Inari's expression softened. "Jeromy... That's very sweet, probably the sweetest thing I've ever heard from a guy..." she bit her lip, not knowing how to go about this. She got up and walked over to him, placing her left hand on his arm, "But nothing happened... If something were to happen, you'd have my consent! I'm sure you're experienced with women, even if you've never had a girlfriend, and you wouldn't hurt me..." she caressed his face.

Jeromy gave a small smile, but wasn't really sure he trusted himself very much. Hearing from Inari that if anything happened it would be consented he calmed a little. Though he was still going to be very careful not to try pushing her into something she didn't want to do. "I just want to be careful.... I don't want to make you hate me... I mean no girl has ever chased me like you do." He said in admittance.

"That's weird! I mean, usually cute guys get chased all the time," Inari blushed as she realized what she said. "Not that you're cute! I mean, you are cute, but you're not... But..." her cheeks were rapidly redenning as she babbled.

Looking at Inari with a raised eyebrow, Jeromy wqondered what she was babbling about. "I'm cute, but not cute? What do you mean?" He asked, then added, "I'll have you know that the only reason girls haven't chased me was because of my reputation. I know that I'm attractive to women."

Inari kept babbling, "No, you're cute I mean, very cute but people would normally go after you for that--" she stopped. His reputation? "Your reputation? she asked. "What's with your reputation?" she asked.

Jeromy leveled his gaze with Inari's and replied, "I've been arrested way more times than I'd like to admit. That's why those officers at the hospital were coming down on me so hard." He broke down and started to explain all of what he'd done in the past and how he had lost his mother when he was a child. He also told her of how he went to live with his abusive father until he was put into foster care at fourteen. When Jeromy finished pouring out his life's story to Inari he sat on the couch, not believing he'd actually done that. He knew that there was a chance she may judge him the same way everyone else had and would push him away.

Inari listened, never once interrupting. A tear slid down her cheek. When he sat down, she went and sat on his lap. "I Los my mom when I was young, too," was all she said as shear her head on Jeromy's chest.

Jeromy was shocked that Inari didnt' walk out of the cabin, or at least away from him. He didn't really know how to react to the fact that she had crawled into his lap and placed her head on his chest. "You don't hate me? Even after what I told you?" He asked, a bit unsure of how to react to Inari not seeming to hate him.{ooc: Just letting you know if posts are slow and small it's because I'm on another RP as well as this one. I hope you're ok with that.}

Inari shook her head. "I couldn't hate you, Jeromy."She told him, meaning it. He had gone through so much... He was so strong and Nari felt her feelings get stronger for him because of this. "Can I ask you a question?" she hugged his waist. "What's your favorite color?"she wanted to know him fully and completely, then she would give him herself fully.

Jeromy was glad that Inari didn't hate him; he was still however, unsure if her father would like him. He listened to her and replied with, "I guess it's red. Though I've never really thought about having a favorite color." He felt Inari wrap her arms around his waist; he was very careful not to lean back and end up hurting her wrist again. He then took one hand and gently ran his fingers through Inari's hair. Then with his other arm he pulled Inari close; he softly kissed her forehead. He was very happy that Inari didn't hate him and that she was actually right there; he couldn't really believe this was really happening.

Inari nodded her head, sighing contently at his sweet gestures. "Red's a nice color...I like blue...steel blue," she said, rmoving her right hand from around his waist and putting it on his shoulder, pulling herself closer. "It's the color of my first dress...my mom sewed it..."she trailed off, falling asleep.

Jeromy smiled softly as Inari pulled herself closer to him. He sat there content for a while until he realized that Inari was asleep. He hadn't wanted to spoil the moment before be talking and then he realized that he'd have probably woke her if he'd have said anything. He carefully got up and carried Inari back to one of the rooms in the cabin, laying her on the bed. He smiled at her and then walked outside to his car. He grabbed the bags with canned goods that he had for incase he would ever get stuck somewhere and wasn't near a store.
He took it inside to the kitchen and started putting the food away. He didn't know if there was anything that Inari would like, though there were canned foods that were still in the food pantry that was there from the summer before. He knew that the food was fine because canned goods last for a long time. The only thing that he checked for was rust on the cans; he knew if there was rust on the can he'd have to get rid of it.

After a few hours, Inari woke up, rubbing her eyes. "Huh?" it took her a minute to realize where she was. "Oh! The cabin!"she said to herself, and got up. "Jeromy?" she called and her cheeks reddened from thinking of how she fell asleep on him. How had she gotten to the bed? She walked to the kitchen and saw Jeromy there, "Hello..."she yawned and covered her mouth, embarrassed.

Jeromy had been in the kitchen most of the time. He had gone outside to check what needed to be done to tend to the flowers. However, he didn't think that there was much that he'd be able to do other than get rid of the excess flowers. After he did what he thought he could outside he had gone back into the kitchen. He had heard Inari calling his name and he looked up. After he heard her say hello he said, "Hey, how was your nap?"

Inari shrugged, "It was fine,"she grinned. She wasn't really sleepy and hadn't realized that she had even fallen asleep! She walked closer to Jeromy, "What're you upto?" she asked, tilting her head and stepping right in front of him. Out of no where, her stomach grumbled, and Nari blushed.
