Norwen stirred as Michael started to yell about his nightmare. Getting up and wrapping his arm around the teen's waist, the man sighed and stroked his fingers through the teen's hair. "You're safe here. It's alright," he murmured, shifting to hold the boy and rub his cheek against the younger male's hair comfortingly. "What did you see?" he asked, rubbing his hand down the younger male's back.

"Lucas....he was trying to rape me but i pushed him off and then.....he got rough and i couldn't get away. I don't want that to happen to me!" Michael answers. He puts his hands on his face and started to cry a little. "I know you'll protect me so that's why i screamed your name"

Norwen stroked Michael's hair as the boy started to cry, holding him gently and lightly rocking him to comfort the teen. "You're safe here though. I'll protect you," he murmured, lightly licking the boy's ear and hugging him closer. "He'll never get to you I promise."

Michael blushes at the feeling of his ear being licked. "Don't....thats my weak spot." He says. "I believe that, but what if he comes while your away?" He asks. Michael stops crying and puts his hands on Norwen's. "stay like this please. I feel better this way"

Norwen shifted and licked Michael's cheek instead of continuing to lick the boy's ear, not wanting to make him feel uncomfortable. "If he comes while I'm gone you can take the whistle from my night stand there and blow it as hard as you possibly can as long as you can. You'll be safe within minutes." Tenderly he continued to stroke the boy's back and hair, wanting to help him relax.

"Will you come?" Michael asks. His body was feeling a little aroused by Norwen's stroking. He closed his eyes and thought of home to get rid of the feeling in his body. "Why do you reject me?" He asks "I mean you know I like you but you reject my feelings for you. Why?" He asks looking at Norwen.

Norwen nodded slightly to answer Michael's question, though if he heard the whistle he was most likely going to come in his werecat form. "I told you, I have no interest in children," he said, gently petting the teen's hair and letting go of the younger male gently. "Do you want to go back to sleep?"

"No, I'm going outside i need a breath of fresh air. I'm going out to the meadow." He says as he stands up. He walks out of the room and the house. He walks to the meadow that was near the house and laid down. He saw a pair of brown shoes next to his face. When he looked up he got up and backed away from the owner of the shoes. "Lucas....why are you here?" Michael asks. "I came to by more paintings......and to see you. Since I found you I want to talk to you" Lucas says. "No, stay away" "Why?" Lucas asked. Lucas pulls Michael up and hugs him tightly. Then he puts his hands up his shirt. Michael tries to get away but couldn't. "Don't try just relax" "NORW---" Michael started to scream. Lucas covered his mouth with a kiss and bit Michael bottom lip. Michael pulls his face away from Lucas and screams Norwen's name again.

Norwen sighed softly as Michael left and went to the meadow. He turned into his werecat form and went out through the window, following the boy in the shadows and keeping out of sight. When the boy yelled for him he let out a loud feline yowl and charged, tackling Lucas and knocking him to the ground, his claws digging into the other male's shoulders as he snapped at the man with his fangs. His tail lashed as he snarled at the man, raking his claws over the other male's shoulders before going to curl protectively around Michael and lick his cheek.

Michael stared at the scene in shock. After the cat curled protectively around him Lucas ran away from Michael with far on his face. He kept falling though cause of his open wounds and all the pain he was in. "Wow! That was so cool! I wish Norwen could have saw that!" He shouted. He petted the cat and smiled at him. "I wonder if he let me keep you......but he did say no cats.....oh well i'll beg him" Michael says. "Come on I'll introduce you to------" He started but then thought of Norwen. "Why didn't he come for me? I wonder if he's okay." Michael turned towards the cat and petted him again "Well thanks again, but i need to make sure Norwen is okay. Come with me to see." Michael says grabbing the cat's paw.

Norwen purred softly as he was pet by Michael, glad the boy was safe. He sighed softly as the teen said he wanted to ask if he could keep the 'cat', letting out a soft meow. As his paw was grabbed the feline mewed, squirming out of the boy's arms and going back toward his house. While he wanted to be sure the boy didn't get hurt he wasn't going to let the other male see that he was a werecat. If anyone knew he would be sold as a slave, regarded as less than human because he was only a halfbreed. When he got near the house he jumped up onto a wall, climbing up so that he could go around and into one of the windows to shift back into his human form.

Michael watched the cat run up the wall and leave him. "Awe....I really wanted to show him to Norwen!" Michael says sadly. He walks into the house with a sad look on his face. "Norwen! Where are you?" He asked shouting. He was disappointed with Norwen for not saving him.

Norwen checked to make sure he looked fine before going down to see what Michael wanted. "I'm here," he said, going to the boy and yawning slightly. He was still tired, particularly after changing his form to save the smaller male.

"Why didn't you save me when i called you?" He asked. Michale walked up to Norwen with a smile on his face. "Nevermind. I got to meet this awesome cat! I think it was a werecat! He was so cool and handsome! I wish you could have met him, but he ran away" He says "Are you sleepy? You can go nap while I go hang my picture"

"You were all the way down at the meadow. I'm afraid I didn't hear you. You should carry the whistle with you," Norwen said, sighing softly and shaking his head. "Really? Well around here werecats are generally kept as slaves. Most people consider them to be less than human. If he's free you should be glad he disappeared before he was caught. Otherwise he would probably have gotten sold to someone as a pet." Softly he yawned, stretching and going to follow the younger male to hang the picture. "I'm tired but I should stay near you just to make sure you're not left alone."
