Armi wandered over to the elderly again, they welcomed her seeing as she had made an high score the last time here. She went to her place and shot a disk hoping for better luck here than earlier.

She manages a ten on the first try.

First disk roll

Score: 10

Armi lines up another disk. She makes an eight.

Second disk roll

Score: 8 (18 )

Armi feeling good about her score so far lines up another disk. Seven in Armi's book isn't that bad.

Third disk roll

Score: 7 (25)

Armi lines up for her final shot. She smiles as her score is tallied. She makes another high score and obtains another berry and coin. She moves on to the poop deck.

Forth disk roll

Score: 10+8+7+8= 33

After their brief trip to the deck (and intentions to return later in proper attire), the pair made their way around to the shuffleboard area. "Huh," Leo started thoughtfully as he paused mid-step. "I haven't played this since I was a kid with my grandpa. How 'bout we play a game, hu?"

Anjali didn't look too thrilled about this, but she simply whuffed at him, stalked over to a corner and flopped down to wait until he was done.

With a small grin and a shrug, he picked up a stick - whatever it was called - and a set of disks, and began his game.

Once all four disks had slid across to the opposite pyramid - quite well, he couldn't help but think - and incredibly relieved he hadn't slid any straight off the ship and into the ocean, he replaced his stick while an older man tallied his score.

"You've gotten 30 points," the puckered, little old man claimed as he shuffled over to the taller, younger man. "That's pretty good, I s'pose, so here." Said puckered little old man deposited a Revive into Leo's hand.

"Thanks," the taller man said earnestly as he pocketed the item he'd won. "Maybe I'll come back and play later." Something to consider, if prizes were involved. "Alright Anjali, let's go explore some more, hm?"

"Yena!" The dark-type barked as she jumped up, and trotted after her master quite readily. These old people smelled funny.

"oooo!" Exclaimed Jan as he and Del found the shuffleboard table.
"Here's what we are gonna do! We're gonna take turns playing and best of three has to follow one order from the other!" he said, not missing a breath.
"I thought we were done with that game when I ordered you to do so" said Del, slyly, "Its a silly game."
"No its noooot." pouted her brother, looking positively silly in his inner tube, "Ok, fine. No ridiculous orders. Ok? Better?"
Well, she supposed she could give it one more try.
"ok. You first"
She didn't actually know how to play shuffleboard, she figured her brother would: he knew all sorts of weird games.

Jan, with a look of concentration alien to his face, sent out his first puck...
