EmpyreanFlight Ah, sorry. There's been some unexpected developments with the orchestra I play in, so I haven't been able to get anything out of the ol' imagination. I'll try and have my post up soon. You're in an orchestra? What instrument do you play?

I lead the second violin section, but I sometimes substitute for percussion or for the oboe.

I apologize for my absence. Work had consumed much of my time before I managed to reply. Just waiting for another reply, and I'll be more in the swing of things.
...Maybe I should make another character.

Hopefully the guys in your scene will perk back up soon. Summer was busy for them.

EmpyreanFlight I lead the second violin section, but I sometimes substitute for percussion or for the oboe. That's really neat! I love music, and I used to play a few instruments. However, I had to stop when school became incredibly time consuming (hooray college).

D: Are you thinking about getting back into playing? I would love to. I miss playing piano and flute. Percussion was always fun, but probably not the instrument I'd pick back up first. And I've been wanting to learn how to play a stringed instrument. I'm torn between violin and cello. Is it hard to play violin?

I can't really say much, as I've been playing ever since I was little, but from what I hear from people who have learned later in their lives, it's kind of like a bumpy road. It's bumpy at first, then smooths out, then gets bumpy again when you're learning new techniques.

Now that things have settled down for me (yeah, it took a while) I'm thinking about jumping back into this RP. Can I still use my original character? I'm never short on character ideas, but I regret not getting a chance to develop that one.

Umm. . . yeah. . . you can probably pick your guy back up though you'll need a new color scene cuz the red one left you behind. It's ok though, I'm sure we can come up with something. I've got a few new applications we might be able to pair you with. There is a giant tidal wave headed for the market your guy is in though. So. . . that could cause trauma. I can swing it where he survives though.

I don't know how much time has passed in-game, but I was going to swing it to where he had occupied his time plying his trade while I was absent. Considering his trade is investigation, he could feasibly be just about anywhere, which would make it easy to hand-wave throwing him into any old scene. Only if enough time has passed for him to have reasonably traveled that far, of course.

Yeah, unfortunately the wave thing was pretty immediately after you left. The timelines of the scenes don't necessarily match up either so don't really matter how much has passed in others. If you'd rather not play out the wave we can leave that a little mystery to be exposed later.
