 Pierce looked around till he found where all the chaos was coming from. He stayed back but scanned the area. One soul he knew in particular. Daniel. The other he recognized from around the school but didn't know who they were exactly. Pierce kept his eyes on the kishin. He could attempt to attack him now. Though he knew he wouldn't make it in a fight against him. Alone anyway..

 Daniel turned on his heel kicking a spear of genos up and jumps as he spun he slammed his foot into the base of the spear launching it dead straight towards the soul he had felt pierce. daniel was shaking ice crackled teh ground around Daniel the souls power starting to collect.

Meister  Landing in front of Pierce he turned and looked at him and then at daniel. "What is going on here?" he asked pierce.

Pierce pulled him out of the way up against the wall of the building beside him to dodge Daniel's attack. "The kishin.." he motioned to Daniel. "This is getting uglier by the second.. we have to either calm him down or dispose of him.."

Meister "Well i have an idea but we have to get close enough for me to touch his forehead." he said he clasped his hand together. and then closed his mind he stood there for about 10 seconds re-opening. "Mental stability." he whisperd to himself he then looked at pierce. "Are you a weapon or a meister." he asked him.

Daniel smirked as he felt a new soul and spoke to the group. " i ll allow you to handle geno just watch out for his lungs." Daniel turned as two long chains slithered out his sleeve and started to drag behind him. " pierce i hope you know this is strictly buisness but i cant have you running home and telling mommy and daddy about your sisters twisted little secret. so we are left at a bypass are we not, i break you so you cant tell or i let u go and she cries because of it. " guess which option i wont allow to happen." Daniels soul shot into the chains as they drug the ground started to flash freeze.

Pierce's hands clenched into fists. "i'm a weapon.." he muttered and took a step toward the kishin. "she's young.. she'll..." he paused remembering his former partner bakura. "she'll find a new one." his arm became the blade of a sword. "leave my sister out of this anyway! how is this bussiness. only looks like you and one of your goons causing trouble to me"

Meister "Hmph." Said Jeffry as he lit a match a cigarette was in his mouth. "Attacking a weapon with out his partner. i'm guessing your a weakling daniel." he as he looks up at daniel with a serious look. "I have the ability to fend on my own. so come on lets go you clown." he said as he cigarette smoke blew from his mouth. "Pierce your a sword huh...Transfourm." he said to him. Daniel smirked as he kept walking. " you see i have no weapon at the moment so i see it as fair after all i did warn him what would happen if he tried to dig into his sisters secret, and this is family business so stay out of it. as for me and my goon was it? i contained my student sure a few homes were crushed but house insurance pays them and i made sure the homes were empty. Daniel sighed his soul seemed normal as it still eclipsed lord deaths Daniels power was of a kishin restrained a kishin that followed laws not ran wild. Daniel threw the long chain having swung it like a whip as it slammed into the wall Daniel used soul stitch to stick it to the wall, the chain pulled under Daniels skin as he shot landing near the miester and weapon. " you think me weak? good your not completely new to the battlefield , we all are weak we all even have skills we lack in geno over there for example lacks in the control department. i lack in brain department. you see i cant tell a women i love no even if my soon to be brother in law must suffer i cant allow her to cry or feel pain. but all weakness aside. Pierce transformed into a sword. "i'm no. student.. im a teacher first of all.." he reflected across the blade. "if you really knew Zoey.. you'd know she'd cry if you killed me. heck she'd cry if anyone got hurt. thats just the way she is. and whats this about soon to be brother in law?!"

Meister "Funny you should mention stein. And another funny thing is that Your little relm keeps bothering my dreams. So i'll make this quick." he said to him. he then stared at him.
