King chuckled. "Nothing. Twas a name given to me by my pack makes when I was name heir. I am younger than the other past candidates in my clan so they called me the little king. So, I embraced it. They wished to call me such, I will wear the name with pride, not shame. But it is nice to know that hitting is not a tradition."
The ghoul's bruise was fading quickly enough, as was his concern. His tail swished back and forth, not wagging but, content. Yin however- "I am sure the lady will be fine no?" Turning to her, he offered a small pumpkin pill half before offering the other to Ulmuka. "If assistance is needed I am willing to aid or guard, it is ah-" He blushed. "A bit of a habit. Guarding things."

"YOU~!" He clung to Hel's side, "Are in danger from that!" There was a dramatic pointing at Mot for a moment. "He's not safe," Charlie gave a nod. It was clear that Charlie never got over his phobia of Mot from when the two first met.

"...." Charlie took a few steps closer to Mot to get a better look. It might have been the status effect that made him drop his guard. It was unclear since Charlie tended to be spontaneous. "Something... nice about you today van driver..." There was a huff, "Well okay... maybe you two are okay."

Wait a minute. This was not like Charlie at all.

Danny was beginning to get uncomfortable with all this protection business. She could fend for herself! Yeah! What Alex said! She didn't need Yin!

Of course ... All she could do was sit there and take it. She gave awkward laughs as Yin and King pledged their ... "guard," but she perked up a little when Alex brought up the kick. It wasn't really doing much for her rep though.

She ruffled Yin's hair a little and said, "Don't worry, I know."

As she spoke, the King boil handed her a pumpkin pill and she frowned. She wasn't that weak! A frown crossed her face. "Don't worry, it's fine, really," she said, crossing her arms, clearly not accepting the pill. Grumpy Danny was grumpy.

"Well....Well if you promise...." Amphi eyed him before holding her hand out..."Shake on it.". She wasn't sure what he was thinking after all but, she wondered if he felt funny at all too? It had to be something in the air to make her seem so crazy.

She blushed at the question before looking away. "Okay. I won't." Was all she said before waving her hand over it. "There's a lot here so you should dig in...." She looked to Biskoto too and smiled. "I'm sorry for the trouble Biskoto." Amphi reached over for a friendly pet before looking at the table.

There was some odd commodities of food laying around and while she was a mermaid, she wasn't all that keen on the squishy looking eye balls around. Though it brought her a idea in her head as she picked one of the eyeballs up and held it out for Thanatos.

"Don't the fates have to share a single eye? I guess I found you one yeah?" She was smiling as she held the eye and put it in between hers, even if it was a lame joke or not. Their small talk of kissing wasn't behind her but....it wasn't so overwhelming that she had to think about it.

"Hello Mort." Muka grinned behind his swelling at the undead boil who he only had a passing acquaintance. "Your outfit is unique!" He said it cheerfully, meaning it to be a compliment. He noted the marks on the undead's face but because he was a zombie, Muka didn't much question it. Were his glasses larger than usual?

"I didn't know Amrita had a boilfriend." He puzzled to Alexander, tapping a talon against his lower lip in contemplation. Perhaps this was just as Edel had warned him? He needed to act different ways with some ghouls or others would get the wrong idea? Was hugging too much?

King handed Muka a pumpkin pill and the strix 'hoo-ed' happily. He tossed it into his sharp toothed mouth and crunched loudly on it. The owl-boil tilted his head all the way back to swallow, a bird habit that he hadn't broken yet. In moments the swelling had gone down considerably. He still had a yellowish-black ring around his eye but it didn't hurt to smile!

With his classic expression renewed, he hopped a bit on his feet in happiness. "Thank you so much!" Ulmuka lunged at King for a hug, but then thinking twice after being punched, merely snatched his hand up for a enthusiastic shake. "Very much! Perhaps we can socialize together in the future sometime. I am also sometimes unsure about what and what not is proper." The owl bowed then, to all present.

"Thank you all for the company but I must find my companion Joachim and thank the others who helped me." Namely Tahki. Was he allowed to talk to Amrita? Would he be punched again? Those thoughts were for later.

With several more bows, all around the group, the strix did a happy hop and headed back out to the dance floor.

Thanatos stared at the hand extended out towards him, his expression unreadable. When he looked up, he almost looked like he was going to pout - he knows your weakness, Amphi - but had somehow refrained himself from doing so. Instead, he gave her a firm handshake, "I give you my word... For the day."

There. Now he was okay with it.

"Oh, don't apologize, darling," She nodded, smiling when she was petted, "It'ssss all hisss fault, and none of yoursss." At this, she briefly looked up at the reaper, "Issssn't that right?"

Thanatos remained poker faced, going around the ghoul to get to the table. Picking up a plate, he started putting snacks on his plate, rather than real food; apparently his roleplayer just decided that he has a sweet tooth. Dealwithit.

When she made what, in his opinion, was a pretty terrible joke, he just raised an eyebrow at her before chuckling, bending down slightly to take the eyeball from her, "They did... Although I believe that my ancestors had an... Easier time with each other, despite that."

Amphi still held her hand out expectantly...she almost pulled it away when that face started to show up.

That face...

Yes that face would be the downfall of her if she wasn't careful. It may be her weakness but...she would figure out something to maneuver around it. Just because he made the saddest but oh jack, cutest pout face she couldn't turn away from didn't mean she had to fall victim every time....

"For...Today then." She peered at him before nodding. Once the deal had been done, she looked at Biskoto before her smile widened. "It's okay now though, I think I am catching on to how much he likes to tease..." Her smile wavered as he walked away silently.

Was he upset at her?

Even with her lame joke, she saw that little side of him coming back out. Secretly she thought it was adorable that he was so upset. It kinda of made her want to hug him and be like...there there Thana. "Easier time with each other?" She looked at the plucked eyeball. She was unsure what to do now. She didn't mind his teasing really just.....not about kisses. Or at least with her.

"Do...Do you want.." She stuttered out before her eye's caught it......Yes. It.

"Thana....There...." She came over to tug on his sleeve....It was sitting there all nice and plump on the prize booth counter. Food totally forgotten as she looked at it. "There is a Vampire plush! it looks so adorable!" She stared at it before looking back at him, "We have to go back to games and win it....."

"I mean...Um..." She blushed at her rudeness before letting go, "If you want to stay here and eat I can too. But if not, would you like to come with me to the games again? I promise I won't run away again..." She blinked before looking down, playing with the skirt of her dress.
