Anger, confusion and sadness filled his mind. Thunderbolt knew his stasis sleep were a bit long, but how long was he in stasis this time.
"How long have I been asleep?" he thought.
Memories barraged his mind when he spent the few times doing guard duty with Alpha. One particular one was when he accepted him into the family.
"I know Alpha isn't invincible, but how can he be taken down and in his prime?" Thunderbolt asked.

Xander looked away. thinking of the past year with the pack and how he had changed, and now the one who opened up his family to him was dead. Being reminded of this was painful enough. "I was gone when it happened as well."

Thunderbolt was silent. He needed time to absorb all the information. He silently left, leaving the 2 wolves. Remembering Buttercup was out there, he no longer felt the rush of the chase as he watched the rain. It felt right as the rain matched his mood.
He made his way at the edge of the opening of the den. He laid there looking out into the forest hoping the sight, sounds and fresh air would sooth his mind.

Xander starts to think out loud,"And to think Flame and I never were able to find out who was stronger. I won, he won, I won..." this goes on for a minute. "I think we were tied."

Xander stops thinking out loud and says, "I'm sorry I was lost in thought for a moment. Was I thinking out loud? Either way it doesnt matter he had me beat by one fight."

Xander looks at Ren and says, "I am very tired at the moment... Goodnight." Xander awkwardly tries to scoot closer to Ren and then lies down to sleep.
((I am going to sleep nows. If i cant stay asleep i will be back in an hour or 2. If not then wells i will cya later.))

Xander wakes up from the soft sobbing and sees that Ren is crying again. Xander lays his head on Ren trying to comfort her. "Hey what wrong."
