Hello new anonymous, you are in luck! the all powerful Kumogakure is currently in need of recruits! lol iLadyShira-chan Hikaro_rin I apologize but I have never been able to get myself into the superhero comics. Not out of disinterest, but because everything seems to be linked, and it;s impossible to find a starting place. and the time thing is big too Oh yeah. I had that problem too. But then my roommate downloaded a comic book app to his iPad that has the comics in order, so I've been able to read them. My favorite part? When Slades (villian) daughter got drunk and naked and tackled Robin on tohis bed and tried to have le sexy time with him. What app?

Well the one he has now is DC comics, but he had one for Marvel a while ago. I'm not sure what happened to it. It costs money tho...

Frakin' chakra beasts... >.> Plus once I get the Raikami bloodline approved, then he'll have D rank techniques as strong as A rank techniques. xD I love the power of Bloodlines. Although a D rank fuuton will hurt him like a B rank fuuton... Excuse me? Those stats have nothing to do with the demon. Yet. Muahahahaha. And D rank attacks as strong as A ranks? That's not gonna happen. Not without an increased chakra cost at any rate. Wait, you get a -5 to S rank techniques? This is not ok... NOT ok, something is stacking here, and I want to know what! The bloodline traits all stack with existing traits, and the Bloodline increases Raiton jutsu by 2 ranks in power. Thusly with my usage of Elemental Control, I'll get a +3 rank bonus to their damage. Bwahahahahahaha!!! It is called Thunder God for a reason. xD Also, thet is their only ability, being able to absorb lightning, and being able to produce exorbant amounts of it. Although they do die around their mid thirties... Yeah, that kinda sucks.

The bloodline traits all stack with existing traits, and the Bloodline increases Raiton jutsu by 2 ranks in power. Thusly with my usage of Elemental Control, I'll get a +3 rank bonus to their damage. Bwahahahahahaha!!! It is called Thunder God for a reason. xD Also, thet is their only ability, being able to absorb lightning, and being able to produce exorbant amounts of it. Although they do die around their mid thirties... Yeah, that kinda sucks. My highest bonus is -4... And that's from stacking of the teaching master learning bonus and a shinobi type. And I assure you, Greg's not going to let a bloodline that gives a stacking +2 rank bonus exist. From E to S is only six ranks, though we don't allow stacking beyond A anyways. But an E rank jutsu that hits like an A will never be allowed. The highest power rank increase you can get, I believe, is +2. Other stats might get pumped higher, but not attacks.

It isn't that bad, A D rank hitting 3 ranks above. I mean what an I going to do with a D rank Raiton technique, from the examples in the raiton jutsu right now D ranks aren't very strong against anyone, they're just useful and annoying, this actually makes them damaging. Plus The Bonus only affects jutsu of your rank, and it makes it impossible to have jutsu above your rank. That's a fairly big weakness in itself, not to mention it limits the user to Raiton as their only element, and They have to be a ninjutsu based class ( Nin/Med, possibly Sealing, I haven't worked that part out yet. ) These people are litterally meant to be the gods of lightning techniques, and a force that should not be taken lightly. They only gain the stackable +2 to power of Raiton techniques, and +2 ranks in durability to raiton attacks. ( To even unlock the bloodline they have to get hit with a S rank raiton technique That isn't from a bloodline member, or hit by lightning. ) I'm still working on it, I'll probably have it done by next week. It won't be perfect, and It'll need a few tweaks, but hopefully Greg or you can show me how to fix it.

Yeah... I usually base my characters around a personality, and match the personality to a particular type of character. Or I make a character and let them decide their personality themselves. That's ended interestingly a few times. Don't think I've ever hated one of my characters though.

Well, I usually love making characters, but sometimes they just... Don't become what I want them to. Like they just stagnate or aren't as interesting to me as I once believed. Once I get a character I like, though, I stick with them. I've goooot.... A Fanatical, amoral, racist and possibly insane paladin in one roleplay, a soft-spoken and polite if ruthless mad bomber in another, a stupid, cowardly yet heroic in another, and a sociopathic magical millionaire in another.
I happen to like all of those.

Now we just need Tsu and Sora back. And Shay, but I dunno if she's planning on reviving Shayera or making another RPC.
