Yami: That is normal at the college. I think almost all of the math instructors are from overseas.

Not the first one I had. He also worked EHS. Didn't help that that class was the same stuff from high school cat_stare

Yeah, this bloke is from overseas and his English is shocking. I had a maths lecturer last year you couldn't speak English AT ALL. So I changed classes and ended up getting a better mark for that subject than I thought I would.

You'd think when these schools are hiring that they'd make sure the students could understand them.

Tell me about it, I mean it's just pure common sense.

It's a rarity these days, but they're out there...

I know they're out there. I think I was in a very playfully sarcastic mood Friday. Or something like that. cat_sweatdrop

I've been in weird moods lately. And I need to go to the library. But no one else is home. cat_crying And I'm not brave enough to walk that far. I'm brave enough to walk down to Recess and Subway but I'm not crossing the bridge.

Hmm. How long until someone gets home? You probably mentioned it sometime before, but I'm guessing you live in an unsafe neighbourhood?

It was a couple hours before my mom had gotten home. But I finally got to the library. I started reading Red Land, Black Land by Barbara Mertz.
I'd say its an iffy neighborhood. I've heard different things about the area I live in. Some will say that its not bad. Others say that I'm in the most dangerous area of the city.

A lot of people say my suburb is dangerous, but I feel alot safer here than in other other suburbs I frequent (or even pass through).

I felt that way about the trailer park I used to live in. Even though there were only like 3 families my parents trusted on the street we lived on, there were a few other scattered across the park, I still felt like I could have gone through that whole area. Elsewhere I'm iffy just walking around down to the corner.

Hmm...there's only one (maybe two) trailer parks where I live that I know of. I think they're both kinda small though.
