Emm-Kaye In the latest pic on the first postign - the yak yarn...Is that the natural color, or was it dyed such a lovely deep chocolate brown? First thing I thought of when I saw it was a Hershey bar! That's the natural color. smile

I made another batch of soap, this time goat's milk soap. I used the same dragon mold as the previous batch, but didn't dye it so this time it's white. I scented it with sandalwood and myrrh, which smells lovely. smile Also made a soap saver from some cotton yarn to throw those little soap bits into that are hard to use into so they don't go to waste. smile
In regards to pics, I hope to have a new uploader thing by Monday or Tuesday. If my gramma is nice she'll swing by the mall for me so I can run to Radioshack for one Sunday though (I'm gonna spend the weekend at her place). Once I get one of those for my camera's SD card I can upload pics to my heart's content. emotion_awesome

Sandalwood is actually one of my favorite scents, and I've used myrrh as well - never considered mixing the two - I'll bet it smells amazing! Yay for grammas! 3nodding

I want to make some sandalwood scented solid perfume someday, maybe I should look up recipes for that. I already have the scent and the beeswax, I wonder what else I'll need?

I hope it turns out beautifully for you, the scent should be amazing! I've seriously considered trying perfume making myself, but the LAST thing I need is another hobby. My goal for this year is to actually FINISH the multiple things I've already got started, before starting anything new! (If I work really, really hard at it, for an hour or two every day, I figure I should be able to start something new by the middle of November! rolleyes )

I tell myself I have to finish something (more than one thing if it's small) before I can start something new hehe.
