Millie went and took her shower, then once she was finished with shower she changed and walked into Victor's bedroom. She grabbed her notebook and pencil to draw, but instead she pulled out a romance novel she started reading the day before. Walking out to the couch, she sat down and started reading while curled up on the couch.{ooc: I have to go for a bit though I will be back later ^-^ I hope that's ok}

(Sure its cool,imma take a nap*yawns*taking advantage of my mild summer vacation) Victor leaned back into the couch,staring up at the ceiling in thought,ears twitching as he heard Millie in the other room.she's so quiet sometimes

When Millie started feeling tired she said good night to Victor and then headed to his room. She knew that he said he barely used the bed, but she swore that the whole room smelled like Victor's cologne. When she realized she knew what Victor smelled like her face turned red and she sat on the edge of the bed, wondering if she'd get to sleep. However, it wasn't very long before Millie was curled up in a ball, her tail wrapped around her and sleeping.{ooc: That's fine. Hopefully I'll still be online when you come back online. biggrin }

Victor said his goodnight to Millie in return before going back to staring at the ceiling.his ears twitched as he heard her breathing eventually even out before he started to think again. (.w. its just a nap though,i dont take much of them sometimes)

Millie woke up the following morning and remembered that she wasn't home. She sat up and then fixed up her hair before walking out to the livingroom and looked out the window, wondering if her uncle was angry that she wasn't home. She knew he was more than likely furious and that if she wasn't home when he got home from work that night he'd call the police saying she'd run away. She was afraid of what would happen if her uncle called the authorities because he knew how badly she wanted to tell what he did to her, but if she did then he'd not stop until he found her and punished her.{ooc: True. I guess I was thinking when I take naps xd I can sleep for an hour or two razz }

(XDDD) Victor was making some breakfast and looked over to the other,she seemed worried and deep in thought,that alone made him a bit mad.he had afeeling on whar,more likely who,she was thinking about

Millie felt someone watching her and her tail fluffed out, then she turned around. She realized that it was probably only Victor and she tried to calm herself a bit. Walking over to him she said, "I hope uncle doesn't get mad at me for not being home last night... If not then he will be if I'm not home tonight..."

"I-I... No... I've tried but the last time I did, well let's just say uncle wasn't too thrilled and..." Millie looked away from Victor, turned around, pulled her shirt up, revealing a long slash mark on her back.

Victor stared.and stared.he swore for the firsst tiime he saw blood red.he siighed outloud,"....That's it.....that made my decision then Millie....your going stay here with me.....that is unacceptable to live with that man....."

Millie turned to Victor and then said, "I can't... I know that uncle is cruel and that I shouldn't live with him, but he'll kill me if I run away..." She looked at the floor, her ears flattened against her head afraid of what might happen if she stayed with Victor.

"Your not running away,your living with someone as a more suitible guardian,I'm 18 legal enough to have someone in wiith me,I have a job and this place is liveable for someone else bbesides me...."he turned off the burner and gave her the food,sitting down in front of her,"listen....you can't live with him....."he frowned a bit,"and you know that....but please trust me okay?"

Millie looked at Victor, her eyes watery and face blushing a bit. "I suppose, but what about all the legal stuff that you'd have to get sorted out to be my guardian? I mean until I'm eighteen I don't have a say in anything.... I would tell them I didn't want to live with uncle, but I can't just say something and expect them to listen..." She replied, really thinking about staying because she did feel a whole lot safer at Victor's house.

_Hoshiyuri_ He rooled his eyes and gave Millie a warm smile,"what happens when your 18?it means your free to do whatever you want.that means you'll still stay here for this full year,then when your 18 your free to choose where you live"that alone hurt him a bit,but he was willing to make sure she was safe."besides,they /will/ listen"he frowned,emphasizing that she was going to be heard and that he was going to make sure she was safe

"I'm not going to be eighteen for a while. I mean I'm only sixteen, though I will be turning seventeen soon... I have no idea where I'll go after I'm eighteen and I graduate. I should look for a job and then maybe some place to move...." She replied. She could tell something was bothering Victor by the tone of voice he had used while speaking to her and asked "Is everything all right? Something seems to be bothering you, unless I'm reading your body language wrong.."
