The reclassification is now done. Thanks for reminding me. Only think I've gotta do now is sort out available numbers and try and finish off the early set.

You should probably try and get in any low level Chiyudo you want now before I finish the initial ten off.

Let's examine your Kido then.

I like number 35 there. A bit strange but I can see it having very special uses. For example as you say 'Heal thy soul'. For higher level healers might it even reveal non physical damage?

Also I like Bakudo 45. Just keep in mind I'm having trouble understanding what you want to get at. I don't mind adding it in now but you may wish to edit the description for greater clarity.

I have no ideas at the moment regarding Chiyudo, Pad. Sorry about that. I feel dried out or something but not giving contributions seem to make more pressure on the management so I try my best adding every now and then.

@ The 35th Chiyudo: Yes, it was meant to adjust according to the level of the healer; it is most effective when used by someone with more knowledge about medicine. It's like a Kido medical report, with words appearing to the healer like some webpage or something. It's meant to analyze everything.

@ The 45th Bakudo: What part does this Kido become vague? Essentially, it is designed to be "brought by hand" and, once thrown in the air, automatically sets on the ground fully-formed.

It's fine man. I can probably finish the Chiyudo if the need be. I'm just asking if you had ideas before I stomp all over what I presume is your area of expertise. If you're dried out and ain't got an idea don't sweat it. 'The Management' is here for your benefit remember.

Okay. So I'm going to go add #35. Since I was always planning to.

As for 45. Well. I'll just rip parts of the description up. I'll bold parts that concern me and explain below.

It is a medium-level barrier that holds only to burst-type of attacks. It means that it can only shield to those attacks that do not gain strength or intensity when executed from a distance, like charge-based Kidō or Zanpakutō skills. It can only hold only to one level of shock and once the intensity of the first wave is increased, no matter how little adjustment, the shield shatters. However, the Kidō has other advantages: invisibility and flexibility. It is invisible, unless finally positioned in the field, to anyone and anything (it does not generate its own Reiatsu; only in the final setup). It is flexible because it can be carried like a cloth and can be thrown at a certain distance at a certain space and area; once it does land on the field, it creates a triangular-base pyramid and holds that place for protection. And as it is flexible, it is easily dispelled, merely a wave of hand from the inside.

I presume the first part I bolded means. 'It can only take a single attack and any following energy based attacks will destroy the Kido, regardless of their strength. It's the talk about waves and shocks which is confusing since it's unusual language to use as they refer to extremely specific types of attack. I believe looking at this that the Kido is effectively immune to non-energy attacks but it's difficult to tell.

Second bit. I believe what you're trying to communicate is that after the initital set up period of the Kido it begins to emit reiatsu again or becomes part of the visible spectrum of light. However the way you've worded this is just a little unusual.

I also assume the final portion refers to how the Kido manifests once it had switched forms from the glowing cloth. That's not so difficult however.

It's mostly the fact you've used very specific words to describe things which you may wish to be more generalised.

Thanks for the understanding. Schoolwork started to pile up again and all.

@ The First Part: My thoughts exactly. I'm sorry for making the initial statement confusing and unnecessarily specific. I do tend to have this "smart-talking" a lot these days and I just vomit words and terms; hence, the confusing sentence construction and descriptions. Also, I'm sorry, I didn't indicate that part but this Bakudo was designed to be ridiculously weak, even at physical-based. It could only bear a load of one "burst" and then it undeniably becomes quite useless. It was also designed to be a "quick" draw in battle.

@ The Second/Third Part: There's this thing with some beings that can sense Reiatsu and Reiryoku, right? So, I specifically indicated that its energy is also hidden such that it becomes completely invisible to the senses. It only emits energy from the final setup, which is the process of the pyramid-forming, for it draws Reiryoku from the caster of the Kido, even at a certain distance. Again, I apologize for the general confusion of my wordings and all.

I feel silly. sweatdrop

It's fine. Rewording it like that has already made it clearer. Just put that stuff in and I'll add the two of your Kido in together.

I think I'll just revise majority of the descriptions. 3nodding

So, here's the revised version. It's longer but I think I covered it all, I guess. wink

Kidō Number: 45
Kidō Class: Bakudō
Kidō Name: Tri-Point Scarf
Kidō Chant: "Let the winds heed my calls and the air form my words. Following my commands, form the saving light within my hands. Shield us from cunning blight! Thirty candles. Twelve cloths. Seventy-three sacred strings. Envelop us!"
Appearance: When the Kidō incantation is said, a thin piece of light, resembling a glowing cloth, manifests into the hands of the caster. It generates a faint light only visible to those of the caster's sight so it is basically invisible to other people, may it be foe or comrade. However, once the Bakudō is properly placed in the field, its physical profile will become visible to those around it, if only faintly and easily overlooked. Its texture, upon its finalization, resembles a faint-glowing transparent glass.
Effects: It is a medium-level Bakudō that has the ability to hold off one burst of attack. This means that its function limits only to one "charge" of attack, whether physical or energy-based. When it is struck for the first and last time, it is generally becomes useless and brittle; it can also be noted that it is never effective against charge-based attacks, which are ones that gain intensity from a distance or has multiple energy releases. It can only take a single attack and any following energy-based attacks will destroy the Kidō, regardless of their strength.
Additional Effects: This Bakudō has two advantages: invisibility and flexibility. It is virtually impossible to locate or sense, since even at its conjuration, it barely releases energy or Reiatsu; its first form consumes so little energy that is almost impossible to sense, save for the keenest in Reiryoku detection. It only releases energy during its final phase, which is the process when the cloth-like Bakudō is set up in the field and forms a triangle-base pyramid. Meanwhile, it is flexible in a way that it can easily be carried around and thrown at a certain area or distance, which will cause the cloth to form into a barrier in a matter of seconds. It is most essential in quick-paced battle. And as it is flexible, it is easily dispelled, merely a wave of hand from the inside.
Flavour Text: It was developed by Daigoro Hayashi, a Shinigami with renowned talents on performing Kidō (although specializes in Bakudō). He developed this Kidō as a cloth-based shielding device, for easy concealment during the heat of battle. Upon realizing the nature of concealment in this Kidō, he made a junction between his own Kidō and Kyokkō (Bakudō #26), therefore hiding the cloth-like barrier from everyone's sight and feel.

Kido Number: 69
Kido Class: Hado
Kido Name: Thunder Johnny Piercing Heaven
Kido Chant: "Mighty light, shine down upon my loins for the dolphin hungers for clams!! HA HA!!"
Appearance: A bright light surrounds the caster's genitals like a speedo, working its way out from the tip to form a 12ft long spear-like point.
Effects The caster pelvic thrusts towards the intended target, the kido exploding after making contact and covering the target in a sticky gel of some sort that is acidic if left on for too long. Stains all fabrics quickly.
Flavour Text: The mighty Dildor used this powerful attack to weaken Sluterous the Evil One before sealing her away in his inner posterior carvarn. Forever to smell the stink of her defeat.

Kido Number:
2
Kido Class: Chiyudo
Kido Name: Intoxicator
Kido Chant: Lay down your sword and walk with the sloth.
Appearance: The Kido takes the appearance of a grey miasma covering the arms of the caster. This miasma then is applied to the mouth of the one the Kido is used on and the miasma is channelled down it.
Effects This Kido creates a miasma which must be applied to the mouth of the one it is used on. It is designed to eliminate the effects of pain and reduce feelings of pain however it simultaneously lowers the motor skills of those who are affected by it. Effectively they cannot feel pain but also cannot move. It is mostly used in difficult on the field operations.
Flavour Text: A Kido derivative of poison types. It actually creates a toxin but one which cannot be used to fatal effect unless ingested for a ridiculous amount of time. This Kido only narrowly dodged a classification as a Bakudo as its' use was primarily medical.
Credited to: Pad Chief

Kido Number:
3
Kido Class: Chiyudo
Kido Name: Body Upper
Kido Chant: May you receive the protection of the Sun and Stars.
Appearance: The Kido manifests as an orange glow which emerges from the hands of the user and which must be directly applied to the centre of the body. The orange glow then radiates through the body of the one it is applied to causing their body to faintly glow orange.
Effects This Kido causes the receiver to increase in body temperature by exactly one degree Celsius. This can technically be used offensively but is mostly used to warm up the body of a person who may not otherwise be at optimum body temperature. The weakness of this Kido however is that constant contact is required for it to work.
Flavour Text: (Who used the Kido? When and what for? Any interesting stories about it here.)

Kido Number:
80
Kido Class: haudo
Kido Name: Sand tentacle
Kido Chant: Crushing earth, separating plains collecting beads of sand. Binding limbs grain by grain. Cannot waste time, do not be late or a crushing weight will seal my fate.
Appearance: small earth quakes shake the area as masses of land are disrupted around the area, grains of earth that have been crushed between the shifting plates in these earthquakes rise up and in layers wrap any arms the user of the attack has raised with a fist. The attack continuously collects beads of earth and sand compacting in weight and size of tentacles formed over the limbs, The user will be able to swing around their tentacles with movement of their arms.
Effects : ◙ It expands your range.
◙ The environment changes with the earth quakes.
◙ Each bead of earth that layers the tentacles is comparable to glass shards so being smacked or dragged around by a tentacle will cut you up significantly.
◙ The beads of earth do not seize until you have unclenched your fists, until then they will continue to layer in size; once the length tops out around 8 meters it's size will grow in bulkiness. The speed of the sand gathering varies from person to person; the average is to gain around five oz per minute.
◙ Because the shell of earth collecting around the limb becomes so dense the user must predetermine their end to the attack, if too much weight collects it will make moving your hand to unclench much harder. If a user does not unclench at all the sand will crush the limb inside.
Flavour Text: Story goes that there once were twin boys in the fifth division. They were pariah-ed outcasts and they were responsible for the creation of this dangerous haudo. They showed it to the world, testing it by means of a slaughter. The two killed several members of their own division as well as a few others, they were only stopped once their limbs were torn off from the pressure and they bled to death. (the original chant was quite demented and morbid, it was changed years later when it became more commonly used. )

I've been back and forthing on this one for a few days.

My main problem is you've phrased it as a set of bulletpoints rather than as a flowing sentence or paragraph. This leads to the Kido becoming a disjointed collection of abilities rather than a single action.

I mean in 'Effects' it says expands your range. At first I assumed this meant you create sand tentacles to crush people with but it could also mean you extend your range with your sword and it could also mean you extend your Kido casting range. You need to explain that in detail. What does it increase the range of?

Second about the environment changing. Well. That's fair enough but you should fit it into a complete sentence and also describe the nature of the change. With the ground churning I'd assume it alters the ground but environment covers a huge variety of things. This would be a time for specific details.

3rd bulletpoint is fine. Just make it into a complete paragraph.

4th bulletpoint. Same as 3rd.

Otherwise it's fine except maybe the number. I may ask you to drop the number a little. It seems too high right now. From low 70s to mid 60s

i figured the number would be to high after posting it. To clarify if i make the bullet points into full formed sentences and be more specific is the fact that it is in bullet points okay?

I didn't mean to make it seam as a list, i just figured it would be the most organized way to display my original thought.
