
He had returned to these lands for a reason, a reason he was not sure of himself. But everything that happened had a meaning...and this fight was no different...However much Soul didn't want to fight Slifer...his grief was to much for him to keep under control.
He would have to one day let go...let go of the past...but that day...was not now...
[[And so begins a new chapter]]

((Yeah sorry bout that lol, but things happen.))
Slifer groggilly comes around, he winces and cracks his jaw back into place and pushes himself to his feet. He quickly looks around at the damage he has caused.
"s**t."
He then laughs and tenderly stretches his wings and takes off into the air.
