Because we mostly offset each other. For example, the total area not covered up by her clothes is about equal to the area on me that is covered by clothes.

I married him because he is absolutely sincere. He never pretends to be somebody other than who he is. He is honest and trusting.

Well at first it was neat being married. But then she got annoying and we got a divorce.
