A totally sweet guitar riff played in his head as Khanda and him destroyed those robots. Well, at least destroyed them in style. Screeching was not stylish in any way. And neither was all this clanking of metal-- which was, in all honesty, obnoxious, but who is going to complain about noise in a fight? Not Thalia. (Not out loud, at least).
More thrusts, swipes, slashes, and jabs! Thalia was gonna slice these robots up like a 12th Perigee's Eve hambeast!

In his acrobatic display of finesse, Thalia managed to not hit a thing. Like, literally, he just swung around at air like an idiot. Not every moment could be a shining one, Thalia lamented.

Luckily, able to recover, Aprife took a moment to steady himself before he decided to attack again. This time he was ready to try something different, something that hopefully wouldn't leave him stumbling afterward. Ducking down, he flipped the scourge in his hand and slammed the end of the handle onto a robot's foot.

This was bad. Did that sonic blast screechy sound thing (technical terms) really affect Thalia this much? The amount of missing and sucking he was doing was going off the charts-- the charts of being bad. Thalia wasn't supposed to be bad! He was supposed to be great at everything ever, or at least look like he was great at it! Hopefully people would be too busy smacking things around to notice his ineptitude. Shameful, Thalia.

Already close, Aprife figured it would be better to try and get another swipe in at the robot's ankle before it could get away. It was a week swipe as he quickly flipped the whip back around and swung, but it was something, at least.

HP: 16/20 Pyruet grimaced in disgust at the blueblood as he stammered out his excuses. She could practically hear the jowls in his voice. Adorably precious fists? Games master? Pathetic. And speaking of, Alifax wanted her attention--and managed to vocalize it without calling her highblood. He was making progress. She turned from the wanted man to the lights her companion was gesturing at, just in time to see them lunge forward. Her stomach jumped into her throat as the robots started making that god-awful noise, the nausea and dizziness overwhelming her as she was caught by surprise. She hit the ground, unable to make her eyes focus, and fought the urge to heave. Pyre did 0 damage.

Kill him. Kill him now. He had to focus, focus, focus! And he wasn't, wasn't, wasn't. Maybe the problem was he got way too excited when he managed to pull off some totally sweet hits. Maybe he should just stay stoic no matter the outcome? That didn't seem very fun, but maybe it was for the better. Yes, he would take on these robots like a stone-cold killer. Or, something. Thalia wasn't even gonna convince himself on that one.

Falling back, he took a minute to catch his breath. Those last attacks had been decent, but he wanted to try throwing his weight into it again. These bots didn't seem like they'd be going down for a while, even after all the hits laid out by the little tike battle formation. Leaning his body into it again, he liked to think he'd be able to pull out of it this time, he took a swing at one of the maids.
