"Sure," Tennessee agreed cheerfully between a mouthful of pancakes. "Apple pie and chicken are good. I'll be happy to help you out with whatever you need. I think everybody would like eatin' dinner together, too. Maybe even America would stop by if we invited him." Violet didn't seem to notice the others' reactions to her, but her undivided attention was currently on Andrew for the moment... Until she noticed Seychelles being far too familiar for her liking. The piglet started sending her the evil eye and death glares when she could get away with it.

North Carolina, USA Charlotte Wilson Freshman "If ya want, I'll invite him before we head to the park." And grab a few things from her dorm real quick. "Good morning Melody! Chris had just cooked breakfast." Charlotte looked at the strange cat. "Afraid not, although she does remind me of that Belarus roommate of mine. Last night that girl didn't seem to like us very much." Perhaps it was the bow and the eyes that reminded her of her. Heather did her best to keep a low growl towards the kitty. If it had a problem with her master's brothers then she would have problem with it too. everyone is called 'darling', "yall" is a proper noun, sweet tea is the house wine, and you never EVER disrespect your elders...

"Melody? Oh, good mornin', si..." Andrew hadn't heard Melody enter until Charlotte said something and looked back over his shoulder... almost into the face of Bela-cat. He nearly fell out of his chair when he saw the animal hissing and for a moment thought it might be rabid. "Melody, don't play with feral animals!" he said. "That thing is creepy. Throw it out." Violet seemed to for the moment agree with Heather about the new pet and started giving it her most fearsome evil eye.

George "Christian" JonesGeorgia, U.S.A.Freshman I said where I come from It's cornbread and chicken Where I come from a lotta front porch sittin' Where I come from tryin' to make a livin' And workin' hard to get to heaven Where I come from Christian smiled to Melody, but the smile dropped when he saw that cat. Something gave him an odd sense of familiarity.... And then it hissed. "Belarus..." It had to be her cat. Just look at those piercing eyes that made you fear for your soul, and the bow, and the deep hatred on sight! Who else would have a cat like that? No doubt, the cat belonged to the girl who had hated the state for no good reason (that he could think of).
He turned from it, lightly shaking with his eye twitching along with a grim look on his face. "Suddenly I don't feel hungry any more... Er, come help yourself, Melody. We still have lots of food, and we're going to need your help if we're going to finish it." He shook off his fear of that cat (he didn't fear cats, but this one creeped him out far more than the pig!) and smiled happily to Melody. "After breakfast, we're going to the park! You should come with us! It'll be fun, Mel~!"

Melody tilted her head. She had no idea who Belarus was. "Uh, okay." She said. She stared at Andrew with disbelief. "I'm not gonna throw an animal out. I ain't cruel." You could tell she was angry with him because she said ain't. Usually she corrected herself. "I'll just have to give it to...Belarus thanks for the food!" She exclaimed. She had a hard time pronouncing her name. She put Knives on the floor and grabbed a plate, putting lots of food on it. "I'll definitely go to the park with you guys." She laughed before starting to eat. Knives curled up again the chair she was sitting in, glaring at the pets who were staring at her. Piss off... She said, even if the humans couldn't understand what she was saying.

"It could have some weird disease! What if it gets Heather or one of the other animals bad sick?" Andrew asked thinking there must be something horribly wrong with the cat for it to be so creepy. The farmer knew how things could go horribly wrong when one animal introduced a foreign disease to the rest of the farm. When she put it down he actually snatched Violet up. "There's enough wrong with this one already without some psycho cat disease messin' her up more." Violet was shocked by Andrew actually being protective of her. Her eyes got big and sparkly. You could almost see the hearts flying around her head as he "proved" he really did love her. Tennessee sighed and shook his head at his sister's stubbornness, but said no more although he made sure to make himself a physical barrier between Violet and potential rabies infection.

Melody swalled the contents already in her mouth. She puffed out her cheeks and crossed her arms. "She would be foaming at the mouth..." she muttered. Even if that was a stereotype (Although it does happen sometimes) she still believed it. She just liked animals too much. "It probably belongs to Belarus. I heard that she's creepy, so she might be a cat based off of her personality." She said, trying her best to say something logical. After all, she was the youngest state in the room. So shut your big, stupid face. She said it in her mind. Now she was being stubborn about eating, or talking to Andrew at the moment.

North Carolina, USA Charlotte Wilson Freshman "Oh I doubt they would allow such a thing on campus if it did have a disease, Andrew." Even if the cat looked strange, there wasn't a need to cast it off like that. Heather growled, hinting for the cat to lay off with the attitude while she is around. everyone is called 'darling', "yall" is a proper noun, sweet tea is the house wine, and you never EVER disrespect your elders...

"I don't like the looks of it," Andrew said as if that was the end of the discussion. He could be very stubborn about odd things like that and the farmer didn't take risks when it came to diseases messing up other animals. Even if it wasn't rabies that didn't mean it couldn't have something else wrong with it. The thought of it belonging to Belarus did nothing to make him warm up to it. If anything, Tennessee wrinkled his nose as if it might be a spy or something equally in need of immediate removal. He didn't like the feeling of being around that girl one bit and the fact she was Russia's sister made him really uncomfortable to give her any reason to come near them...

When Andrew noticed Seychelles sitting closer to him his stubborn frown relaxed a little and a blush once again crept over his cheeks. He did nothing to discourage her from being within his personal space even though that was normally reason enough for him to relocate or get upset at the intruder. Tennessee seemed to have forgotten about Bela-cat as he settled down and started to eat again. He looked happy that Cherelle was coming with them to the park. Violet wasn't nearly as happy about Chrelle's change in proximity and her eyes flashed dangerously. This evil woman would pay for trying to seduce her person. Seychelles had no idea who she was messing with.

Hal Jones Ohio Freshman Hal walked down the hallway, pancake mix in hand, when, as he passed by Dorm 19, he heard, a lot of loud noises. He looked at whose dorm it was- Tennessee and Georgia. From the sounds of it, though, there were more states than just Andrew and Christian in there. How could they have a state party and not invite me? he thought, feeling slightly left out. So, having forgotten about Latvia and Hawaii, he knocked on the door.[Out. Of. Pop.:]

When he saw who it was, he smiled brightly. "Mornin' Hal! How ya been? We got some breakfast still sittin' on the table that needs to be eaten. You've missed out on all a' the bacon, but we still got some ham, hash browns, toast, and pancakes along with most toppings you'd want-- except syrup. I forgot to buy that. We also got water, milk, and Coke for drinks. You brought pancake batter? Well, that was mighty sweet of you! Come in! Come in! Go take a seat, an' I'll get you a plate so you can help yourself." Breakfast with Georgia-- It's a take no prisoners sort of event, but instead of being shot your forced to sit down and indulge in food that has most likely been cooked in butter, peanut oil, or bacon grease. At least it was good comfort food and tons better than England's cooking.

Melody finally decided to finish off whatever was on her plate. Knives, had not been hungry and was still nuzzling up against the chair. "Hm? Another sta-" She turned her head and facepalmed. Why did he have to be here?! Why couldn't he be the last person to come? No better, don't come at all. GOD DAMN IT. She crossed her arms and turned back to her food. Now she felt like punching babies. And that was just a term for how pissed off she was.
