DraconicFeline Acerium was a bit taken aback. "Its a place... where humans live and FEAR comes... from?"A little bit of former education from when she was a wee sapling wriggled into her mind. ohhhh, she must be really new then! That meant that Acerium got to tell her! Whoo! "Humans live there so I guess its a house. Sort of. More like a country except.."she struggled to remember her lessons, such as they were. She hadn't been paying attention at all. "Bigger. Like Halloween except with just living humans. I don't know."So she went on to something she did know... PLANTS!!! "We'll you'll probably see it for yourself eventually. Roses, huh?" Awkward subject change but okay, "Have you ever seen a wild rose? It looks totally different than a garden rose, like, totally. It doesn't have as many petals or as many different colors. Has a nice smell... Or so I hear. Its a bit tricky to smell for me."She smiled engagingly, and gestured animatedly, threatening to knock something over with some of the branches branching off of the ones she used as arms. "did you know that the thorns on a rose arn't thorns? They're prickles? Its not that important I suppose, but it is a difference! And that theres hundreds of species of them? I bet there are even more species in Halloween!"She seemed to know a lot of random plant trivia... Alice's head tilted slightly to the right as the ghoul tried to explain was the "human" world was. Apparently, it wasn't helping the little vampire very much. The next thing she remembered was the Acerium talking about plants, roses in particular. She nodded her head. " Roses smell very lovely, and their color is very nice too." " Really? The thorns aren't actually thorns, but prickles? And there are even more species of roses here then the other world? Oh my, this seems very interesting." She took another sip of her coffee, followed by a bite from her treat. She swallowed her food, and then began to speak. " Is there any booth that you've been to, and eon something from a game?"

Yin eyed the ghoul at the booth warily, but picked up a cup of coffee. He had beaten her before, he did not need to worry about her too much unless she started sinking into the ground.
Well, except she was spiking his coffee again.
He hissed in displeasure and might have sent him a look. He was watching you Miss Gene. He knew (kind of) where you lived.

Yin hastily grabbed another cup. It had better not have anything spicy in it. As he was drinking something hit his lips and he fished out a small green ball. He looked suspiciously at Miss Gene. She was plotting something he knew. He kept the ball rather than turning it in, trashing the rest of the cup as he just walked off. Carhop Cavalier Yin kept the green ball rather than turning it in for his prize.........whut now.

Deciding that today was a good day to drink coffee and ignore everyone else, Senga made his way to the booth, rumbling quietly at the scent in the air. It was something that actually smelled good, even though the horseman had seldom tried it before. If Senga wasn't a horseman, he probably would have been born a coffee addict regular. Deciding to try a cup, the Executioner reached forward and tentatively took one, lifting to his lips and leaning out of the way of other denizens surrounding the booth.
Hmm.
... Senga smiled to himself.

 After having caught up with Ofelia, Before decided to take a break from playing games. Maybe have another cup of coffee or something. "I promise you, Dinah, this place? ******** awesome coffee!" he gestured to the LitL Roasting booth. And just to prove it, he went and got himself a cup. The holiday havoc blend in particular. And then he realized why it was called a havoc but to save face he forced himself to keep smiling while Ofelia ordered one of her own. Maybe when her back was turned and no one was looking, he'll dump the rest of the contents.

Ofelia wasn't a fan of coffee, it was usually too bitter for her and any time she added sugar she always made it entire too sweet, but seeing as Before - er, Glitterachi - was head over heels about coming her she followed along, a smile on her bunyip golem's face. There were several cups laid out, blended and what have you not, and the teen wondered if she could even taste anything while in a golem.
"Hmm....Ah think I'll try this one. Whatcha get on yer end?" Well, she figured she could since they had some senses, but. . . well, whatever. Lifting a cup, she pushed it to her mouth.
. . .and it was good, it was very, very good. Ofelia chugged down and finished the last of it, surprised as something hit the back of her throat. What the hell?
"Uh. . .'su....er. . .pardon me." She needed to hide her voice, hide everything, on this mission. Right? "There seems to be a something in the bottom of my cup." The bunyip, stressing each word as though maybe English was not her first language, looked to see who was in charge and held out a pink ball in her bird-like hand.Quote: • 8: You enjoy this blend a lot! Before stared in awe. Or it looked like it was awe. It could very well have been horror. It was hard to tell when you only had eyes. "You okay there, Dinah?" he asked in concern. "Didn't choke on any other foreign objects, did you?" 8CCCCCC

" . . . Not really sure. My coffee had something in it, nearly choked me." The teen held the ball out towards her. . .date? Could she have considered him a date? Whatever. She held it out towards the glitter monster, pushing it up so it rested between two claws.
Having claws was awesome. "Was there something like this in yours?" It was pink, Ofelia was totally okay with pink. If it had been brown she would have kept it though since well, brown was her favorite color. "What kind did you get? Mine was. . . outlaw something? I don't know."
Talking slow was hard.

"Newp~ nothing but coffee in mine. Blend I picked this time wasn't so good," the shimmer of his aura seemed to sparkle erratically. It seemed like the closest way he could make a face. "Maybe we can go get something else?" he suggested. Then idly pointed to the back area, "Gotta warn you about that place. Coffee there no good."

"We can go, but...let's try this thing first." Ofelia was referring to the wonderful sign that said 'roulette' or something similar. The teen was looking at the assortment with curiosity, her hand reaching out and taking one of the cups. This must have been the really nasty coffee that Before was talking about, it certainly tasted really weird, but Ofelia drank it anyway.
Maybe it was her whole 'don't waste food/drink' mentality, or maybe it was her love of spicy foods and drinks that prompted the entire cup of coffee to disappear down her gullet.
Or maybe it was because she was in a golem and therefore tasting it no big deal? " . . . nope, not nearly as good coffee. You were right." Ofelia's bunyip golem self grinned. "Where to now? I will follow your lead, Clo....Glitterachi."

Well it was about time he came by. He probably would've gotten in sooner if his mother hadn't kept dragging him back to work more on the booth. With it done and the mechs at work, Mort had decided he needed to pay the ghost a visit, and it thankfully wasn't hard to pick out the smells of various coffee brews and the distinctive cafe music that picked itself out from, say, someplace like FMC.
"Hey!" he greeted with a grin as he shuffled over. "Mrrr, this is teaser for future shop, eh? Did a great job." It was nice to see several of the students using their booths like this, to kickstart their careers early and get their names out into the business world; he woudl have done the same for his inventions if student council hadn't been his main concern.
Noting the arranged brews for teasers, he waffled his hand among several before snatching up one labeled Downtown Transit, sniffing the drink before sipping. And then drinking. And outright tilting the cup all the way up to get the last dregs - Jack this was delicious - and then almost swallowing the pink ball in his haste to get every last drop. A little mortified, Mort turned to the side and hacked it out into his hand, not in any particular rush since he couldn't choke; but it was still pretty embarrassing. "Errrr, th-that' could've gone better . . . But is great mix!" he enthused, holding the cup up as if to toast Gene.Carhop Calvalier Interaction + won random minipet! SN = Mediciner

Manyara felt that the coffee here had been so terrible, she had to try it again. Just to make sure it was as terrible as she thought it had been. Hmm.... this one!
Oh yes. It was bitter and spicy and altogether vile. Manyara burped appreciatively and slunk away.

"Yup yup, to both things!" Acerium pointed to the large bag hanging off of one of the branches that made up her hair. "I have no idea what I'm going to do with most of it. Alot of them are minipets..."She shrugged and laughed, "I'll figure it out! oooo, so favorite booths... This one of course, and theres a nice booth where you can pet Fearadoses! They're soooo cute, especially when they nibble at you! Theres a few too many snowy booths for my liking, but one of them is run by a very handsome wolf boil running for student council... But honestly? I think I'm a bit worn out. I just kind of want to hang around in this booth for a while, you know?"
