Kyle Alexander watched, reading from over Twilight's shoulder what he could understand...there were a lot of big words in the book, especially for a boy who only got to the second level of reading books. After a few moments, he gave up, sitting next to Apple Bloom, "...I wonder why I didn't get your cutie...thing...I guess because you don't have one yet?" he asked, curiously.
"I recon so...or mayyyybe...maybe we didn't do it right! If we can find out how they got their cutie marks, then you can get mine, and I can finally see what my cutie mark is! I mean, it won't be as good as having one, but once I see what my cutie mark is, I'll just do it, and then I'll have it to! It's the perfect plan!" Apple Bloom stated loudly.
Fluttershy noticed Alicia stop when Vinyl asked her question. Imediately, her face went red, for a split second, before she looked down, "Um, well...I have an easier time talking to cuter things because they make me feel comfortable...and safe...and...big mac...well um...I...that is-" she continued on with odd sounds and sqeeks, making Sophia giggle.

Anastasia coughed slightly, trying to get attention. "arguing isn't helping, guys... we should focus on just finding how many others appeared, and see what to do from there."

((And now.....for the newest character. BTW, has anyone else thought about enemies?))
Lexa was training in the gym. She was beating a training dummy with a flurry of kicks, and backhand strikes. A human would have been down after the first kick, which was aimed at the neck. After wards she moved into gymnastics routine. She landed every move perfectly, without a single misstep. She had been training for 2 hours, when she finally decided to shower and get breakfast.
She had a towel over her shoulders, wearing a black tank top, work out shorts, and sneakers, with her regular clothes(and twin daggers, though no one knew) in her dufflebag. She grabbed a whole wheat bran muffin, and as she left the gym she was pulled, unceremoniously, into a portal.
She landed, on her feet, in what at first glance appeared tobe war zone. After looking around she realized it was a dress shop. Or what remained of one. "Where am I? What happened?" She said looking around and dropping immediately into a defensice fighting stance when she saw the other people, thinking it to be their doing. "What did you do?"

"I'll help too, Rarity!" Derpy beamed, going to the debri before a plank spooked her, making her fly off course into a pild of what was once organized cloth for dresses, "Ooops." Derpy said just before seeing the odd...what was it...a doughnut? A swirling doughnut? Maybe it was a huge dark blue muffin...no it was...another odd creature comming out of the odd...thing. She landed gracefull as Derpy flew up, "Wow, lookie there. It's another one just like the other t-" Derpy stopped, spotting something instantly, "MUFFIN!" Before thinking, she flew straight for the girl, eating the muffin from out of her hand in one strike before crashing to the floor with her mouth full. She looked back, "Fanx for fa mu-hin" she said with her mouth stuffed.

Tristessa nodded at the portal comments, remembering the portal that had pulled her through her kitchen. Her place of safety... I wish I were there. Without even realizing it, Tristessa was wringing her apron again. She was lost in thought, but when Adrian spoke to her, Tristessa calmly looked up at him. "Just Pinkie Pie and Princess Luna, I guess." She blinked, remembering the pony that had threatened her life, but didn't add her. "A-and I saw a lot of them in passing in the town. Why?" Tristessa glanced down at her hand, seeing the balloon cutie mark. She wondered why it was there.

"Pinkie Pie.....laughter......" He said, softly his mind rushing a mile a minute. The evil pony, she had threatened Pinkie Pie. Could there be a connection. And Tritessa had the Cutie mark from Pinkie, just as he had Lunas mark. "Because, I think that.....when that evil pony attacked me." He said not liking to remember the event, "I can't find happiness in anything. Not even in being with Princess Luna. The only person I have ever felt a connection to." He then locked eyes with Tritessa, "I have been stricken with hopelessness. And I think Pinkie Pie, or perhaps you, might be the secret to freeing me from it."

Tristessa's mouth dropped open. "But how-why- all I'm good at is baki-" Tristessa, in an instant thought of her mother. How she was always feeling so hopeless, so dismal and sad. And how much a smile meant to Tristessa when it came from her mom. "I can bake..." She glanced over at Twilight, wondering what kind of ingredients would be in her kitchen. But, now that she had been called on to banish someones hopelessness, all Tristessa could think of was baking for her mother. "Tw-twilight?" She asked, almost timidly. Tristessa hated asking for anything. "Could i borrow your kitchen to bake something?" Then she turned to Adrian. "Do... Do you have a favorite flavor? Like, apple, or cinnamon, or lime?"

"Cinnamon. And Dark Chocolate." He said, keeping his eyes on her. As much as he wanted to look back to Luna, he worried that the second he took his eyes of Tritessa the hopelessness would return. "And I am partial to cookies, moreso than other baked goods."

Pinkie pie after about a dozen distractions finally got to Twilight's house. Distractions like her friends, swirly things, shiny things, another weird fleshy thing with Vinyl and Octavia who she gave the welcome wagon treatment to, and nurse red heart who she dragged with her that kinda stuff. She burst in screaming "what did i miss and where is that guy who got shot i brought nurse red heart !" She said panting. (sorry for being gone guys! Also,Mike i kind made her arrive right as the bad guys voice echoed one last thing has anyone replied to Celestias letter
)

Adrian looked away from Tritessa momentarily and his hopelessness came ack for the second before he saw Pinkie Pie, "I am fine. I do not need a doctor." He then gestured to Tritessa, "She was thinking of baking some cookies, though. And not much has happened."

Sonny looked at the new girl who had appeared, having drawn needles in a lightning fast movement. but upon seeing it was another human, he let out a sigh, and returned the needles to their pouch. "We weren't the ones who did it. it happened to all of us, miss... what is your name?"
Anastasia started at the appearance of the new girl. she hadn't expected anyone else to become a part of the confusion, and when sonny drew his needles, it startled her further, and she ducked behind Rarity, not wanting to get pricked.

Lexa glared at Sonny when he drew the needles, her muscles tensing, ready to attack. When he put them away she relaxed, but she kept her guard up. "Yeah....I just walk out of the gym and I end up....Where am I?" She looked around finally seeing the ponies and her eyes went wide. "Did I hit my head? I'm in a cartoon. I have finally lost it. And...hey, where'd my muffin go?" She said looking around and seeing the crumbs of her muffin on Derpys lips. "You ate my breakfast. I hope it was good." She glanced back at Sonny, "And the name is Lexa. You got a name? Or should I just call you needle guy?"

Dusk watched silently as the pony above them flew by and once out of sight dropped her head down. "I give up. Let just get to this Twilight pers-er pony." She sighed hoping to just get home and forget whatever this was.
Twilight was busy scanning the book when Tristessa spoke to her. "Oh uh yes. Help yourself but mine isn't as well stocked as Pinkie Pie's." She said before looking back to Princess Luna. "Depending on where they came from it would take a great amount of magic to open such portals especially if there are many more of them. I'm not sure where such magic came from and the cutie marks are even more mysterious. My best guess is that said ponies are linked to the humaines that get their mark. I think we'll need to do some more research on all of this." She nodded wondering if the library at the castle may have some information they could use.
