Tatsumi cocked his head. "What's wrong, Erik? Not sure what we're referring to? It's a series of comic books made by a company known as DC Entertainment Incorporated, or DC Comics for short," he said idly. He pulled out a comic book he'd had stashed at the small of his back. "This one's actually based on an old horror movie from twenty or twenty five years ago," he said as his finger tapped the cover.

Tatsumi smirked slightly. "Cute... but how do you think I recognized you when I've never seen you before in my life?" he questioned, his tone amused. "You didn't get them mixed up, though... there are some that lean towards Marvel... others prefer DC; I honestly like both, though when I was younger I used to like the character the 'Green Lantern'... even memorized the oath by heart," he said quietly.

Tatsumi cocked his head. He didn't quite hear what she said. He heard her mention something about the Girl Scouts, but not what came afterwards. His cell phone rang, this time in a very different ringtone. He glanced down, blinking. "I should have expected this actually a little earlier... considering Bishop's call; it's a friend of mine by the name of Karin Kanzuki," he said wryly. He expected it to surprise her, since the Kanzuki name was extremely well known for both technological advances and advances of other sorts.

Tatsumi blinked when he answered the phone. "You're kidding, right? All of the newspapers say the Mad Gear gang was taken out," he said cautiously. He frowned. "What did the guy look like, did she say?" he said after a moment. His eyes widened at the description, because he recognized it. "Damn... that guy's seriously bad news, and not the pleasant kind; if you ever see him, run the other way as fast as possible... he will kill you," he said. "I have a feeling, if they realize who you are, they will come after you," he said quietly. "If they do, I'll take them down!!" a cultured voice yelled through the phone as he jerked it away from his ear. "Even you'd have trouble with forty or fifty of them... and my contacts over there say that they took down Daigo's gang," he said wryly. He cocked his head. "Unfortunately I'm nowhere near my home at the moment, so sending that would be a useless venture," he said dryly.

Though she heard something about gangs and the other person shout something.~{ * }~

Tatsumi sighed. "Listen to me, damn it... Karin... I can't get over there quickly, but if the guy who did that to the Nippon Budokan shows up... mention to him that his godson is coming," he said quietly. "What are you talking about?!?" came the yelled reply. "I'll mention it when I get to Tokyo... and Aohura City," he said coolly. "Damn... the s**t's hitting the fan, and not in a good way; that military terrorist gang that damn near took over London, Mad Gear, is back... and my godfather is on the move," he said warily. Thank Kami I keep two cell phones with me, he thought.

Tatsumi exhaled, running his hands through his shoulder length hair and messing it up so it stood up in spikes. "Looks like things are going downhill without any help from certain individuals sticking their nose in it," he said dryly, glancing at the living room where Magneto had gone. "Aohura City's about sixty miles south of Tokyo... and there are dozens of 'street fighters' in the city... among them a few friends of mine, including Karin," he said with a sigh. "That's the city Mad Gear has taken over... and it's my mother's hometown," he said softly. Without realizing it, a faint purplish aura swirled around him, condensing around his hands and wrists like flames as he channeled his ki through his body.

Tatsumi sighed. "You could say it's inherited... though fortunately I can control it. Unfortunately for me, I have to get to Tokyo... then to Aohura City as quickly as possible, but I don't even know how I got here in the first place," he said with a sigh. He didn't notice the flicker of bright reddish orange in the aura as it faded away from sight.
