 Alice looks at him "but he will try and kill you" she seemed to be stuck on the fact that Hatter was killing off anyone he could find just so she was all his. she knew if they where caught that she would give her self to Hatter just to save the others. she didn't want anyone else to die because of her.

Justin Fletcher  "He'll do even worse to YOU if I don't come along. If we stick together, we'll be fine." Justin told her. He would protect Alice, no matter what. He said he'd stick by her, and he meant it.

Alice nods and motions towards the door "we should start out.. I want to find out why he wants me all to him self. I want to figure out how to stop him from hurting anyone else."

Justin Fletcher Justin nodded. "Let's go." He said, walking out with Alice. The two left the castle, heading for the forest. Justin kept a hand on his katana, just in case it really was a trap.

Alice felt her arms shaking as she walked with the other. she felt scared and excited at the same time. when they got closer she stopped "Listen.. I dont want you to get hurt.. If we get caught, i want you to run for it.. you need to promise me you will run if i tell you to.."

Justin Fletcher "Alice, you're too important to leave behind. I'm not gotta let him hurt you just to save my own skin." Justin told her. He wasn't going to let the Hatter take her. Sure, maybe Justin was a bit possessive, himself, but he cared about her. He didn't want to see her hurt.

Justin Fletcher Justin sighed. There was no budging against her. "Fine....I promise." He said reluctantly. He trusted her, sure, but he didn't want anything to happen to her. "Just...be careful, alright? Don't do anything reckless." He advised her. The two reached the old table, and only one person was there, sipping tea. It was the Hatter himself.
"Why, if it isn't little Alice! You've grown so much! I've missed you!" He said, with a smile, greatly hiding his negative intent. "Why don't you and your friend join me for a spot of tea? It'll be just like old times!" He added.
Justin had no idea what to do here. He wasn't really seeing anything like a trap, but it was Alice's call, not his.

Alice swallows looking at hatter, her nerves where visibly shaking now "Why are you doing this hatter? why did you kill all those people?" tears filled her eyes "they where my friends, they where YOUR FRIENDS" she stomps over knocking the tea cup out of his hands.

Justin Fletcher The Hatter pouted. "Silly Alice. I feel all the pain you feel. If you can't even trust your stepfather not to hurt you, I can't exactly trust these 'friends' not to hurt you. Just seeing you with this boy makes me crazy!" He said, rubbing his hand after she whacked the cup away. "Besides, All I want is to keep you safe! For all you know, he could be just like your stepfather! He could just be staying with you just to have his way with you!" He told her.
Justin was SO close to slashing this maniac. "I'm not like that!" He yelled. He had his promise to Alice, but while he was here, he wouldn't let this weirdo insult his integrity and call him a rapist. He cared about Alice, and he would never do anything like that to her, not after hearing her story.
The Hatter sighed. "You barely know him, Alice. You can't trust him. The Queens were a threat. Ever since this world changed, everyone is a threat. I'm your only REAL friend here." He insisted.

Alice struggles to get her hand free her tears falling down her cheeks. "he is not like that.. he is the nicest guy i have ever met.. and my step father might of tried to hurt me.. but he cant hurt me anymore.. he cannot hurt anyone anymore. I might not know him a lot but.. what i know i like.. I trust him.." she trys to pull her hand from Hatter "you didn't try and keep me safe.. your men almost killed me" she hits his arm with her other hand.

Justin Fletcher "I told them not to hurt you! Besides, how can you choose this insignificant Stoner over me!? He got here through drugs just because he wanted to escape his life! I'm pretty sure he'll be so s**t-faced when he wakes up, he'll forget all about you!" The Hatter insisted.
"That's a lie, Alice! Okay, the pot thing is right, as you know. I did get bored with my life, so I turned to drugs to make myself feel better...and it didn't work. There is one bright side. You. I know this is gonna sound really friggin' weird, but you are the best thing that's ever come out of me getting high." Justin told her.
Hatter let go of Alice's hand, sighing. "Touching...but foolish. I hate being the voice of reason. I'm the MAD Hatter, for crying out loud. As unusual as that little confession was, I find it fitting for a stoner to say that right before he goes up in smoke." He said, snapping his fingers. A large group of card troopers surrounded the pair, leaving no way out. There were too many to fight.

Alice looks at Justin then back at hatter "If you let him go.. leave him alone and I will go with you but you have to stop killing people.. don't hurt anyone else and I will stay with you" she stepped between Hatter and Justin. tears running down her cheeks as she looks at Hatter "I don't want you to hurt anyone else please just send him off.. leave everyone alone.. please.." she pleaded.

Justin Fletcher The Hatter thought about Alice's proposal for a moment. "Well....if it makes you happy. Guards, let the boy go." He told them, and they pushed Justin away. The Hatter then looked to Justin. "I shall let you go, but if I see you come anywhere near my little Alice again....in the words of the Red Queen, I'll have your head." He said seriously.
Justin growled at him, then looked to Alice. Seeing the tears on her face hurt him. He needed to help her. He couldn't just let this go on. The Hatter would hurt her even more, if left alone with her. Who even knew if he'd keep his word? He didn't like it, but he had to go. leaving Alice alone like that killed him inside, but he promised her.

Alice wiped her eyes looking at Justin.she hoped she was doing what was right, she was so worried that everyone would suffer if she stayed away from Hatter. She cared about Justin, more then she wanted to acknowledge, it was hard for her to let anyone in, yet she felt like it was safe with him close. she looks at Hatter "what are you going to do with me?" she asks softly.
