((11 - 9 + 11 - 9 = 4dmg))

It was something strange to deal with a pokemon's whom ability to focus lasted only for a moment as he would slice into her again. Though he would afterwards simply sigh in a bit of frustration.

He was beginning to think she didn't understand him at all. If it wasn't for the fear flowing off of his trainer ...he would be completely starving in this battle.

((Look I think you are missing a few key points here. I am a ghost type and you are a ghost type ...now normally a normal ghost type when defeat became particles and simply reform themselves later.

But another ghost type like myself can eat those particles.

So let me make this clear, if you lose to me ...I will eat you and you will die, again. Permanently this time.))

he would say the last bit completely irritated. Hoping that at least some trickle of fear would come from her, otherwise this fight was a waste of his time. He had already proven himself to be stronger in terms of control of the girl, and now there was nothing left but to leave her in defeat.

Shuppet HP: 3

">Silly Swanna, what are you trying to do? Turn into a Spiritomb?<" The Shuppet giggled. She was laughing at him. She was actually staring a Pokemon named for fear in the face, and laughing at him. Though she had a point, the only Ghost-Type known for actually doing such a thing was Spiritomb. Most of there kind fed off of negative emotions...well save for Shedninja, known to suck out the souls of the living.

">Now go back to eating fear and gemstones!...<" The Shuppet would call out, her face abruptly growing many times it's size, little fangs in her mouth as she said all too cutely ">...BEFORE I EAT YOU! MWUHAHAHA!<" Of course, truthfully the Shuppet had just flattened her body out, allowing her face to take up the whole of her paper thin body. She was attempting another Astonish. An odd thing for one ghost to try and scare another...though at this point Phobia was more likely to be more freaked out by her all too cute way of going about these things!

It was a true statement .....other ghost weren't particular tasty. But he said he could ...not that he enjoyed it. She had really taken all the fun of this fight ...a ghost doesn't have a lot to fear since death was something they had all dealt with before.

((I am done))

He would declares sharply as he would strike one more time. Make her too weak to keep herself together, so that they could simply pass her by.

The scratch going towards that enlarged face as he used a single pointed claw to try and pop her like a balloon. Really, he was starting to lose his appetite which is a lot to say about a ghost that thrives on fear ...and was the embodiment of greed.

As he used scratch.

Inhaling sharply, the Shuppet would pucker her lips and blow out the air in a thin, steady stream. Given that her entire body was about as thick as tissue paper, she fully expected the little current of air to push her backward and away from the Sableye. Hey, it could work right?

There was little chance of that as she was reduced to nothing but particles. The Sableye was completely and utterly ...depressed after this battle as she walks back towards her trainer. Taking his own pokeball in hand he would recall himself back into the pokeball.

Aella smiles lightly ....as she shook her head. It was a sight to see, as she would retrieve the pokeball and put it back on her belt. A crackle of electricity would jump off of her as she would give her trainer a wake up call ...a needed one ...as the girl would get a full shock to her system.

It was kind of like rebooting a computer as she put a hand to her face, and asked a thousand random question to no one whom can actually answer it. Eventually it would come to an end ....as Aella only smiles at her, and moves to the top of her shoulder.

It was time to move forward again ...

Venturing deeper into the sewer, Victoria would soon come to find the surrounding tunnel seemed quite a bit slimier then previous. A thick, gooey film coated the walls, each of her footsteps producing a subtle squishing sound. Worst of all, the slime was so much that it actually dripped off the ceiling above her...

...Then she would see it, a sight both familiar and different. Slowly, a distinct and larger then natural drop appeared on the ceiling. With each passing second it would dip downward, until finally falling toward the floor...but this time, there was no ghostly apparition smiling at the child; nor however was there expected splash from anything remotely liquid. Instead the drop would strike the floor and jiggly lightly, sitting amidst the slime like some massive dew drop.

Victoria would only be provided enough light to see the thing once she had gotten closer; and what she saw would be an odd sight. Covered in a soft, slimy membrane and resembling the head of some deformed infant, was a Solosis...except, it was bigger. Not the 'body', that was as big as anyone would expect, but it's outer coating, the slime which protected it's body made for an extra two feet to it's entire size! In some bizzare fashion, the Solosis was fat.

More importantly, it was blocking the path. Either Victoria would have to make it move, or she'd have to take her chances with the river of sewage running alongside her!

Victoria had heard of such a pokemon but never seen one. A Solosis was like a living cell or something like that ...as she walks over as Aella shifts her weight from one shoulder to the other as she tries to get a good look at it as well. The girl taking a single finger and starting to quite literally poke it. She couldn't for lack of a better idea thing of what else to do to it for the moment ....as she pokes it not once, but twice, and then a third time.

"This is like Jello? I wonder if I add some more water to it ...will it start to expand even more, and if it expands even more if it would pop like a water balloon?"

She was speaking those words outloud even as she took out Aella's pokeball and would recall the electric rodent and in return call out Torrent. Now, it was kind of out of the question to actually try to fill it with water ...it might look like jello and remind her of a water bed, but she doubt that that was actually the case with such a pokemon. But, she could try wetting the floor underneath and around it ...and pushing it forward.

A rolling ball of power that might clear the way from here to her destination.

The girl would attempt her idea to what success was a good question. As the bubbles would pop against the ceiling and the floor around the base of the pokemon.

Victoria's plan was certainly an interesting one, but poorly thought out. Indeed the substance encasing the Pokemon was much like Jello, but even that didn't expand when drenched with water. No, while it appeared, and in truth the inside was rather similar to Jello, the outer most layer was composed of a thin membrane which slowly absorbed water...as well as just about everything else. The outside of the creature was as effectively water resistant as Victoria's own skin, though perhaps a tad more cool and rubbery.

All this in mind, the Solosis wouldn't move an inch to dodge or evade the Horsea's attack...or maybe it was just being lazy. Probably the later.

The water simply ran off of the Solosis, and Victoria wanted to curse. That didn't leave a lot of options and considering she was press on time here ....and she didn't want to waste a lot of energy on the pokemon. She started to try and rack her brain for a solution. If only the water would have been enough to help pop it, but then again. Something else occurred to Victoria ...maybe ....washing it away wasn't possible, but how about pushing it away?

The girl walks up slowly the Solosis as she picks up the Horsea along the way. A counter-attack now would be foolish, but maybe that would be for the best as she took a chance.

"Torrent use Outrage."

Maybe, a much stronger shove would do what was necessary as a type of bluish flame would cover him. His eyes seemingly to encompass all of the dangerous of the water at once as he lower his head .....as he hopped free and forward from Victoria's hands. His head pose to slam into his opponent in a move that can be seen as nothing more than a Outrage.

In response the Solosis would begin to sweat, thick green globs appearing on it's outer membrane and sliding down to the floor. An odd thing would occur then however; with each drop that hit the ground, the sound of sizzling would be left behind. Closer inspection would reveal a series of holes fresh upon the concrete. Yes, the Solosis wasn't sweating, it was attacking. It had a Secret Power, one which allowed it to adapt to any environment, and in such polluted, toxic place, such an ability could turn into only one thing. Poison in his veins. While the Horsea countered, the Solosis would begin spinning in place, spraying the entire area with Acid!

A single attack almost brought the Horsea to unconsciousness ......as he was smeared with the stuff. The acid eating into her ....as Victoria almost cursed at his complete and utter defeat. Though this time it was her fault, she had underestimated the pokemon as she would recall him. There was no point in keeping him like he was at the moment .... as she switched to the one pokemon that she knew could more than likely get the job done.

The Emogla would appear back on the field with her tail swishing about.

Acid sizzling against the floor, the Solosis would eventually come to a complete stop. Panting heavily, the jumbo-sized ball of goo would sag slightly forward. He was tired. He never got any exercise like this! I mean who exercised!? Health nuts and people with so little to do they ran to pass the time, that's who!

The Solosis's head shook inside. Crazy people.

Seeing the Emolga, the Solosis would heave a sigh. Oh great. More exercise.

Shifting his weight, the Psychic-Type began to spin around like a top once more. Letting his Secret Power rise to the surface, Acid would once more began to spray upon the area around him.

Aella didn't even get a chance to dodge as the acid would coat her fur. The pokemon's tail twitching lightly as she tries to flick it off. Sticky, wet, and utterly disgusting this wasn't a favorite past time for her at all ...as she looked at the creature and gave such a look of disgust it was hardly funny.

The stuff was so thick in her for ....as she turns lightly to try and lick it off of her arm and immediately grimace. The look that Victoria got could freeze rain as she looked not just disgusted by the stuff, but completely and utterly upset at the fact that she was drench in it.

Why did she always have to clean up these sort of messes?

Victoria meanwhile had seen the stuff coming before and had moved out of the way as the slimy light substance had hit. She was not one for this sort of thing either as the Emogla gave her glare while wiping bits of it off of her face.

She had feeling that leaving Aella out after this fight might not be good for her health as the Emolga looked her opponent. She was already quite slimey and stick, and she saw no reason why not to share the love as she would send out a blast of electricity to try and shock away that extra pounds of slime.

((Um...LunLun. It's Acid...not slime. Think more watery, and burning like hell. Though given my description of the area, the Solosis, and the method of attack, I can see where the mistake could be easily made. sweatdrop ))

Met with the oncoming Electricity, the Solosis did the only thing he really could. Sat there and did absolutely nothing. Dodging took too much effort, and he didn't know enough about his apparent, latent psychic abilities to move something in the way of the attack with his mind.

Given his body was heavily water based, he imaged this was going to hurt a lot...oh well. He'd probably get over it. Maybe it'd only tickle...like that time he stuck a fork in the Pichu.

(17 - 15 + 15 - 9 = 8dmg)

The attack would crash against the Solosis as Aella shook her head. It wasn't enough ...not yet ...as she shook as much of the acid as possible off of her. The burning sensation in her fur ....made her want to scream as the emogla did something that was completely strange for a squirrel ...she would drop one shoulder and start to scrap her side and part of her back against the ground. Trying in vain to get the stuff off .....as her tail flicks from left to right.

She was vunerable at that moment. She was open to attacks, but it didn't matter ....as the girl's eyes were locked. Victoria was watching her back and if she saw an attack would give the command as the Emolga's eyes went to the disgusting water and the burning sensation seemed to intensify.

IF something didn't change soon she would have no other choice.
