Kin smiled as she held up the upside down papers to him, wondering how the office lady hadn't noticed she was blind. He shook his head and took the map and flipped it right side up. However when he looked it over his brow raised in confusion. He grabbed Aura's hand and traced out a few letters
W-A-I-T H-E-R-E A S-E-C
He took the map and returned to the office and held it out to the lady. "yes is there a problem?" the angel lady asked politely. Kin took out his notebook and scribbled a few things down and showed it to her.
You gave my friend this map saying it was to her dorm house, but the location is my house
The lady read it and chuckled "oh yes I'm sorry, it seems we're running a bit low on space in the earth section of the school dorm area. The system must have assigned her to the first available opening, and since you live alone that meant she was assigned to your house. If thats a problem we can assign her to a different home if you'd like" she explained, beginning to type on her keyboard. Kin looked a bit conflicted. He looked back at Aura, then down to the piece of paper. This would be the first time he's lived with a girl, not counting the girls at the circus since they were family, so he was a bit nervous. Though at the same time Aura wasn't really like other girls. He would feel bad if he just left her to get paired up with god knows who. What if it was with someone that would try to take advantage of her disability? Kin looked at the office lady and shook his head. He turned to a new page in his notebook and wrote a quick message to her.
no its fine, I was just curious
The angel lady smiled, seemingly understanding the situation, and nodded. Kin smiled back and headed back to Aura and grabbed her hand.

he told her before heading off towards his home, not needing the map to guide. It would be interesting having to explain this to her. Heck just finding a way to say it in as few words as possible would be hard let alone using the right words.

Aura blinked, wondering if there was something wrong. A few moments later, Kin had returned and said let's go. "Okay.." Aura smiled.
After a few moments in silence, "So... Were you born without a voice or was it an accident..?" She didn't feel too awkward about asking as he'd probably be curious about her as well. She made a mental note of the steps they took and each turn so as not to forget where the office was, if she ended up needing anything.
Before Kin could respond, she started to tell her own story, perhaps so they didn't have to stop along the way. The way he held her hand gave her a bit of sense to wonder if he was nervous about something. She hoped that her talking about something would unease his nerves. "I wasn't born this way. I was with my parents a few years ago when they attended a party-though to be honest it was super boring. The place we went, I decided to go on a little walk where I ended up finding a group of kids. I recognized a few of them because their parents were attending the party as well. The littlest one, she was too adorable. Long story short, she slipped, fell into the river, breaking the ice. I was close enough and jumped in and pulled her out. But when I went to get out I got caught.. Almost drowned. Next thing I know I woke up to darkness. Two of the three things I dislike the most. Any body of water that I can drown in, Darkness, and heights. Though the latter you probably noticed. You'll have to tell me how you managed to catch me, without killing us both." The idea of people not being human seemed to not have registered yet for her. By the time she finished her story, she figured they were nearly to her place.

Quite amused.  {{{ Only Our Code:: Sorta.. Had to wait to see if boyfriend's dad would come out of their room so I could get it from him. Boyfriend is gone for three weeks. I live with him and his family.. and since it was late, didn't want to wake them up. Hence I camped in the kitchen---then I realized food sounded good... In the end I had a meal and then ended up with the lighter..x'D I have ADD.. I get sidetracked uber easily. Oofta.. }}}

She lifted her head and sniffed the air. A myriad of scents entered her nose, but one particularly familiar scent caught her attention. Even the two new presences, Namihana and Shikori, had noticed it.
Eh? A.. blessed... demon? Glass, coming from a line of blessed direwolves, had been told of other blessed beings. Demons included. Humans thought that to be impossible, if she recalled correctly. But there were fewโvery fewโthat existed.
The human, Royce, seemed to be quite worried of Caligon's reaction and mentioned something about a check-up. Had Glass been raised in a remote area, she would have totally misunderstood the term. Hmm... Silly human, she inwardly snickered.
As the continued towards Royce's place, something caught Kin's attention. It was a helicopter. Glass spared the flying object a glance before following the rest. She had missed the falling person by a second. Kin, on the other hand, had taken off. It didn't bother Glass, since she would most likely be seeing him later. After all, the island was pretty small.
Her ears flickered for at the sound of someone screaming. Glass looked up and around, trying to find the source. But she could neither see the culprit nor hear the scream. Glass shrugged it off as some random angel and trotted until she stood right beside Royce. The direwolf gently nudged him with her big, wet nose. She whined, hoping they would pick up the pace.

After a moments walking, Royce felt something nudging his shoulder: Glasses big, wet nose. She even left a small patch on his shirt. He couldn't help but smile and give her a scratch under the chin. "Relax, we're here. Mine's just over ther- why's he here?" Royce unwittingly cut himself off when he spotted a very familiar face just outside his house... Damien Harold himself. This man seemed to follow Royce around like a little kid. "Ah, there you are, my boy. I see you've made some friends, there." "In all honesty, they're just friendly acquaintences at the moment." As much as he would like to call them friends, he knew that wasn't the case. He had only met them today and had a brief chat with them, inviting them over for a lunch he knew he wouldn't be able to eat alone. "Oh come now, Royce, I just know you're going to be best friends with each of them. Even the Direwolf there." Royce looked very awkwardly at the man: he didn't know it himself, but Damien never acted like this to any other students. Though since Royce was one of the few human students invited here, he wanted to make certain that he felt as welcome as possible. Scratching his head, he walked over to the man. "Is there any reason you wanted to come here?" "What's wrong: are you all having some sort of party without me? I may be the principle here-" He walked to Royces door and grabbed the handle of the locked door, but to the redheads surprise he just walked right in. "-but there's no need to treat me differently!" "H-how the.... HEY, WAIT A MINUTE!!!" Royce ran after the extremely eccentric man shortly after he tresspassed, fuming at him. "What gives you the right to just waltz on in here without any invite?" "Well, it's not like you have anything to steal: the only items of value that can't be easilly tracked are those weapo- survival tools of yours and that sterling silver necklace around your neck. Even then, the entire island is monitered by literally a million cameras, covering each and every nook and cranny of the island so if anyone were to steal it-" "You're avoiding the question." The entire time he spoke, Damien was examining each and every area of Royces home, seeing just what sort of arrangements he had made for himself with his belongings. Though now he had stopped in his tracks as he examined Royces bedroom. Letting out a simple smile, he just said "I have no right whatsoever." Then promptly continued rummaging. The boy simply sat there and slumped in defeat: he couldn't hit him for just looking at his things, especially since he was the principle. He knew Damien wasn't the type to steal just by looking at him.

KK decided that since she didn't really need to do anything in the house that she thought she would, the ex-Demon decided to go for a walk to the beach. "Hehe, at least I can show off my new swimsuit... I wonder just how many boys I can get to do my bidding?" She might be blessed, but Karin was definitely a demon by heart. As she changed, she examined her swimsuit in the mirror: it was a two-piece, light orange in colour with an elegant gold embroidery trimming on the edges. Though, since she has a considerable bust, she -definitely- didn't want it to be tied off or clipped, so the top was made to be stretchy rather than a traditional tie or clip. Similar to that of a sports bra, though apart from that, it still looked like a normal swim top. With a smile, she grabbed her beach-bag, put her things in it and left for the beach...
... As she walked, Karin couldn't help but feel a presence nearby... something very familiar. Sniffing the air, she instantly knew what it was: Demons. "*sigh* you can come out now boys." The trio came from the shadows as if they were doors to another world, the deepest and sickest smiles on their faces. "Well, looks like the dirt didn't work guys..." The leader started to walk around KK, looking her over with dirty eyes. "... not that it really matters. Besides, it's not like this little princess will be able to do anything." The boys started to move closer. God damnit, I happen to get the douchbags of the island. "You know you're in demon territory, right? And you know what we Demons do to Angels?" That last note struck a small nerve: they thought that -she- was an Angel? Some cutesy little princes who was hand-fed the finest food in the 3 worlds? Without a moments pause, she let her wings fly out, striking the leader in the face. The three would instantly see her pitch black bat-wings spanning out. "You seat-sniffers ever think that maybe I'm a demoness who enjoys Angelic Tatts?" Most of her Seals were in fact Tattoos that were added after she came to the Plateau, so she wasn't really lying. "C-crap, sorry. We just figured that-" His mouth was promptly met with KKs heel, sending him into the ground once again. "Just shut up and point me to the beach." The three pointed in unison, bringing a sharp smile to her face. "Thankyou... now if you wouldn't mind, I have somewhere to be." Without a single word, the Demoness walked off, leaving the three to their own ways. "... I think I'm in love." "You know how girls work: they can't be read by a normal guy."

Plus, for some reason, Calligon went into shock when KK arrived [not certain if she is indeed the cause, though I'm pretty sure it wasn't a coincident] and made Royce start worrying about him. We also have Kitsune-demon twins that have taken note of the arrival of KK too. But other than that, nothing significant's happened... yet twisted
Also everyone, as the requests to join my RP are still coming in on a regular basis, I'm now fast-tracking the construction of the guild. I mean, come on, I've had to make a seperate thread for the characters since I exceeded the total word limit in the post! That's just how hectic this is getting atm for me, lol. And to Aiko, Your posting format is what's going to be my base-line for what will be required in the guild: Here, it's not really a big concern, but when the time comes to move[which I hope will be soon] I'll ask everyone to include a picture, name and total amount of SC within the post at all times. But like I said, it's not needed for the time being.-|  Congratulations, Kin Tops: you have been awarded a total of 2'000.00SC for saving a fellow student.Well well, the first reward for the RP. lol, all of the rewards and such will be handled like this. There will be active stores and such within the RP and I'll control each of them, plus there'll be mini-events that I'll set up within the RP, too... though, as I said earlier, this will all apply only in the guild. Until then, I'll track everyones SC personally.

Kin didn't stop when she asked why he couldn't speak, not because it was a sore subject or anything, but because it would be alot easier to answer when they got there. To fill the silence, something Kin ironically hated, Aura began telling her story of how she became blind in the first place. As she told her story his grip on her hand tightened a bit, as a show of sympathy. Her story was really sad. She acted so heroically and it was like the universe punished her for it. It didn't seem fair to him at all. As she finished, asking about how he caught her, he sighed. There were so many things he had to explain, yet their way of communicating was so tedious and inefficient. They approached his home and Kin opened the door without needing a key, since he never bothered to lock it, and carefully guided Aura inside. His house was simple, due to the boy preferring the outdoors. All he had was the basic furnishings that came standard, couch coffee table, small tv, kitchen stuff, bed, etc etc.... He carefully brought Aura around the table and sat her down on the couch.
S-O-R-R-Y F-O-R N-O-T T-A-L-K-I-N-G
he traced out, placing his hand over hers apologetically to punctuate the statement.
W-H-E-R-E S-H-O-U-L-D I S-T-A-R-T ?
he asked through her palm, not sure which of the near half dozen things she had asked him he should answer first.

 Caligon Ryzer-Neko "I'm fine Royce. That wasn't medical shock. It was more along the lines of I smelled someone who should be dead..." Caligon's nose was nearly infallible so the fact that he had smelled this particular person kind of irked him. That and the smell was so strong. It was bothering him greatly, and then he noticed Damien. "Hiya Da-meow-n." Caligon had never learned to properly pronounced his name, so most of the nekos began calling him that. It was more of a running gag between the catkin and nekos. He looked to Royce as he said, "I'll be fine. Save me some fish. I need to go confirm this smell. Maybe this will help me confirm the paradox theory after all!" He pressed a small button on the strap of his bag. "Ringo, JPM." The bad shifted slightly to center itself on Caligon's back as wings sprouted out from the sides. As the ignition kicked in, he jumped into the air as he began smelling the air, trying to track the smell. It took him an hour to find her. He landed far enough away so she wouldn't hear the roar of the machine. The wings folded back in the bag as he walked forward, climbing up the nearest tree to the beach. "Beautiful day isn't it, Lady Kira?" Caligon asked loud enough for her to hear. If it turned out to be her, it would prove one of two theories of his: That things can travel out their specific time-space, or that demons could somehow gain a second life. Either way, this would help his research greatly.

Aura sat down in the chair. "No need to be sorry.. Ah! Before you start. Do you have a computer..? I can wait here if you have to go to your place and get it." Aura suddenly had a great idea--a slightly quicker method of communication. She then further explained, "Just about every computer has this voice thingy where you high light it and click something and a computer voice will read it back to you. I used to play a little with the voices surprised that they could do that." Aura wasn't one to dwell on the past, nor blame others for what had happened to her.
Although it was a bit unnerving not being able to see at first, she adapted better than anyone would have thought. And her first words when she woke up had been 'is that little girl alright?'
"If you can't find it, I might be able to talk you through it." She started giggling, "Insert blind leading the blind joke here?" She wasn't usually so into such jokes but the humor in it seemed to fit just right.

Kin cocked his head at the mentioning of a computer. He wasn't exactly sure what to say. The plan was simple enough, but he didn't have a computer. After all he was a forest boy at heart, and living in a circus didn't exactly call for a lot of technological know how. And it wasn't like he could go to his house and get one because...well...this was his house. Its not like he could buy one with only 100sc. He silently grumbled a bit at that fact, pulling out his SC card, and his eyes went wide seeing the little display show he had over 2,000 SC. When the hell did he make that? It didn't really matter to be honest it was a start. When she made the joke he snapped back to reality and giggled silently, scratching the back of his head trying to figure out how to make this work. He grabbed her palm and began tracing out.

he wrote out, then in a flash was out the door. She would probably think he was going out to get it from his house, when in truth he was running full force to the shopping district to go buy one. Using his enhanced agility he managed to get their pretty quickly. He ran into the nearest electronics store and slammed his SC card on the table and pointed to the cheapest and smallest computer they had. "need a new computer? well this ones not the best, don't expect anything fancy but you should be able to get your school work done fine, that will be 300 SC" the clerk said. Kin nodded and let him take the card and ring up his purchase. Taking the card and the computer Kin bolted back out the door as quickly as he could. Once again he reached back in record speed. In total he had only be gone for ten minutes. The exhausted deerkin stumbled through the front door, silently panting for air. He walked over and placed the computer on the coffee table before collapsing to the floor, unable to lift himself up anymore.

Segarus Selene Hagisaka It's been days since she left her home of Tokyo,Japan to travel to the new school her dad had enrolled her in. He told her it should be far enough from her psychotic mortal mother for she can be..normal. Segarus woke up with the sun beaming down on her as she sat up on her bunk on the boat. Her father was still paranoid about sending her on the main transport boat to the island so he decided just use the family private own one. However she still didn't see the point in that task. She stood on the railing and smiled as she watched the island grow in size as they finally approach for docking. "I still don't see why you just don't teleport me," she called to her dad. All she manage to receive was a chuckle. She rolled her eyes and jumped off when they finally docked for she can take a look around. She was sported out in her white halter top and dark jean shorts with her mechanical engineer boots. Her hands were wrapped with fighting tape, she wasn't paranoid, she just perfered them on. She took a step and vanished,appearing back on the boat hugging her dad as she slipped her bag on. " Fine want to know why I decided to travel this way? I have more time to spend before saying good bye..." she heard him mutter. She held back the tears in her eyes, knowing if any of her classmates see her like this..she would be dubbed daddy's girl or something. " I know..you can always visit I think right?" she questioned as she stepped back. All she gotten in reply was a nod before the boat and her father vanished,leaving her to drop into the water. She growled as she climbed up the ladder and humphed as a cyclone of fire surrounded her body as she dried herself off. She grabbed her stuff and began heading to the dorm area.

"That was fast.. You must live close.." Then Aura suddenly jumped up at the sound of a loud thud. "Kin.. Are you alright...? Make some noise so I know you're okay." She wasn't sure if she should move closer to the thud sound or not, so she waited to see if he'd make any noise.

Kin laid there, silently panting, still not fully compelled to try to move again. When she asked for him to make some sort of noise he began tapping tiredly on the ground, without actually moving his hands at all. He continued tapping so that she would know where he was. Every few seconds the tapping would slow before picking up again as Kin tried to summon up the energy to keep preforming the task.

Aura moved to the floor where the tapping was and felt around till she found Kin's hands. "Do you need a doctor? She asked, quite worried. "If you can point me to the phone I can find it quick." She waited for his answer with his hand. If there was none, she'd find a way to get help for her new friend. And if he told her he didn't need one, she would help him to a chair. "Just tell me what you need."

he added. He'd be damned if he went through all the trouble to get the damn thing only for them not to use it. He reached up and grabbed onto her shoulder and pulled himself up into a seated position and leaned against her, his panting was faint, but at this distance she would actually be able to make out the sound of his breathing. Even mute one couldn't fully muffle breathing after all, it just made if very quiet. As he rested his head on her shoulder Aura would feel his antlers nudge her for the first time.

When he responded, Aura looked visibly relieved. She was about to ask him whether he needed help when he told her to use the computer, before she could feel around for it, he pulled himself up with the help of her shoulder, leaning against her. She not only could hear his breath, she could feel it as well. Aura blushed at the sudden closeness. She was somewhat relieved that Kin was alright. Then she realized she felt.. antlers? "You have an interesting hat. If you take it off, you might be able to rest a bit better. I can hook up the external stuff on the computer but you'll have to do everything else. While I hook everything up.. Do you want to sit in the chair?"
