As if speaking her name summoned her, Riley had led Malodore out of the booth and was standing behind Jericho from the moment his words ended. She tightened her grip on Malodore's arm, before tapping Jericho on the shoulder.

Malodore simply let itself be moved about; it was as if all its energy and will had been poured into recent events, and now that it was done with that, it was left floating in a pink fluffy cotton candy haze. A unicorn might have trotted by a few minutes ago. Anything was possible.

She stared long and hard at Jericho, trying to see if he was lying; when it seemed like he was telling the truth, she reluctantly nodded, "Alright... I believe you! But relax a little, okay? You worked really hard for this event, so you better enjoy it as well!" The distraction - the promise of a dance - caused her to blush again, but she smiled, giving his hand one final squeeze before letting out and hugging him instead, "For old time's sake."
She didn't notice the lack of a dance floor either. Eh, they'll figure it out. For now, her desu was back on, full blast.
"Riley! Malodore!" She grinned, "You look... Happy!"

Savior returned to the main area as people seemed to disperse, and she looked around to see if there was something she could be doing, someone she could talk to. Jericho looked free now and she had enjoyed kicking the crap out of him before. . . maybe she could do it again! Of course the fact they weren't in the gym hadn't occurred to her, nor did the fact she was in a dress and probably couldn't move as easily, but instead she figured nothing ventured nothing gained and she strolled over to the dragon.
A large purple thing and a large red thing had also appeared near Jericho and Savior frowned beneath her mask, still deciding to go up and talk. Or at least stand there and look awkward. She was perfectly capable of doing both those things without too much trouble. At least she looked nice and smelled nice still, and her dress wasn't gathering too much sand since she was moving around more and kicking her legs up. Things were getting better, right?

"Right. I'll try," he said while grinning weakly. When Lizzy hugged him, Jericho was caught by surprise, but not in the same way that he had been all night long so far. He just didn't expect a hug, but it felt pretty damn nice. He ended up hugging her back pretty warmly before turning around to see Riley and Malodore there.
They indeed seemed very happy, and he quickly found out why. For a moment, the dragon stared at the mindflayer with wide eyes with the private message, and glanced over to Malodore briefly.
Well that explained the sudden burst earlier.
Quite a bit really.
"Oh Jack, Riley. That's amazing!" he exclaimed before throwing his arms around her for a big ol'hug. Something soon struck him though and a flash of concern hit his features. He didn't say anything. Not verbally, but he also visibly tensed briefly before pulling back. His gaze shifted from side to side and it seemed that nervousness was creeping back into him.
"Congrats to both of you," he said to them both before glancing to see Savior approaching. The dragon grew a little more tense, recalling how their last meeting went.

"Oh, err," Barth said, wilting under the glare. She was here? Of course she was here. He hadn't seen that dress before, and it fit oh-so-snugly in all the most important places. He flushed, and tried to remember what he had been doing. Seats. There was a seat deficiency problem, and... and surely she was with someone. But she'd said...in reference to- him? And she was carrying the roses. His roses.
He cleared his throat, regrouping.
"Err, Calder, this is Lilith. Lilith, Calder. He's...we're..." He mustered up some courage and maybe a smidge of reprimand, "...dating. Officially."
The officially carried maybe more prolonged trial period bitterness than he had intended. Still, Lilith had always been beautiful. And dangerous. Even now, he felt like a moth fluttering around a very bright light. His knees were weak. Why wasn't there a chair?

Hello, Lizzy. It's lovely to see you here tonight, you look beauti-gack!
Riley's formal greeting was very abruptly interrupted by the solid hug that Jericho grabbed her into, and she flailed for just a moment before unraveling her arm from Malodore and hugging Jericho back. Her face was still bright and cheerful with joy when she pulled away, but something unsaid, or at least unheard, made it all come crashing down.
She was glad she was turned away from Malodore, because her face crashed from happy, to nervous. Her eyes flickered left, to right, and then her brow furrowed.
Thank you. She murmured quietly, backing away to place herself within Malodore's reach, and then pulling its claws up around her body like a protective belt. She could tell Lizzy didn't know what had just happened, and it was only fair to include her in on the news, even if she was suddenly more nervous than happy about it. Malodore proposed to me just a moment ago, Lizzy. She explained gently. And I happily accepted.
Jericho's tension made Riley look at the ghoul who was coming to them, and she tensed for just a moment, before remembering her place and giving the ghoul a soft nod. Welcome to the party. Is there anything we can assist you with?

....Savior didn't hear Riley, for various reasons. One of them was probably because she'd never been able to hear the Mindflayer, even when spoken to directly, and probably the other reason was she was so simple that her brain didn't even process that someone was talking to her. The result of this, of course, was that she simple tilted her head to the side and stared at the demon as though she had no idea what was going on. Hardly a stretch, all things considered.
At least, because of the status effect, she wasn't flipping out or going crazy over the fact an undead was nearby. Perhaps her brain was being overridden or she was distracted by the love in the air not to notice - either way she was totally cool with Maladore being there and even managed to bob her head towards him (and in joint Riley, since she still hadn't hear anything she said - a shame really).
Her attention was then turned back to Jericho, and Savior didn't even hesitate before she reached over and placed a hand against his face. The motion was quick, she didn't let her touch linger, but there was a hint of concern behind it. "Youse okay nao. No moar yelling." She turned and looked at the others, her head tilting again. "Jeko, yelling. Savior hurt. Their brawl hadn't been too long ago and therefore she remembered. Lucky Jericho?

"What? What is happening? What is amazing- OHHHHH!" She looked a little like this emotion_kirakira but with a dash of this emotion_yatta and this emotion_bigheart ; for a moment, however, she couldn't help recalling her conversation with Hel, and part of her wanted to flailing her arms at Riley and Malodore while yelling "MARRIAGE? NOT YET!". However, that part of her quickly quietened down; unlike Mot, both Riley and Malodore seemed... Ready. Probably.
"Congratulation! Wow! That's... That's..." She sighed wistfully, breaking into a happy smile, "So romantic~ I'm really happy for you. Both of you!" It's a big, big step to take, after all, in a relationship! She never thought that she would get to see her friends getting engaged or married so soon!
She didn't know Malodore that well, but Riley. Well, Riley was a pretty good friend; they went through things together on that island! That made them sort of bros, but female.
Which was why she squeezed in a quick hug for the mindflayer, right after she let go of Jericho; hugs made everything better, after all! And this was a good occasion for a hug! She didn't notice Riley's expressions, too absorbed in the moment to really take note; besides, it was normal to feel a little nervous after being proposed to right? She would be nervous!

Lizzy's excitement was contagious, but only for so long as she hugged the mindflayer. When the ghoul's arms wrapped around her, she squeezed heartily, a small bounce lending to the hug. But as soon as she released Lizzy, Riley's body retreated back into the waiting arms of Malodore, and her brow furrowed once more.
Thank you. She murmured, with one final glimmer of excitement in her eyes. Savior's voice, and the fact that she was reaching out to touch Jericho, diminished that last glimmer, and Riley's hackles rose.
Why are you touching him, Riley hissed at the ghoul who could not hear her, her eyes narrowing dangerously. This was the worst time to be instigating Riley, or Jericho; their heightened sense of paranoia coupled with the voices that had plagued them both for days left them far too nervous to respond well. At least Riley did not physically attack; there was something to be said for Malodore's soothing presence.

It was a good thing Bartholomew introduced them before Lilith had the chance to open her mouth because what she had prepared to say was a lot less friendly than the introduction that the demon provided. However, in her silence she gave a look to Calder that definitely said that it didn't matter if he arrived here with Bartholomew because she intended to be the one to leave with him.
"Is that so?" She questioned, although whether it was a question was really rather debatable. "So are we, officially." It might have been a cord that struck and Lilith was glad to do it.
A smile, there was a smile on Lilith's face. It was almost more frightening than the scowl she so commonly wore on her face and what was even worse was that it wasn't devious, or sinister. It was soft, and gentle when she pressed against Batholomew's free side, looping her arm around his free one. She was practically ignoring the fact he'd said he was dating that tiny horse, but perhaps more effectively she was intent on erasing him out of an existence she didn't believe he had any right to be in. After all, it was an invalid relationship as far as she was concerned.
"I never did thank you," she said, cooing softly. "The withered roses are beautiful. They match my dress, don't you think so?" She asked, and then with a light reaffirmation the reaper tapped the demon's face with the flowers. It was gentle, and certainly not what she'd have done if the face been Calder's. "I was really hoping you'd enjoy it as much as I enjoyed receiving these roses from you."
Despite appearances, she really wanted the tiny horse to let go of her demon and really hoped he had by now. She didn't even look at him though, how could Bartholomew even waste his time with a monster like that? Especially when he was still seeing her? How could he show up with another student when he'd sent her withered roses. Well, maybe he was just killing time. Any frustrations she had for Bartholomew were pretty much pushed aside and all the blame was placed on top of the lower being: Calder.
"I'm here now though so you can stop playing with the pony. Why don't we go somewhere a little more private?" She suggested with a light tug on his arm. "I'd love to thank you properly for these roses you gave me," she said as her hand ran up and then down his arm. If only he'd let go of that tiny horse, she'd whisk him away by his lips.

Angenora never really much about the holidays, but always had a 'warm' and fuzzy feeling about Scarentine's Day. She sighed lightly as she walked into the main room of the auditorium. She looked around in awe as she saw how it changed so much from the last time she was in it. Her eyes were wide as she noticed the Student Council was all dressed up in such a lovely attire. She looked down at her sleek black and red dress with embarrassment. She felt she could have done a better job when she had sown it by herself, but she felt that it would have to do for this year. She watched from afar, but her attention was caught by Riley in her beautiful dress. "Wow... She looks beautiful..." She spoke in awe as she watched the windflyer move gracefully. Then her attention was moved towards Jericho, but not in awe. She was amazed by how powerful and beautiful the student council. "Maybe I can meet a nice boil or ghoul, but who knows." She said to herself with a giggle.

RIYO wants to get to know somebody!
(entering)
Riyo. Looked. Miserable.
There were many reasons for it. One, it was a Scarentines event. What the hell did she know about Scarentines? The first time she'd heard about it was when a bunch of employees asked if they could have the holiday off (she said no, of course). Two, this was not the kind of event she thought would be ideal. The ghoul was pretty sure that there was no booze (she should consider herself lucky), and everyone had been acting a little...
Weird.
Well, she supposed even she felt it to an extent. That shriveled little heart was knocking like it wanted out, and Riyo didn't like it.
So why was she here?
Well, it was either that or never live it down thanks to Hel. Moreover, interaction was one of the reasons she came to this school. Didn't mean she had to like it though.
Riyo appeared to have a permanent cringe on her face as she walked through the doors in her three piece suit with a red undershirt (and top hat. never not top hat). She looked rather... Ambiguous as usual, but at least one thing set her apart from the boils. She had high-heeled boots now. Very nice.

Lilith. That was who she was. The name struck like a arrow in his chest. This was the ghoul Barth mentioned a while ago, when they weren't really officially dating so much as testing the waters. He mentioned how he had been going with her, but hadn't really know where they were now. Even knowing this, Calder took his chances, and felt the ghoul just lost interest. She wasn't in the picture, and to him, that meant she had no claim at all. For her to appear again scratched all this out, and made her a threat to his relationship. A big one. Calder had noted at that time how he flustered when talking about her, and how sad he had looked. Now she was here, and he noticed how his eyes roamed about her person to parts and curves he lacked. As effeminate as he might look, there were certain things he did not possess. Certain things certain boils like.
She was here to take her claim, and it was back to basics. The common law was to fight for the one you were claiming in his clan, and this usually meant physically, but Lilith was fighting on a more dangerous level, and Calder's eyes blackened at her ,ears pressing back. She had no right to him anymore! She had been gone! Barth was HIS now!
But what if Barth wants more? And what if he wants a harem? Or just someone who isn't already claimed?
Calder wasn't wearing his anklet, but the pressure of it was still there like a looming shadow.
He held tightly to Barth, not wanting to give up his hold else he loose the boil forever to the claws of that harpy. (No offense to harpies. He was sure some were lovely.) That was until she mentioned the roses she was holding in her arms. Lovely, withered roses, and the bundle reminded him of Barth. The fact both he and Calder were wearing roses because Calder associated them with the demon now stung. Ears dropping, he looked at her, then the roses, and then up at Barth. "You bought her roses?" Why........why did he buy her roses? He was with him now. She shouldn't have even come accross his mind, and unless it had a note saying they were finished, he didn't ..........no. He had an inkling as to why he bought them.
He continued to look at Barth. "When.......when did you buy those?" His voice was wavering. Did he buy them.......when he bought his carrot cupcakes and outfits or did those come after he bought the roses for her? Did he cross the boil's mind first or after? Then again, why did there have to be two orders?
His grip on the boil's arm was weakening, before he looked back at Lilith. She..........she couldn't have him. Barth....he was his. He fought for him. He had him. They were dating.
But they were dating before.
"He's - He's not dating you anymore. You must have broken up. I'm with him now." Calder told her. Why did he buy those roses. Why.....Why did......

*Mitsu* wants to get to know somebody!
Mitsu had finally strolled away from the games and was in search of the person she was actually supposed to meet here. Her eyes scanned the area but at the moment she didn't see Shun. Brows furrowed a little she wondered where her boilfriend had run off to. Maybe he was back at the game area? The lycan had spent a lot of time there, more than she probably should have but she had wanted to get something for Shun...though what she wasn't entirely sure. He didn't seem the type of person to want random trinkets or toys.
She was just about to turn back to go look for him when her eyes spotted the little sign up sheet. It looked interesting. It seemed like a good way to meet new friends. Before she had read the board in it's entirety, Mitsu jotted down her name before wandering off again in search of Shun. If she had been more observant she would have seen him already sitting at a table.
