Danny grinned again when Alexander bowed, holding back another giggle. When he adjusted his goggles, she did the same, making sure they were securely on. "To be honest, I'd love to help back here... As for my ankle," she said, looking down at the cloth wrapping it, "it should be okay, it's just a little sore." She looked back up at him, hoping she would be able to help instead of having to sit out.

Danny smiled as Alexander spoke to her, glad she could do something. She nodded and looked around for the crate, finally spotting it after a moment of searching. She walked over to it and grabbed it, gently taking it over to Alexander. "So what are we doing with all this?" she asked, nodding her head to all the plants and vials.

Danny looked over all the vials and looked through all the E's. "E... Ech... Echinacea... What use is this for?" she asked, holding the vial up for Alexander to take. She kept asking questions, knowing that the inevitable questions would arise: What happened yesterday? What were those things?

He said, reaching into a nearby pot and picked a small purple flower. He handed it to her. "This is Echinacea." Amber eyes gazed up at the tiny purple flower that Alexander held up. Aww, it was cute. She smiled and took the flower gently from him and held it in her hand. She didn't want to look at Alexander after what she was about to ask, but looking at this flower seemed like the right thing to do. "Alexander? I've been wanting to ask you something important," she said, thinking of the day before. The creatures, the chilly water, the burning of her lungs. She was having trouble breathing just by thinking of it.

Danny finally looked up at Alexander and her expression became soft at his tone. Extremely calming, with concern in it as well. She remembered yesterday, when she spotted him in the water, eventually coming to her rescue. "What happened yesterday?" she asked after a moment of silence, her voice now soft as well.

"It was something that shouldn't have happened, considering they moved to the largest bodies of water a few decades ago." He muttered, looking around. He took a deep breath. "Alright, this is sooner than I would have liked, but I suppose there're some things you should know if you're going to be around this shop and therefore, around me." He said, walking to stand next to her and opening the door. "But we should probably sit down."╚══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╝

Danny took on a face of worry, following Alexander to where he stood, to where he directed her. She looked to him, trying to see any sign of what he was talking about, of what he wanted to tell her. She was a little antsy now. She remained silent as she took a seat and watched Alexander.

╔══════════════════════════════════════════════════════════════╗Alexander sat her down in her chair and stood infront of her. He stood in front of her silently for a time before taking a breath. "Danny, I'm-" he began, before cutting himself off with a huff to turn and pace. This he did for another shirt time before turning to her once more "People tend to hallucinate after a brush with Evanna's ways of communication, and it can continue to crop up here and tgere around other people like her, such as myself. But it happens very rarely and yesterday what you saw wasn't actually what you thought you saw, but a couple of creatures who usually reside in the ocean. They must've, ah, made their way up the rivers...like a bullshark..." He said, scratching his head lightly. Admittedly the story sounded ludicrous, but was said in a way that was mostly believable, I.E., rushed and nervous, like one sharing a deep secret. "It...it usually only happens to people who hang around us for a while." He tugged at his hair nervously. "You must be a little more sensitive to it than other people..." He said, his eyes pleading her to not try to take it further. "I try not to bring it up unless people experience it." He said guiltily, though it seemed he was holding something back.

Danielle looked to Alexander once again as she sat and she listened carefully, a little confused by his words. So, is it some kind of magic? she thought, her look still the same. She sat back in the chair she was in and set her arms across her lap, the hem of her dress smooth against her legs. "So, they weren't real?" Danny asked, a bit unsure, "I could swear they were something else..." Danny being Danny, she knew something was off, but her brain hadn't seemed to catch up to what she was hearing.

Like I said, I'm really not sure how they got there, considering they're rare in the ocean." He said. Just then the bell jingled and a girl came in. She was dressed in all black and had thick black eye makeup on. The stereotypical Goth. "Ó buíochas a ghabháil leis an fates..." he murmured, looking up. "Danny, this is a regular I think you should meet!" He said, obviously relieved by the change of topic. "This is Aspiradora Ague Smith. Aspiradora, this is a potential new employee if I haven't just scared her off." he said. "Aspiradora here uses the herbs grown here for magic rites, don't you?" He said, looking to the girl. She stared at Danny for a while before simply nodding and turning back to Alexander. "Here's the list of what we need." The girl said, handing over a piece of paper. Alexander took it and read it off:

When he finished, he looked at the girl. "My, this is quite a long list. Meeting tonight?" He asked as he set to getting her her herbs and the like. The girl glanced at Danny once more. "Yes, the coven's meeting on the hill." She said, before leaning towards him over the counter. "Of course, you're always welcome. Your knowledge would be most appreciated." She said in what was supposed to be a purr. Alexander smiled as he set her herbs on the counter. "Well, that's quite kind of you, but I'm afraid once more I'm much too busy to attend! Perhaps one day I'll be able to come observe your fascinating dabbles into the unknown." He said graciously before ringing her up and sending her off. When she was gone, he shook his head, smiling. "She thinks she's using them for Witchcraft." he said. "However, none of those herbs work for anything she thinks she's using them for." He said, obviously amused. "I've told her that, but she swears up and down that I just don't understand. As long as she's not hurting anyone or any animals for her rituals, she's harmless and I don't mind really." He said, looking to Danny. "But you should know, people like her aren't totally uncommon in this shop and, if you stay, you shouldn't be surprised if others like her just show up out of the blue. You must always ask them what they're using these herbs for if they don't ask for a suggestion, to avoid any unsavory practices with them." He said.
